I received an estimate from Metroplex Gutters for 6'' gutters installed on my house which was very competitive. The associate was very quick to schedule the estimate and was very thorough in answering my questions and concerns. This part of the service was great. I informed Metroplex that I would be getting estimates from other companies and that I would contact them in about a week if I decided to go with them. A week later after reviewing all the estimates, I chose Metroplex and called them to have a few changes made to the downspout locations. I discussed the changes and also emailed them what I wanted, and was told I would get a call back the next day with the updated price and scheduling. The next day, no call. The second day after, I decided to call them. Again I discussed the changes, was given a new price estimate, and was told that they were unsure of scheduling due the owner being out of town in the next few weeks, but they would call me in the morning to schedule and work out payment. The next morning, no call. The 2nd day after, again no call. It's now 4 days since being told they would call me and I have not received any call. At this point, I think it's a little ridiculous I've had to continually reach out to Metroplex to schedule installation, even after being told they would reach out to me multiple times. I guess my business/money isn't worth it to them. If this is indicative of their customer service when I'm trying to give them my money/business, then I question if their 7 year labor warranty means anything if I were to ever need repairs done.

Joey came in, designed a complete lighting plan for the entire house, and installed recessed lighting throughout, along with chandeliers and ceiling fans. He was very fair with his pricing, worked extremely clean, and completed everything in just a couple of days. Joey is knowledgeable, professional, and truly takes pride in his work. Since he didn't have many local reviews yet, he shared his long-standing business from California, where I was able to read many great reviews -- and they were all well deserved. Did battle with them until about January 2018, when I met Robert Rostamo with Massey's Advanced Builders. After talking with Robert, him reviewing my insurance documents and then viewing the roof he agreed the insurance company should replace the roof. I let him deal with the insurance company from that point out. In April 2018 the insurance company agreed to the roof and sent an estimate. Robert checked it and advised it didn't quite cover the damage appropriately. I asked him to reengage them, which he did and he resolved the matter. In mid-May 2018 Robert's guys (like seven of them!) attacked the roof starting at 7am and finishing by 6pm the same day, including a very detailed and excellent clean-up. Very satisfied with the service and quality of this organization, as well as Robert's project management skills. Since then I have used Robert and Massey's for a couple of smaller projects and he came by on his own after a recent hail storm nearby to check the roof. Absolutely the best service I have ever had from a contractor.
