Dr. Wong is wonderful and would highly recommend going to him. Got 2 cavities on the upper left and right and had absolutely no pain! Each cavity was done in 15 minutes and the staff were great. Been going to Dr. Wong for 2 years and this is the first time I had treatment with him - point being he is VERY conservative and you don't have to worry about him over diagnosing. In moving to Dallas 4 years ago, I had seen another dentist but felt like a number and while their office was fancy and down the street from my house I felt their was constantly an up sell with them. In switching to Dr Wong I've had several crowns replaced, cavities filled, a night guard made and an implant all while feeling that I was in great hands with full transparency with pricing. I have been here in Texas now for 9 months. Here visiting my daughter and her family, doing a little babysitting. Doing the grandpa thing, Leaving in 5 days, going back to the smokie mountains ( North Carolina ) ... Up in the mountains you do not have a big choice of medical providers. With that said I had a knee replacement and dental appt while I was here. Texas has the best medical I have ever encountered. I looked at reviews and drove 45 minutes to this office. I was shown x-rays on what my last dentist missed below the gum line 7 months before. Knowing build up under the gum line is a recipe for gum disease. I opted for a deep clean. Jessica the hygienist was fantastic. The deep cleaning isn't the most pleasant thing in the world, but given a choice of deep cleaning or gum disease. Ill take the cleaning. Jessica is really good and the dentist came in to double check the treatment. If your looking for a dentist put this office on the radar. read more

Their calm and positive vibe keeps it such a nice and peaceful environment to come to...and they're SUPER QUICK! Everyone there are always so pleasant and have been nothing but accommodating to me and my family. My children have also never been calmer with any other dentist....I swear I've never seen them behave like this in any situation. (could also be the huge screen TVs on the ceiling with almost every station you can imagine too) but I swear my son never lets anyone near his mouth without a fight and with Dr. Wong it's not an issue. Now If only Dr. Wong can please come over every morning and evening to brush his teeth for us that would be a bonus . read more

This is hands down the best dentist I've ever been to. First of all, I've had a major fear of the dentist since I was a kid, but Dr. Wong and his staff are incredible and have alleviated my life long fear. Even having a root canal and wisdom tooth removal wasn't that bad with them. The doctor is very caring and patient and tells you every step of the way what he's doing and explains the process. Literally the only dentist I've ever seen my whole life that I don't dread going to! Everyone in this office is great. I love that on their initial questionnaire they ask if you have any anxiety around dental work - I've never had any dentist ask that before, but it was so comforting. Dr. Wong is so helpful & happily answered all my questions thoroughly, even explaining the tools he was using and why. There's a new dentist in town and he's wonderful. I'm new to Dallas and visiting the dentist was something I had been putting off. I had been visiting the same dentist for over 15 years in my home state and was really wary of having to start going to a new place but boy am I glad I found the Dentist on Skillman! The office is new and beautifully designed and the office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Wong has a warm personality and makes his patients feel at ease in his chair. Dr. Wong and his staff are the most compassionate, caring and professional group I've ever experienced. When I first came in, I had no idea what extensive work needed to be done. They made every effort to get me in as soon as possible prior to my original appointment because I expressed that I had some pain. They made sure to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my part might be as well as thoroughly explaining the insurance breakdown. I (and I'm sure Dr. Wong) assumed it might be a typical visit with maybe a small repair. It ended up being 3 hours but they stuck by me every step of the way. He ultimately decided I would be more comfortable taking an antibiotic over the weekend, to better allow the anesthesia to work to ease the pain. Then followed up immediately Monday morning and sure enough, it was a success. Not only is the service impeccable but the office is so amazing. The lobby allows for children to enjoy themselves should they have to accompany and they have flat screens above the chairs so you can watch your choice of show/documentary. I chose Planet Earth and it was so relaxing considering the circumstance. The Dr. let me know exactly what he was doing, each step along the way. I could not have chosen a better dentist to visit. Should we have to move anytime, I'm sure I would travel back here for any dental needs. read more

Walking in, I am greeted and instructed by the friendly staff. The waiting room has a modern finish with comfy seating and toys for the kiddos. I usually set appointments for my visits so I rarely have to sit and wait. Even my first walk-in was a breeze. Being seen was also just as painless. Knowledgeable staff that answers questions professionally, quick but not a rushed process, and then you're greeted by Dr. Wong himself. Right off the bat he is polite and welcoming, then he gets right to it by offering solutions to the problems I had, and then the options I am faced with. My family and I had been going to a franchise dentist for years - we were never really happy with them as they consistently up-sold us, overcharged and did unnecessary work....bit of a nightmare really. So, I am happy to say that Dr. Wong does NONE of those things! He is just a really great dentist - kind, smart and knows what he's doing with you teeth; from basic health to cosmetic stuff. His office is lovely, modern and clean. And his staff are absolutely delightful - warm and welcoming, and ready to help with whatever you need.
