A couple of Veneers needed rebonding (again) in which case I had no choice but to seek assistance with a new dentist. During these COVID times I was really reluctant on a visit to say the least. My initial call to the office set me at ease. The staff there are friendly and professional. Dr. Hoang was able to see me the next day and the pre-visit protocols they have in place made me feel less anxious about my appointment. Dr. Hoang is an extremely competent dentist who knows his business! During the rebonding process he explained to me everything he was preforming. He also explained what was the cause and potential alternative solutions. I thought my previous long time dentist was good, Dr. Hoang made me realize how not so good my previous dentist was. Unfortunately, I've had this procedure done many times before and I can say Dr. Hoang was a heck of a lot more through and detailed oriented in his approach. The office did offer to fix my fillings so I went back and they evened them out and the shooting pain was fixed and I was told there was no additional cost. 7 Months later I received an invoice from them for the filling adjustment saying my insurance did not pay for it even though it was presented to me as a complimentary fix on a poorly executed filling done by them in the first place.
