When I checked, I discovered the company's contractor license is currently suspended. California law prohibits contractors from performing work with a suspended license, so I refused to let them return and demanded a full refund. They have not refunded me as of this date. Extremely poor communication, unreliable service, and operating with a suspended license. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and hire a properly licensed, professional tree service instead.

He sent one of his employees out to "fix" the problem. They put another coat of sealer on. Unfortunately, the double layer of sealant has caused a much bigger problem. There is now a white haze over most of the concrete and the sealant is flaking off in places. Jorge, if you read this, can you please give me a call or text me and let me know whether you used a water-based or solvent-based sealant on my patio concrete? I'll hire someone to come out and fix the issue, but I need to know the type of sealant used in order to know which products to use to get rid of the white haze/flaking.
