They're located in 2929 Weslayan. Absolutely gorgeous apartment building that looks literally brand new. It's a lovely high-rise in a little neighbourhood which doesn't have that many high rises, and it's situated halfway between the Greenway area and the Galleria area. It's close to River Oaks shopping and lots of high-end fancy boutiques and whatnot. I ordered a box of roses from LongStemBox for Valentine's Day. They also offered to deliver the roses next day early morning. I rejected the offer as I was paying a large amount for a box of roses. However I reluctantly agreed for delivery at night. Long story short, they didn't deliver the box until late at night even though they confirmed it would be delivered by 6pm. The box of roses came with a card and a personal note on the box lid. There was no lid and the box looked used. I understand it's Valentine's Day but don't lie to me on delivery time. read more

I ordered box flowers for Valentine's day two weeks in advance from this company for 125.00 plus 15.00 for delivery and they never showed up with the flowers. I spoke with the owner of this coming on the phone three different times that day and she assured me that they was going to be delivered but that was a lie. Long story short she didn't want to refund me my money for the Valentine flowers that I paid for in advance that they never delivered so had to file a claim against her with the Better Business Bureau in Houston and she finally refunded me my 125.00 but I never got the 15.00 delivery charge. So I will never do business with this company again in life. read more

These pictures do not accurately represent what kind of product you will receive. I ordered a box of flowers for my friend's birthday and they showed up with the petals browning and old looking. It smelled like it had been sprayed with hairspray. I was embarrassed to present it to my friend -- thankfully I had other gifts for her. The candy-box sized bouquet was $120 plus a delivery fee (which she showed up hours after we originally planned). Completely overpriced and poor quality. Buy somewhere else. read more

My Husband placed an order for me for Valentine's Day, and was told it was going to be delivered to my job..... nothing... than they were going to direct the flowers to home by 6pm... nothing.. 7pm.. nothing... 10pm.. nothing came. Needless to say I never received the order. If deliveries can't be made let people know and don't say the deliver is still on it's way. Reservations were cancelled waiting for this order. Hire more delivery drivers for Holiday's! UPDATE: 2/22/18 still no refund and the owner acts like they don't HAVE to refund us the money. UPDATE: 2/26/18 no refund so we finally called the bank and they will be taking care of this. read more

Bad service. I called days ahead to make sure my wife would receive the flowers in a specific time window before placing the order for Valentines Day. Flowers were delivered 4 hours late, luckily my wife didn't leave the office early. Also, instead of bringing the flowers to the door, my wife was called down to pick up the flowers from the delivery vehicle.
