In return, the Association I am a Board member on agreed to pay an invoice immediately and get the check to them, in full, soonest possible. We delivered the check and I received a text informing me they were just placing the order (June 29th, 5 days before July 4th). When I told them what Steve told me, they apologized for his miscommunication and said they cannot do that... but they were happy to get full payment. The worst part about their policies, and banks will confirm, a Homeowner's Association has basic, guaranteed funds as the Florida statute requires owners to pay their assessments... we receive some of the best bank loans, if ever needed... About 6 months…read moreafter our Tahiti unit was delivered in April of 2023, the entire top blew off during a storm, not a hurricane, and the TV was destroyed by rain. Paradise sent out a team to reinstall the roof for $250. It was discovered that the top was attached by very small zip ties like you would use on computer cables and the center top piece was completely missing. I went to Lowe's and bought 75lb test outdoor cables for the team to use this time around. Paradise would not pay for a new TV even though their original assembly team was at fault, or subpar materials were used. About a month ago, the ice maker started to have problems, mainly the water reservoir wouldn't fill. I called the Paradise customer support number was told that if the unit is older than the one year warranty, Paradise recommends purchasing a new one for about $4,500, keeping in mind that the kitchen is designed and built to fit ONLY the Paradise Grills ice maker. We called a local showroom and asked who they would recommend to service the ice maker and they too said it is recommended to buy a new one. After doing some online research and $40 worth of parts on Amazon, I very easily replaced the water valve and reservoir float and now the unit works perfectly. Paradise Grills uses deceitful sales tactics and their customer service is virtually non existent, so go in knowing this.
