I don't see a soul. If I call the number at MY location, i get someone from across the country. They have NO problem increasing rent but what did me in was I was paying $125 a month for a 5x10 unit. I look on their site and it's $61 a new unit with no fees. I asked them in order to save the aggravation for us all if they could lower the rate. The kind man on the phone said yeah that's crazy, I'm sure we can arrange something. Would $80 work? Yes. I said I have NO problem hoisting my stuff to another unit. I don't have THAT much stuff and I have SUV's. 3 good runs, I'll be in a unit at half the rate. He agreed and said let me ask the manager. He comes back over a week later and said the manager said no way. $125 or nothing. So... I'll be leaving now. Instead of getting $80 a month instead of $125, you can get $0 and find a new renter. Great business model! I will say, he was really great to work with. Wish everyone else there was like him! I gave 2 stars because my unit was secure, clean and I enjoyed storing my things there but the company is greedy and it sucks. It's corrugated metal boxes on a plot of dirt that people take care of themselves. Not a ton of work is needed here, overhead is stupid low and from what I'm reading on other reviews, they aren't even turning on the temperature control for the units they charge more for to be climate controlled. So you're hoping no one notices and they save money on not powering the climate control. Could these people BE more greedy?!

All we got was a continual increase of rates. I have proof that they have not been maintaining their climate control. We were at our unit on a day this summer where the temperatures outside was in the 90s and we brought our own temperature gauge to determine what the inside temperature of our climate control unit was. According to Midgard, the temperatures allowed for the climate control is 50° on the low end and 80° on the high end , it was so hot in that unit. We were sweating nearly 5 minutes in trying to work in our storage facility our gauge reader registered 89° in our unit and as you can see by my pictures, the air conditioning was not calling for cooling. Anyone who has an air conditioner in their house, knows that when your temperature rises above the threshold set by your thermostat that your unit will kick on. I decided to tour all the other units on the property before leaving and I have photos of every building on that 90° day and not a single air conditioner condensing fan was running. What are the odds of all the AC units not running at the same time on a 90° day. I'll tell you the odds -the odds are 100% that this horrible stories facility company is charging renters for climate control and not running the air conditioning units , if you are a current renter of the facility, you need to start spot checking your units.Go buy an inexpensive air temperature gauge and walk in and spot check your units. I guarantee you this company is taking your money and not giving you climate control. I am attaching my photos if I could give these guys a negative star I would! Do not deal with this storage facility!!! Oh, and if you go inside, the office staff is on site but they will hide inside their little locked up office with their one-way mirrored windows and watch you from inside their windows, but will not come out when you need assistance. They make you deal with some virtual person on the other side of the United States!!! Customer service is nothing but shit at this location. Do not use this company for your storage. You will have nothing but headaches, rising bills and false promises.

Stored…read moresome furniture here for a month while moving and all the stuff near the outside wall was ruined by mold. After taking a closer look at the far wall I found a gap between the floor and the wall where I could see the grass outside. When I asked the office about it they said that they weren't liable so they weren't going to do anything. Oh, and did I mention that while I was renting the space it was highly suggested by the office worker that we did not need to get renters insurance? Yeah, that happened. So at the end of the day, I paid good ol' Aunt Betty a large some of money to ruin some rather expensive furniture and they had to pay more money for more furniture. Then again, I suppose if you're looking to buy new furniture you could always rent one of the units and actually get the renters insurance, that way your stuff gets ruined and insurance buys you new stuff. Otherwise, it would be cheaper to just throw your stuff away and buy new stuff.

When I arrived, the staff kindly checked my order and then explained how I could simply drive around and would find the lock I already paid for inside the unit. When I saw the unit I realized I had underestimated the amount of space I'd need. I returned to the office and then switched me to a 10x15 within 5 minutes, with no trouble at all. This time, I decided to rent a bluetooth unit for ease of access with their app. The app allows you to open the entry gate, exit gate, and any bluetooth units you're renting. Easy peasy! Unfortunately the bluetooth wasn't registering my new unit (the one I had just switched to) quickly, so I could not use the bluetooth for a couple of hours. I called the office while standing outside my unit, and Keith walked out to meet me and explained that the unit was already open, and I could manually lock it, so it did not prevent me from putting items inside and securing them during my first visit. Easy! I was surprised he walked over to tell me himself - very kind. I returned the next day and the app worked as expected.

The unit was clean & the lock purchased from them was easy to install. Only negative was some extra fees I had to pay initially- but the special price on the unit helped balance it out some. First time I've rented a storage space so probably should have researched that more (my fault). Overall- glad I decided on this place- its close & Tammy was very helpful. Good experience!
