Lou sent Chris out the following day and diagnosed the air handler motor burned out. They checked with Trane and the part was covered under their warranty but we would still need to pay for the installation. Lou ordered the part from Florida, which arrived on Thursday, Chris said they got it right from the delivery truck and they came right over to install it and a couple hours later, we finally had cold air blowing again! Lou, Chris and the entire AC Squad were great and we highly recommend them. I would have gladly paid to overnight the part myself or maybe someone could have picked up that bill, but we waited 3 days for it to arrive. Other than that, no real issues, thanks AC Squad! Looking forward to using them for our regular AC maintenance.

I felt that was an excessive amount of money so based on a recommendation from a friend, I called Qual-tech to see if the pricing was comparable. Pete came to the house. . Not only was he very professional, but he was very informative too. He went into my attic took pictures and showed me my coils are very clean and do not need to be cleaned. He said these are the cleanest coils he has seen in a very long time. He also showed me pictures of the UV light. It is working perfectly fine and does not need to be replaced. Pete just saved me a lot of money. What did need to be cleaned was the blower wheel which the previous company did not recommend. So I had him clean it for me and it looks brand new. Pete saved me a lot of money. Qual-Tech has earned my trust and this will be the only company that I use moving forward for any AC services that I need.

It took them another 2 1/2 weeks to come out with the Freon and the technician told me no, the Freon is too high. Now it's not blowing cool at all and they're putting me on the back burner because the AC unit is in the garage, even though I just bought it, it's under warranty and the people I train haven't been able to work out for a month. My son called them to come out and replace a compressor on his AC unit. They came out, charged him $200 for the call and required a 10% deposit for the compressor. Technician said it would be in the next day. Four days later and counting.....silence Find someone else, please.
