One of the mechanics named Thomas came right out to troubleshoot the problem. He discovered that a new battery was needed and went inside to price it for her. He came and told her and she told him to please go areas and install it. All in all it was a stressful day that Thomas made easier! Defiantly would recommend Walmart auto center .
