I described my issue with my freezer (loud buzzing sound when the motor comes on) and he was able to schedule a technician to come by on Monday afternoon to work around my schedule. The technician, Vasyl, texted me when he was on his way and arrived promptly as scheduled. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue (ice build up that was hitting the freezer fan when it turns on). To repair, I needed to move all the food items out of the freezer and into coolers, and Vasyl was able to quickly repair the issue by manually defrosting the ice build up using a commercial steamer tool. He inspected the fan and it was still operating normally and no buzzing, so it did not need to be replaced. He was able to diagnose the issue and finish the work within one hour of arrival. The repair price was reasonable and the inspection fee was waived since I went ahead with the repair. Vasyl also answered my questions about how to prevent this from happening again and also some recommendations on future fridges when it is time to replace mine. Vasyl was very friendly, professional, and courteous. Thank you Vitalii and Vasyl for fixing my fridge on such short notice. My family really appreciates the quick turnaround, fast diagnosis and repair, your transparency on the issue, and not recommending any unnecessary replacement parts. You saved us money from buying a whole new fridge!

We were able to book them for the next day and they were very able to get the job done in just two hours. They were friendly and helpful explaining everything. They also could haul away the old oven for us. They were careful and efficient! The price was fair and it did not change from what was estimated once the job was complete.     I canceled a diagnostic service with another company because they charged a fee, but would not put…read morethat toward any repairs. Sir Visser applies the diagnostic fee to any needed repairs. In addition, they have an option to purchase a new appliance if the repairs are too costly. This would be at a discount, as well. There was a four hour window. The tech came promptly and was very focused and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and was able to fix the problem without having me purchase a new door. Someone responded right away. The repair tech was out by 2:30 that day to analyze the problem. Igor the repair person said it was the defrost part of the fridge was on the fritz. Because it was late on a Friday he wasn't able to order until after the weekend. He ordered the part on Monday and installed it on Tuesday morning. Yes, this is about 8x what it would cost to do the repair yourself, but minus the frustration. They asked for a $200 deposit. I made an appointment and stayed home from work - the technician did not show up the first time. I asked what was going on after the time window had passed - and he had fallen sick and had to cancel, which happens understandably, but I would have appreciated a heads up. Then, I rescheduled for the next day and confirmed - that also got cancelled. Clearly there is a bit of a gap of communication here. That being said, they took a small sum off for the inconvenience and completed a successful repair.
