This place does an outstanding job. I personally come here for all of my dry cleaning needs and have always had a great experience. The quality of work is excellent, the turnaround time is fast, and the staff is professional and accommodating. They truly work with their customers and provide great service every time. I also appreciate that they support our local police, paramedics, and fire department by offering fantastic deals. I highly recommend giving them a try.

Went in on a Monday evening to try and get some costumes for my church play dry cleaned as well as some of my personal clothing. The man at the counter whom I presume is the owner (receipt says Mike) told me that he could not service my costumes because the material was too delicate and it may bleed which I understood, however, I found it odd since this place claims to be able to clean and preserve wedding gowns, and in retrospect am grateful for the denied service given the subpar quality and job done on my personal clothing that I left there out of convenience and to try this cleaner out since it has so many great reviews. I was told to come back on Friday but didn't realize how early they close so didn't end up going to pick up my clothing until Monday morning and when I got home to put my clothing away, most of it had these odd yellow stains on them. For the price, reviews and amount of time it took to get dry cleaned I expected much better service. Unfortunately for me, this was a complete waste of both my time and money. I should've just taken all of my buisness over to Clockwork cleaners down the street who were able to launder the costumes that Greenway refused to and did a much better job on them. Sad to leave this but looks like I'm not the only one this has happened to.

Even the way they re-hung on their hangers, still creases, just a reduction.

Came here to get a suit cleaned. Service was quick and to the point. Told me i couldn't pay with a card under $10. I told him to go ahead and charge me $10. He said no if's fine just remember next time and just charged me for the cleaning. Good, quick, reliable dry cleaning. read more

Nothing but good to say about this establishment. Only one experience (so far) through a yelp promotion but so quick and efficient with excellent results. The owner understands time is of the essence and handles your transaction with excellence, even graciously taking the dozen or so shirts to the car for me without my asking. Stuff sometimes happens as seen by some of the reviews to which the responses have been honest and reasonable in the points made rather than defensive. I like the integrity of the management here and will continue to do business based on the character revealed in his responses. Keep it up! Thank you. read more

I originally found Greenway Cleaners through a Yelp deal. My husband and I drop off certain clothes there every week. They are always able to get the clothes back to us by our requested date. Prices are very reasonable. There is never a line so we are in and out in no time. The owner is also very friendly. They are open late, which is really convenient. We don't take our clothes anywhere else! read more

I bought the yelp coupon $30 for $50. I havent used all of it yet but i think its a great deal. Ive been here a few time and both experiences have been great. the managers there are extremely customer service oriented and remember you even as a new customer. the last time i was there i called in advance to let them know i was coming and before i could describe my contact info he had already pull out my order. Now that's convenient and i left very satisfied. read more

I had 3 white blazers that needed attention. Two of them had black collars and the other had p/leather sleeves and a small dot of blue ink on it. I went in, the owner explained that all three had a risk of being ruined because of the opposite colors and materials they were made of but i couldn't wear them in their previous state anyway so i told him i still wanted them to try. That was last week, I picked up my jackets and they are all like new! Beautifully done! Very impressed with the results. read more

Second time going here for my husband's shirts. First I did press only, this time I did dry clean and press. The other place I used charged $10 to PRESS ONLY 2 shirts for Same day service. Obviously, greenway didn't. 2 day turn around was fine this time, shirts look great. The man and woman who I have had encounters with have always been friendly and smiling, I guess if you have a bad attitude and walk in nasty, you're gonna get a bad attitude back. I won't go anywhere else for dry cleaning - love them. read more

The company I work for received some donated dresses for the Orangewood Foundation's Belle of the Ball event. A few of the dresses donated needed to be dry cleaned. I saw the great reviews that Greenway Cleaners had so I figured I would stop by to see if they would offer the services at a discounted rate for this great event. The staff is super friendly and welcoming to new customers and I even received a 10% discount off my total. Mike is super awesome. He gives great customer service and the prices here are great! I was in a pinch and needed to get a suit and dress shirt dry cleaned for the next day and they were able to accommodate me. I dropped it off Thursday evening and was able to pick up Friday at noon. If you are researching for a place to get your clothes dry cleaned, look for further! Come check it out for yourself. They also have some pretty good Yelp deals as well. Mike will definitely take care of you. Shirts are $1.95, pants and jackets are usually $3.95. read more

I've generally shied away from the lower priced dry cleaners out of fear that they would damage my clothing, but I got tired of spending a small fortune to get my business clothes dry cleaned. Greenway has very reasonable prices and did a good job on the dresses and tops that I brought in. The gentleman at the register (I'm assuming he's the owner?) was also very nice. read more

I am really grateful I found this place - via yelp! I had a last-minute emergency repair that I needed on a pair of shorts before I was leaving for vacation and they got me in immediately and did my repair within an hour! Super affordable, super friendly, great customer service! I have tried many dry cleaning services with little to satisfactory success. I thought I would give this place a try and was pleased the way my clothes came out, so I thought I would give it another try. I have to say that I am very please with the way my clothes came out every time. There is a tall gentleman (I should know his name by now) that is very friendly and always has my items back to me on time. The whole staff is friendly with great customer service. I've been coming to Greenway for a couple of years now and it has never failed my expectations. It's a locally owned business that supports its patrons 1000% of the time. I actually went to another local cleaner to get some pants hemmed and cleaned and they screwed me over by doing a cheap job on the pants that they did hem but also didn't hem all the pants I asked to be hemmed (which I didn't realize until a couple months later and it would've been a bigger hassle to try to explain it to them than to get the pants actually hemmed). Long story short, Greenway offers great service, is a great business and has a great owner!! read more

This is my third trip to Greenway Cleaners and I have had nothing but good things to say. Great service and quality. Greenway cleaners has never let me down! I have been using them for over three years on the recommendation of a friend. They have done my husband and my work attire, an expensive down comforter, duvet cover (when I realized my dryer was too small to evenly dry) and my wedding dress. Each piece was impeccably cleaned and the customer service is always great. Bottom line is that GC is convenient, affordable, and fast. I had a one-of-a-kind jersey that I wanted turned into a dress because it was huge. I showed the man a video of exactly what I wanted him to do with this jersey and how to turn it into a dress. All he had to do was cut the sleeves off so up the side and then reattach the sleeve. When I came in to pick it up, the sleeves were not cut, they're two different sizes, the neckline wasn't cut to size and I looked like the background dancers in the goofy movie with the broad shoulders. There's so much bunching in the top since I have smaller breast and I pointed that out on Monday and he just kept repeating "I cut where I pin" anyone can do that. So since he was only going to cut what he pins, which was not our initial discussion, I took the time to explain. Show him the video again. I made it a point to make sure that he was going to be able to do this the way that I wanted before dropping it off because I would've spent more time looking for places that were capable of following instructions. Thankfully, I recorded our conversation and reported it to the Better Business Bureau. They just kept repeating the same sentence over and over again to the point where I started yelling over them and they started calling me crazy because I didn't want them to "fix anything" and I wanted a refund. Still have a destroyed unwearable jersey and no refund.

In the past, when items were lost or damaged, they handled the situation professionally and took responsibility. Unfortunately, that level of customer service appears to be gone. We recently had a brand new custom sport coat cleaned -- a very expensive jacket specially made for my 6'6" husband. He wore it only a few times on vacation, came home, took it off, and I immediately sent it to Kona for cleaning. When it was returned, there was a noticeable burn mark on the shoulder/deltoid area along with a streak running from the top of the shoulder, exactly like damage caused by an iron that was too hot. When I called, they immediately picked the jacket back up, which initially made me believe they intended to resolve the issue fairly. However, after keeping it for five days, Carlos called and stated that he "asked the production staff" and because they claimed they didn't do it, Kona would not reimburse us. The conversation was incredibly disappointing. Carlos was rude, dismissive, and openly implied he did not believe us. He stated there was no one else we could speak to. After spending thousands of dollars with this business over the years, being treated this way over a clearly damaged item was shocking. To make matters worse, their customer service system is a mess. No one answers the main customer service number, and when calling individual stores, the employees often seem confused, difficult to understand, or act as though they have no idea what you're talking about. During this process alone, this happened to me at least five separate times. In one instance, I was placed on hold and never helped -- I finally hung up myself after waiting 17 minutes. The quality of service at Kona has slowly declined over time, but this experience confirmed that customer loyalty and accountability no longer matter to them. I would absolutely not recommend using their services, especially for high-end or custom clothing.

When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

Second, why can't we just use a credit or debit card on the machines without having to buy their own card and put money on it? It's not the most customer-friendly thing to do. I'm just annoyed by it all.

When it comes to dry cleaners, Greenway Cleaners is an absolute gem! Exceptional customer service! The owner, Mike Naber always greets you with a warm, charming and friendly smile and his staff are just as polite. Clothes are cleaned in a timely manner and always come back stain-free, smelling fantastic and perfectly pressed. This is the best dry cleaner in OC, you will not regret giving Mike and Greenway Cleaners a chance. This place is absolutely amazing! I've used many cleaners and for one reason or another consistency and personality always seem to lack. Not here, everyone is always very welcoming and go out of their way to make your experience personal. It's refreshing to do business with a company that actually remembers your name and as you step in have your clothes waiting for you. I wish I could give them 10 stars as they deserve it. I have finally found a GREAT cleaners!!!! This cleaners does great work at amazing prices. Their prices are more competitive than other cleaners without having to use coupons and the quality is excellent. They even changed a few of my husband's broken buttons on his business shirts at no extra cost. The staff is very courteous and friendly. They are always smiling. I went here a few months back. I brought in 2 pairs of pants and a few really nice shirts. The owner was really informative. He told me that they wouldn't be able to get some of the stains on my shirt out which I thought was cool of him to point out. But when I got them back (fast turn around) the stains were out so that was awesome. But it's rare in orange county to find good laundry prices (almost impossible) and that's what greenway is about. read more

I have finally found a Fantastic cleaners in Orange. There are many to choose from but this one stands out from the rest. We collected a number of dresses that were donated to OHS for girls to wear for prom. Quite a few dresses needed to be cleaned. This dry cleaner was more than accommodating.
