Google Maps for some reason tried to take me to a different spot, but just look for the big blue shop. You can't miss it! I love that the shop is such a distinct color because it helped me find it easily. I came a bit before 6PM and had never been here before, so I was unsure what to expect. I was happy to find that there was no one inside at that time other than three staff members. One of the staff asked what I was looking for specifically, and I said a bouquet around $50. He helped me look for a ready-made bouquet in their fridge, but there wasn't one ready at that price. He said they could make one at whatever price point I had in mind and showed me a laminated sheet that laid out pricing options: a dozen red roses for $50, $50 of other flowers, or a mix. He asked if there were specific flowers or color themes I had in mind, and I told him I'd defer to him for the design. They could also adjust based on price range, which was nice to know. I ended up buying a mixed bouquet for $30 (shown in the photo). He then pointed me to a station where you could write notes and cards for the recipient. There was a nice variety of cards and envelopes in different colors. They had my bouquet ready in 10 minutes, which was great for a walk-in order. The bouquet was wrapped up beautifully and smelled wonderful. Highly recommend!

He placed the order online and then called to confirm the time that I would be at work on Friday for the delivery. My flowers were delivered at 12pm on Saturday - a day after my birthday and on a day that I am not at work. After calling 5 times across multiple days and having all the employees give me the runaround about a manager or owner calling me back, I finally received a phone call from the owner who is a complete jerk and chauvinistic pig. Instead of apologizing and backing his guarantee via his website, his exact words were, "just be happy you got flowers" and "Baby, you're just one of my million customers". If you actually want flowers delivered on the day you ordered...spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The owner does not take responsibility for mistakes and does not care about customer satisfaction. There are WAY too many florists out there who will guarantee a quality product with great customer service. Please support me in not supporting such a lousy business. I've already filed a complaint via the Better Business Bureau and hope to spread the word further. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Recently, I was very disappointed with a delivery that was for a local hospital. My friend had been discharged by the time the arrangement made it there a day late. The follow-up email requested a different address, which I provided expecting good service. A week later, I learned that nothing had been delivered although my card had been charged. When I alerted the shop to the error, it sent an arrangement I could have had from a grocery store for half the price. Worse, the size of the bouquet was not as pictured in the webpage example. The explanation: the photos are only to illustrate color. BS! What a rip-off. Like flowers, somethings do not endure. This shop's quality certainly has not. Do you think this was with $90?
