He had hundreds of samples of real wood frame colors and shapes to choose from. Our mirrors are 6 feet wide by nearly 4 feet tall. We had a choice of beveled edge or plain mirror glass. He was very paitient as we made our choices, then gave us a very good price for the mirrors, including delivery to our house in Colleyville. It took a couple of weeks for him to order the wood and construct the mirrors, but John delivered them himself this morning (before his store opened) and we absolutely love them! I highly recommend John and Art USA in Hurst.

The interior of the building is kinda bare, not a lot of glass containers of animals, and the ones they have are typically reptiles and or spiders. I don't know if there were more walking trails, but i didn't see too many trails. I walked by the one where there is a creek running through. They also have different exhibits going on. I think they had in insect where they teach kids all about them.

They have a room with a few interactive games that my kids liked. For my 2 kids and I it was $11 to go in that room. Honestly it wasn't really necessary, and we wouldn't have missed out if we didn't go in there. But I didn't mind since everything else was free. We only stayed for about an hour. It was nice to just enjoy the outdoors. There weren't any animals outdoors to view. But it was still super pleasant. I would say skip the special room unless you want to just donate to the center.

Reached out to them in desperation as I was living in my car and they reached out next morning asap eager to provide any assistance they could. I had been calling 20-30 homeless shelters and organizations a day trying to seek immediate shelter, and this ranch is the only place that stepped up to take me in . The owners are generous beyond words, just unconditional love and support every step of the way. Their cause is noble, their hearts are boundless, and they truly live by example. Could gush over them for days for all the help they've given me. Amazing housing accommodations- literally fully stocked cottage with the most tasteful decor and well thought out necessities already provided. If something wasn't there, they were eager to provide it asap. The farm is just adorable; all the animals are well taken care of and are such a pleasure to visit. It's quiet, comfortable, peaceful, and you can tell how much care was poured into putting these places together. Just all the little touches they've added. There's a full-sized oven/stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, washer and dryer provided, a place to shower, storage embedded for me to squirrel away belongings as needed, too lol. Roku TV was installed in my current unit today. Free and good Wi-Fi. Keurig for coffee. Even a water purifier! O_O Seriously what homeless shelter does that?? None. None I tell you. I've been there, lived in a shelter for 6 months, and this ranch blows every other place out of the water. It is a very friendly group with monthly art shows 9 months of the year. Their Youth Show by artists in area schools is a highlight event of each year. It is the best art group that I have joined.

We went on a Friday from 11-1:30. We took 20 special needs adults and 5 employees. This had been…read moreplanned for over a month. Cards were quickly handed out. The package we received $10 in video games (no prize games) and unlimited attractions: golf, rides, laser tag, go carts There were 2 attendants that appeared to be working. One stayed at the cars -it was the most popular-possibly because there was an attendant there so it looked operational. All other attractions we had to go find an attendant and that was quite difficult. Plenty of employees walking around but none working attractions. We finally found one person and she seemed responsible for all of them. So only one ride at a time could be operated. That is ridiculous since we paid for unlimited and only one closed at a time. Pizza was supposed to be ready at 11:45 -we had 1 sorcerer for more than 30 people! Too much for one person. Pizzas were not delivered until 12:10 and only 2 at a time and were served 2 slices at a time by waitress. We then had to wait to get 2 more pizzas. So we spent A LOT of time waiting for rides and food and very little time participating in the activities. Pizza was terrible -think kid pizza. Not one participant asked for seconds. Worse than Main Event pizza It could be improved with staff! And better food

Attended a yelp elite event with this group and it was so much fun! I'm not sure how the pricing…read morestructure works, or if wine and cheese is *normally* included, as these breakdowns weren't provided for us... however, it was a lot of fun either way! The experience included a topless server (male) for our party, an instructor and a nude model (also male). Something else that wasn't specified was if you had a female model if you would also have a female server? So not sure on that. I would guess she would be in a bikini or bra top as no nude photography is allowed and they walk around during the entirety of the event serving drinks and handing out pencils as needed. This would be a fun event to celebrate bachelorette parties (obviously), but you could also utilize their services for any type of gathering. I can so see a ladies night in with my friends doing this, but she also mentioned divorce parties (in which case can we have a group of male models I'll take 5 thank u), birthdays for the artsy friend, baby shower because clearly they've seen someone nude and nobody likes baby shower games (she didn't say that but I couldn't resist).... anyways, I digress. The only thing I wish I'd had more of was explanation. Some of them felt kind of rushed and I had no idea how to shade which was detrimental to my artistry (jk my hands are detrimental to my artistry more than anything else)... Would definitely do this again!

At our event, Bobby the server refilled drinks and took care of us during the drawing portion. The instructor and muse were fabulous at providing instruction and maintaining a sophisticated AND fun environment. It was fun to learn drawing techniques, but my skill was just alright! Each round went pretty quickly, so I wish I could have taken a bit more time to draw.
