Overall got the job done (microwave/oven combo repair), but took multiple visits to do so. This is in the greater Seattle area. One service trip, they came with an incorrect part. They could have double checked what was ordered and delivered to them before coming over. Second service trip they essentially ghosted our communication and the tech came late - after the 3 hour service window. They apologized afterwards and completed the job on a weekend. read more

What did he accomplish. Nothing!!' He doesn't speak English so make sure you have your translation app handy. In the end this what they did: Alexander left me with a Gas leak, broken oven and a headache! Spoke to Max their CS guy... another winner. These two guys are the new Dumb and Dumber! Worst Choice! I had the absolute worst experience with Smart Choice. Their so-called "technician" showed up, took a fleeting glance at my malfunctioning hot water system, and decided to play Sherlock Holmes for a whopping 10 minutes. I'm not sure if he mistook my home for a crime scene or a comedy club because the only thing he managed to uncover was a talent for blaming the hot water itself, as if it had committed some unspeakable crime against humanity. It was a masterclass in avoiding actual work. And the audacity didn't stop there. I then spent the afternoon doing what I hired them to do, measuring the water the temp... which was of course fine and NOT THE PROBLEM. Smart Choice, indeed. The only smart choice here was realizing that they're not worth a single dime of your hard-earned money. If they ever decide to switch careers, I suggest stand-up comedy - because their performance in plumbing is nothing short of a joke. read more

Was assigned them buy First American home warranty.Very poor communication from office had to call to make appointment . Made appointment showed up and was told washer needed now switch and transmission .Would get insurance to cover. Insurance approved on Saturday. Called was told parts would be in in Wednesday. Wife was told would be out ASAP. Called office in Wednesday parts were there.But could not be out for another 10 days.Was told going to be on cancelation list of someone canceled we would be next.Never heard back. Day of appointment was called told wife techican was suck. When I called back tech was hurt then told insurance company tech took personal time.Now schedule for another 10 days out. They refuse to give out contractor license number and UBI as us required in state of washington so cannot find out of they are even licensed and bonded. Beware have notified state. read more

we had a problem with our JenAir glasstop stove and two technicians came by. Both Arsen and Oleg were excellent in enquiring about the problem we were facing with and quickly diagnosed the problem and pulled out the stove and fixed it. Not only that, they did an excellent job of cleaning inside and also taped the duct so there won't be any leakages etc. I will strongly recommend these two guys and they were very polite and pleasant to talk to.i would strongly recommend this team and can vouch for any appliance problems that need fixing. good work Arsen and Oleg. Summary: They weren't able to do the job, have poor operations and no interest in customer service. Details: They told me the could fix my dishwasher. I agreed to their quote, they ordered the parts. Then they couldn't fix the dishwasher and charged me for the parts. I paid over $300, still have a broken dishwasher, and wasted two weeks. I reached out to the team to see if they could refund me for the cost of the parts or if we could come to an agreement and they didn't reply. Additionally, through the process I had to call to follow up multiple times because they mixed up my phone number and misspelled my email address so their communications weren't getting to me. They also cancelled and rescheduled the service date the day before. read more

They are not responsive. They dragged out a refrigerator repair nearing on 3 months. They ignore all attempts to contact them for updates. The onsite technician (who showed up 4 times and never fixed the problem) only made things worse. it went from ice maker not working to ice maker and water not working. I've never experienced such terrible service. My hope is that they get a lot better or stop trying to help people at all. They only make things worse. read more

WORST contractor I have worked with ever. Extremely slow and chaotic workflows. - My washer stops working. To make a diagnosis appointment, wait 1+ week. - They came, didn't open the washer at all, and said the mainboard is bad. Ordered a new mainboard, wait 1+ week until the parts arrive. - Can only schedule for repair once the parts have arrived, wait 1+ week for the appointment to replace the parts. - Came finally, but after replacing parts, still doesn't work. - Want to send another technician to diagnose, further wait. So far, almost 1 month has passed. I still have no washer and they still don't have a solution yet and want endless appointments to diagnose. read more
