Just moved and had to find a new cleaners so I tried this place because of course all the reviews but unfortunately I am Giving them a three should be lower but simply because of their low price and because the gentleman in the front was honest and advised me before hand that then sweat stains around my neck collar area on my dress shirts most likely would not come out clean. I have always taking my white shirts to get dry cleaned at my old cleaners and always came out bright white and nicely cleaned but for some reason they cannot do that here. First time here! I came in with a pretty badly damaged suite (due to some idiots in Vegas). I was greeted warmly and I asked them to pay special attention to the stains, although I thought they were beyond repair. I needed the suites done by the next day as well. I came in today and the suites were waiting for me. My jacket only has a few stains left and they removed 90% of the damage. Great experience here, I will be back again! read more

I've taken items to Mike at Greenway Cleaners a few times now and have been satisfied with the cleanliness and efficiency every time! Dress shirts always come back clean and never smelling like chemicals. I've had clothing items both dry cleaned and laundered and Greenway does a great job utilizing either method. I usually specify that I want my dry cleaning done the next day after 5 pm and it has never been a problem to have my request accommodated. We went here 3 times after our clearners closed down. Here is what transpired: 1st time: No issues with dry cleaning men's shirts 2nd time: same as above 3rd time: Brought in King Sized WHITE comforter for DRY CLEANING (this part is important). Small area with blood splatter from one of our children's bloody nose. This comforter had already been dry cleaned once to try to get those same stains out, but it didn't work (2-3 months ago). Thought we would give it another try (plus we clean it every 4 months). NO OTHER STAINS ON COMFORTER. I discussed with owner the issue of the stains, he informed me that not all stains come out, I already knew this, so we were on the same page. 1 week later: Picked up comforter. Brought it home and opened it the following morning. What did I find? 3 dark grey stains and it had been WASHED & DRIED! Subsequently, it had shrunk (pretty obvious on a KING) AND when you wash these types of comforters and then OVER dry them.....the material inside BURNS, curls up into lumps AND ruins the comforter. How do I know this? Because many years ago it happened to us with a very expensive comforter and we were told then that it was washed and it shouldn't have been. Before bringing it back into this facility to discuss the issue I brought it to 2 other clearners in the area. Both said it was burned because it was dryed too hot - not fixable. So, I called and brought it back into the owner. He was rude and said "he'd never heard of this before". Oh come one now. Either he lied or hasn't been doing this very long, but everyone knows what happens to this material when you over dry it. He told me he needed a few days. I said, no problem, call me by Friday (it was Tuesday). He said "I should have it fixed before then". On Friday at 11:55am I had received no call yet. I called and told the nice hispanic man who works there that the owner needed to call me or he'd be in breach of contract. I recieved a call 5 minutes later. Owner was rude and abrassive. Never apologized or accepted fault. Never said he washed it and dried it, which is NOT what I contracted with him to do. Sad part, I had to threaten a law suit in order to get the refund, which doesn't even cover the actual cost of the comforter. THIS IS ABSURD. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. In my opinion, worst place to take your items to be serviced. read more

I'm trying to work with mike to get my company to switch our dry cleaning services to greenway and mike has been very friendly and responsive. I took my nice dress pants and a few dress shirts here after using them a few times, i picked up my dry cleaning to find they had pressed a second crease about 2 inches from the original crease and my dress shirts and the same on my pants. I've been coming here for over a year and finally writing a review that this place deserves. I have had things cleaned, hemmed and hems fixed when the original stitching came off on pants and skirts. They are AMAZING! My clothes come back so fresh and looking great. Most work clothes I dry clean only and this is where the magic happens. I wouldn't trust my clothes with anyone else. I don't know if these words will do justice to the extent of AMAZING customer service I received today by Mike. I came across this cleaners on Yelp after my previous cleaners changed owners and my clothes started having a horrible stench to them. I dropped my clothes off on Monday. I got the new customer deal for checking in (10%) off and I bought the deal on yelp as well. I was scheduled to pick up my clothes today after 5pm. I was running a little late and called around 6:50 pm to ask when is the latest I can stop by to pick up my clothes. Mike answered the phone and said they close at 7 but he will wait for me. It's now 7:10pm and I felt horrible so I called back to tell him I'll pick it up another day. But he insisted on waiting. When I arrived mike had my clothes waiting for me ready. He didn't rush me at all! Even though it was 7:20pm at this point. I was SHOCKED! You don't receive this type of service anywhere! He thanked me for my business and even conversed with me without making me feel bad for making him wait. I am honestly a customer for life recommended my entire family(I have 7 siblings lol) to this place! This place is nothing short of amazing. All the great reviews you read are true to the point! Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. First time, hemming some work pants. It has been less than 2 months and the hems are undone. Dry cleaning fancy dresses $7 & $9. After I left the store they called to tell me they can't clean one because of an embellishment or it would be $5 extra to take it off and put it back on. I said I would come pick it up instead. Upon arrival, I found out that the extra money was wrong. I got my money back, after asking. I will not be returning.... Ever. read more

I was really impressed with the convenience and pricing of this place. Dropping off my dry cleaning was a breeze and I was only charged about half of what I am typically charged at other cleaners for the same number of items. However, I was unimpressed with the final result. The staff did not inform me that they were unable to remove many of the stains that prompted me to go to the dry cleaners in the first place and instead left me to discover this unfortunate fact as I was putting the jacket on before leaving for an important business meeting. I dislike leaving a negative review for this cleaners because their customer service was spectacular. This place is great! My wife had some clothes to be done for an event on Friday, 5/22/20, and she forgot to take them in to get done. Mike, without hesitation was on it. I decided to come check this place out because of all the great yelp reviews. I even bought the coupon. What really put me off was the fact the guy was rude and short with me . I asked if they pick up and deliver in the area where I live. The answer I got was so put off, I myself got confused. I wasn't looking for a hand out and am willing to pay to get my clothes delivered but to assume it would be expensive for me I didn't understand why he just shut me down. I left there still getting my clothes dry cleaned because I had paid for a coupon. When I went to pick my clothes up, the same guy actually remembered me and walked out with my clothes to my car. He proceeded to explain himself about what happened the day I dropped off my clothes. At that point, I was already put off with his attitude. Don't come here for alterations such as hemming pants. I haven't experienced any issues with their Dry Cleaning services but with their alteration services. This place ruined a new pair of slacks and denim. The pair of jeans was hemmed six inches when I originally specified just folding the hem and making a new hem. I personally dropped them off and explained to Mike what I wanted done. I still can't believe their tailor would such a big mistake. The pair of slacks had a sample leg already marked at the length I needed. The pair of slacks turn out to be three inches too short. Now these pieces of clothing are ruined. Needless to say I am not visiting this place ever again. Please go to a trusted place for alterations. This was my first time using their alteration services. I assumed since they do a great job on dry cleaning that their other services would up to par. read more

I brought in 2 shirts and 2 pairs of jeans to be shortened. I was informed that this company only does "basic alterations like fixing buttons". That's not alteration- that's basic repair.
