After the owners response to a fair 3 star review I am downgrading my star rating. To personally attack me multiple times in capital letters and use having bad day does not seem like an appropriate response. I went there 3 times with 3 times of similar experiences so having 3 bad days is an inappropriate excuse. Read the owners responses to any review that is not positive and almost each one is a personal attack on the reviewers. Yelp is a customer's forum to speak on their specific experience with the business. To be chastised for a review is not what anyone should expect from any business. read more

well Yelp let me down again, after reading the glowing reviews I purchased the 20 for 10 from groupon and headed out here on Monday. The guy behind the counter saw me with my 28 shirts and 3 pants and acted like it was going to be a burden. He charged me and told me it was going to be ready Thursday after 5. I'm used to 2 days turn around but I figured they would do a good job so I would be patient for quality. they had my clothes for almost four days and could not call me to tell me one of my shirts had a problem, they did have my number because that is how they identify their victims. but nope no call. it wasn't until I showed up that they informed me that it might not come out as it should. he showed me my shirt and it looked like it had been started but not finished because it was ruined. I said clean it anyway. Then I looked at one of my pants and even though it had only been worn once it looked like it had aged 10 years and the color was gone. the guy behind the counter said it had been cleaned better than was recommended so that is why it was ruined(really) I took my clothes and my messed up shirt and at this point, I was fuming. no apology nothing. I did point out to him that I had been charged for the shirt that was ruined and he did not even offer a refund. when I got home I noticed that the two polo shirts were hanging like regular shirts. anybody that wears polo shirts knows not to hang them that way. now My polo shirts have horns on the shoulders. now to my slacks. holy holes all over. seems like they got carried away with the heat and the iron. all my black shirts are now grey all my white shirts are now grey. I called him on the phone and when I pointed out that all he came up with was excuses and not even a single apology, he finally said I am sorry we failed you. I asked him to make it right and he said to take him back my clothes. Like I am really going to take them back to finish killing them. I am now taking all my clothes back to another cleaner and hopefully, they can fix them. the ones that were completely ruined go in the trash. If you want your clothes ruined and getting ripped off then come here. If not look elsewhere. you were warned!! read more

Location: plaza Parking: ample amount and there are I believe two or three 10 minute parking right in front of their place. Price: It's reasonable. I have called many other places and this location has a great price! If you check in on Yelp you also get a 10% discount ;) I dropped off my wedding dress on 07.16.18 and got it back today (08.03.18); this will give you a timeframe of how long it will take for your wedding dress to be cleaned and preserved. They did a FANTASTIC job! My dress has a lot of beading on top and the bottom of my dress has silk overlay and they did a great job in preserving the look of my dress and making it look brand new. Mike and I were in constant communication in regards to my dress and they made sure not to lose any of my loose items with the dress and made sure to get those items cleaned as well (veil, ribbon tie for corset, and backing coverage/layer for corset). Mike also showed/sent me pictures of my dress to make sure I was satisfied before I left the store (see pictures I have posted). I would also advise giving them a call ahead of time to make sure your wedding dress/item is ready for pick up. Additionally, Mike informed they do original hemming of jeans for 15 (which I will come back for and will write another review for this when I do :)). read more

This is THE place to get your dry cleaning done! They work really hard and it shows. They are very nice people as well. I had brought in a jersey with stains I figured weren't coming out but they got most of them to where I'm extremely pleased and my two dress shirts look great too. Greenway Cleaners is located in the same plaza as Tabi-Ji and next to a really good bbq place on Tustin st. The gentleman who greets you is a very nice guy--- TIP TIP TIP This place always seems to be on Groupon and/or Living Social, so ensure to get your deal before heading on over. I have taken my suits and other items over for cleaning several times, and each time my clothes come out awesome. I found this place randomly after I dropped off my husband's lunch at his work since it is nearby. I went based off the ratings, but based on my experience I would give this place a three star. Customer service was poor. When I first walked in the cashier looks as if he hates job given the poor customer service he provided. I asked to fix a top that was missing buttons and told me to instead buy my own buttons and bring it back. The return expectancy was late as well. I was told it would be ready by Monday and it was not ready. When my husband went to pick up my order he was told that I have called a couple of times and I only called twice. I ended up going to my regular cleaners by my house and they had no issue adding the buttons to my top. I personally did not like this place at all. read more

I took my wedding dress here a month after my wedding. The train had black stains due to dragging around the floor. I had put it in the wardrobe bag without hanger so it was all balled up. I took it to Greenway because they had a lot of reviews regarding wedding dress cleaning. When I walked in, the person helping me was very friendly and gave me a quote on the spot. He told me it would be done by end of the month. He did offer a preservation box but I decided not to do the box because I plan to donate my dress. I got a text from the cleaners that my wedding dress was ready to be picked up. When I went to pick up the dress, it look brand new! All the stains were gone. All the wrinkles were gone. We bought a new comforter that required a dry clean every time we wanted it washed. So being completely out of my element, I researched a few spots around the house via Yelp and decided on this one based on some of my friends' feedback. The process was simple and straight forward: You show the items that you wanted cleaned, you're asked how soon you need it back (in case it's a rush job), get a quote, receive a receipt and then you're on your way. Picking up was just as simple, they look you up, you pay, pick up and then leave. The guy that helped me (assuming it's the owner) was not only friendly, but thorough and told me that certain fabrics/dyes might have a little fading when cleaned. When I did get the item back, I didn't even notice, so a huge plus there. We'll continue to come back to get this stupid thing cleaned. It's pretty, so I guess it's worth it. Came here after trying out a couple places, and I reached out through messaging first to see pricing and they responded very quickly and even though I didn't go right when I messaged them the next time I needed to get things dry cleaned I decided to come here and give them a chance. First time everything went smooth and you are in and out. Just took something in the other day and young lady helped me and was very nice very welcoming. Went back to pick up my oversized comforter and made it about 30 minutes before closing. Just so they didn't have to hold it any longer and take up their space. It's safe to say that this is my dry cleaner now and barring any crazy event very happy to give my business to this company and very thankful to get fair pricing with quick turnaround. After going to greenway cleaners for a while now, I am saddened to write this review. However, I am just too disappointed to let this go without one. I brought some clothes here, per usual, a few weeks back. I wore a white button up once, at work, and got some foundation on the collar area where it rubs against my neck, so I checked it in. When I picked up my set of clothes and went home, I just hung it up, per usual, and never thought about it again, then, I had another court hearing, so I picked it up again to wear. I got to work and noticed this odd yellowish spot around one of the buttons. I'm not usually the type to take things back to anywhere, but this was a $300 shirt, and I wasn't about to just throw it away. So I looked it up to see what it could be on google, and i came across iron burns. So i thought to myself, oh, they must have accidentally burnt it while ironing. brought it back, and let them know that. Mike advised that it would never be iron burns because they have white protective stuff over their iron. Then he proceeded to ask me if I IRONED IT MYSELF, as if I ruined my own shirt and was trying to get them to fix it for free. I was hurt. I said no. He said he thinks it's food. Then, I thought to myself, yah, I guess it could be.... Although I cannot imagine not remembering eating something yellow and spilling it on my $300 white shirt and not realize it while at court. Anywho, mike advised that he would not charge me for redrycleaning it, which I appreciated. I just picked it up today, he advised he could not remove the yellow stain... which is fine.... But then I noticed bunch of black marks on the collar.... Which I know weren't there before .,,. I pointed it out to him when I picked it up,,. He just said something along the lines of you brought it in with other stains. Some stains just go unnoticed. .... I think I would have noticed black stains on a bright white shirt. it made me think to myself, I should have taken pictures of my shirt before bringing it in.... But then, I thought, why must I go that far? I already have a clear lack of trust with the place... so I have decided to not go back. I am just so hurt and disappointed by the way mike spoke to me, a customer. read more

Do NOT bring any formal wear here. RUINED my dress. Absolutely devastated. I dropped off my Galvan London gown ($1600) and talked to the guy at the counter about my dress. We discussed the best options to clean my gown. Trusting his recommendation I left my dress with him. I picked it up and it looked as if it was washed with bathroom rugs and then put in the dryer. It was a brand new dress and now looks 20 years old. As Professionals, if they knew it was outside of their scope of work they should've told me they couldn't clean the dress. I would've understood and found another dry cleaners. The manager did try to fix the dress (after a lot of an intense conversation), but it didn't really salvage the dress. If you have a beautiful formal gown that you want cared for, you need to go somewhere else. read more

Wow! Totally impressed with this cleaner. My mom had a computer that was about 30 years old. It was old and dirty. The geeenway cleaners gave me a total reasonable rate to clean it. Let me start by staying that place is absolutely phenomenal. A year after getting married, I decided it was finally time to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. It took quite a beating and the bottom was extremely dirty. The fabric is unique with a lot of beading and glitter, so I was a bit nervous to take it in to any cleaners.
