I really appreciated John's advice to my elderly father and me when he met with us this week to discuss a sprinkler system repair in my father's front yard, and a new system to be put into the backyard. John could have made some big bucks off of my dad, but when John heard we are about to sell it, he was very honest with us and said that we shouldn't have it done. Fall of 2018 - I wanted to replace my front lawn with a drought tolerant garden. Worked with a landscape designer who created the layout, then got a handful of estimates from landscape companies with high Yelp ratings, and decided to go with Greentech Landscape Plus. The GreenTech team did a great job in spring of 2016 getting my yard back into shape, spreading mulch and cleaning up the winter wreckage from the trees. They were reasonably priced, efficient in getting the work done, and flexible based on mulch coverage. This year I initially had a hard time getting in touch with them. Responsiveness is important. I've called, emailed, texted, called again and received a response. I'm assuming this is a crazy busy season for GT, making it difficult to respond right away. However, the results make it work a few extra calls and even with the slight delay, the Greentech folks seem confident they can get to the work in the next few weeks, which suits our goal. Hired this company recently for what I thought would be help with some of my ongoing gardening maintenance needs, instead in less than an hour they had cut one of the most beautiful plants on my property down to the ugliest bare bones they could have. It's not everyday one deals with integrity, dignity, and honor. Aaron came to address a leak in one of my underground irrigation pipes. He diagnosed the issue by investigating each waterline in my system. At first, he suggested replacing the pipe that I thought was leaking, but, after he investigated the situation, he concluded that there was no leak. He explained to me how the irrigation drain system works: the drain pipe will release water. Another great fix by Aaron! Our irrigation timer was randomly not watering. Of course, we didn't notice it until the weather got super hot again and things started dying which meant it needed fixing fast. Very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable.They worked with my design ideas and told me what would work and what wouldn't. Wow what can I say - these guys are the real deal. I had a faulty sprinkler system and my grass was simply baking. After calling many sprinkler repair companies and not getting a single response, Aaron from Greentech answered my call immediately and said he would show up in two hours, which he did. GreenTech did an amazing job retooling my irrigation system. We bought a new property this summer and the water bill was close to $300/mo. with the property unoccupied. Aaron and John came out and did a complete overhaul of the timers, valves, driplines and sprinkler heads. Essentially the monthly bill dropped in half. Later on I thought I was having a problem with the sprinklers - Aaron and John came back only to find out that one of my contractors did not turn the water main fully on to the house (fix was turning a knob).
