    I should have come here to see these terrible reviews prior to having my ac fixed on my 2017 civic at Greg May Honda. Do not get your vehicle serviced here, drive to Killeen or Dallas instead. 2600 to fix my AC. Service rep made it look like she was doing me a favor by having warranty replace "some of it". I wish I would have just paid their 350 diagnostic on it and gone somewhere else, but she told me the car was "in pieces" and would take a while to put back together. I only went to a dealership in the first place because components were under warranty due to being faulty. Lesson learned. Now I'm out 2600 dollars and they broke the marker light on my bumper.

    Long story short: DO NOT GO HERE. They will lie, act honest and sweet until they get what they want and then act like nothing ever happened. If you feel like reading my experience... here you go. - went to look at a car on Friday. Ended up loving it and submitted an application. Told us they worked with our credit union all the time and shouldn't be a problem (other than the fact Greg may Honda checked my credit AND the credit union so it was hit TWICE. Would've been nice to know they would check it too.). -asked if we could keep the car over the weekend and see how it drives. Said we could keep it until Saturday at 1 pm because JOSE said in case someone else wants to buy it. Keep in mind they're not open Sundays. Someone would have to buy the car between 1pm-7pm, get approved and sign all within that time. - Saturday and Sunday pass with no word from Jose or the dealership. Finally Monday comes and we're approved! (At 10am) Credit union calls the dealership multiple times trying to reach the manager, or anyone who will help. I call the dealership and Jose 3 times. Each time I am told he is busy. Including hearing his name yelled across the showroom and the man on the phone very suspiciously saying "he's... busy... he's on the phone" funny because he can't take 30 seconds on his phone to text me back to give me an update. -I call 2 more times. Nothing from Jose. Simply asked him for an update. I JUST WANTED TO BUY A CAR. never thought it would be so difficult to literally pay someone. - 7:20 pm on Monday AFTER THEY CLOSE I get a text from Jose saying he sold the car before he knew our application was approved. If he sold it Saturday, I should've gotten a text saying he sold it so I didn't waste my time. If he sold it Monday, he should've told me so me, my dad AND the credit union didn't waste their time. - their excuse makes no sense. You'd have to sell the car faster than someone can get it approved or it was already sold and I was being led on. Either way there was NO REASON to deliberately ignore me. A waste of time. Double hit to my credit I'm trying to build. - oh did I mention the person I called told me Jose was a bad salesman and laughed? After he yelled out Jose's name in the showroom. Really professional. Are y'all really that bored? Or just hate your lives that much? Something tells me 90% of y'all are divorced with kids that never speak to you because they hate you and you still believe you look as good as you did in the 1960s before your stomach overhung your too tight pants you got from kohl's on sale BECAUSE YOU CANT SELL A DAMN CAR. GROW TF UP.

    this is everything I was charged for to get a total of $30,359 Charged for a top I didn't get.

    I was shopping for a jeep looked on their website. Found one with everything I liked. I trusted in the dealer's notes that everything was going to be there when I got home the soft top was missing. what they put on their website, this is not manufacturer notes. This is the dealer notes. They charged me 500 for a soft top and I did not get it, this is the second vehicle I have bought from them. I will not buy a third My daughter was going to go there to buy her a car and I told her to not go there. I would not send my worst enemy there. Do not go to this place the general manager Kyle was so hateful and rude. I don't know how he is still able to hold a job there.

I never would have considered buying a car from a little place on the side of the road but it turned out GREAT! I was shown a few cars that were too small but they said they had one being serviced and would be getting it back the next morning. That car turned out to be the one I purchased. I got a decent amount for my trade in and was on my way in about an hour. This NEVER happens, but I even got my plates the next day. Overall stress free and positive experience.

On Saturday morning I texted Gates to let him know I was on my way and 10 minutes prior to opening a sales manager (Joseph) called and asked if we were still coming as another store wanted to sell it. Well, we arrive right as promised at 9 am sharp to look at a car that had scratches on almost EVERY PANEL. Well all of a sudden the car wash didn't work, he was double booked for his appointment even though we very well communicated that we were coming and then took his time to deal with it. We hung around for an hour and then called back and he hadn't gotten anyone working on the issue. It wasn't that it could be resolved immediately but it was the lack of follow up and eagerness to handle the issue when we wasted half our day to go get this car. Absolutely unacceptable service and I will be sending a complaint directly to autonation.

Thankfully, the team at Toyota of Waco got me back on track 10,000 miles ago, and today Wes and Justin in service took great care of me again. When I'd…read moreasked beforehand about getting a pre-purchase inspection, the salesman (Terrance) was immediately defensive and interrupted to assure me of their "30-point inspection." Again, when I got there, he tried to dissuade me from getting it looked at. Got the PPI anyway, and the car had major issues with the rear and front brake pads (needed immediate replacement), no slack in the front lower ball joints, cracks in the serpentine belt, a window's controls not working, and overfilled oil. Jesus wept. I was quoted at $2,000 for the brakes alone. Terrance spoke to his manager and told me they'd fix those issues and he'd let me know when it was ready to buy. I had to call the next morning (yesterday) to ask about the repairs; he told me he'd have a timeline that day. Called again this morning, and he told me he'd see about that timeline. A couple hours later I called again. He just dodged it that time. I called the used sales manager to ask for a different salesman, was assured one would get in touch, only for the guy from before to finally text me that the car had been sold... yesterday. Meaning he'd lied to me this morning about the car being repaired. I called the manager, AGAIN, and he admitted that the repair costs had been too high and they'd ended up selling it to an auction. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. If they can't sucker, scam, or pressure you into buying their awful cars, they aren't interested.

Instead of focusing on retaining customers through quality service, the culture here--starting from the top down with General Manager James Griner--seems to be about harassing people into buying another vehicle. To James Griner: If you spent half as much energy improving your service department as you do pressuring people into sales, you might actually keep your customers. People come back for the service, not the harassment. Speaking of service, the department here needs to seriously step up their game. I recently had my Mazda serviced at a dealership in the Dallas area, and the difference was night and day. Not only was the service itself amazing, but they also went out of their way to wash my car and left a personalized thank-you note on the steering wheel. It was a small gesture that showed they actually appreciated my business. I have never received that level of care or attention at University Mazda. It is clear that Waco customers are not valued the way they should be. If you want to know how a service department should actually treat people, take the drive to Dallas. It is worth it.

If you are looking for a slightly used or pre-owned vehicle you have come to the right place." Funny, he said they weren't associated with Temple....and that he wasn't a BHPH....buy here pay here lot. Ok I understand that but it's still on the website. Maybe their webmaster is sleeping, I don't know. Again, I wouldn't do business with them right now until you can see if they are on the up and up, but lying about not doing business when its' clearly on your website is a no no for me. I decided to give them another try (but said I would not work with my original salesman.) We were matched with Kelly Townsend and hit it off well. She spent time getting to know us and asked questions, which I think is imperative to creating a substantial relationship with your customers. We worked directly with Hussein, who is now the Sales Director. We had originally worked with Hussein in financing during our first purchase, but he has made a huge improvement for the company since taking over the sales team. He took time to sit with us to find out exactly why we were not satisfied the first time around. Additionally, he worked an amazing amount of magic to get me into my dream truck. I was in the deep negative before trading in my Jeep, but the carryover balance was practically nil by the time he was through. I will most definitely be visiting Allen Samuels DCJR in the future and look forward to their business, especially if they keep Hussein as the Sales Director and keep training Sales Associates the way they should be trained. Received some heavy pushback for the so called drive up service express. Left and went to Five Star instead. Recently the service manager became abusive and aggressively verbal. It was uncalled for and the other employees agreed and apologized for his behavior. On the local Neighborhood app I saw someone else complain about them for same attitude from the service department manager. I went on and defended them. I regret that now. Douglas I don't know what happened but you need to go and ask Sewell in Dallas about appropriate attire and attitude of your employees. The service team other than manager I believe has change people quite a bit in last year or two. I think I understand why now.
