I was sent out pricing details prior to my visits and knew exactly what to expect. From there it all went downhill: 1. I had a crown put on and the permanent fell off less than two days later (which I was told was my fault because of too much saliva) I have had a few crowns put on in my day and never have they fallen out. 2. I paid over $2k out of pocket for the work I had done and was told that my teeth cleaning would now be out of pocket (totally fine, but the teeth cleaning was really mediocre overall and done in two seconds) 3. Received a surprise invoice for $450 dollar 5-months after I had my last crown done (mind you I was already quoted for the work done and paid my share) so this came as a total shocker! When I asked about what had happened the person acted as though this was the first time Wellspring Dental had dealt with an insurance provider before. The explanation for the additional $450 dollars is still a mystery to me. I have paid the invoice and will NEVER use Wellspring Dental again. There are way better options from a dentist perspective here in Harlem. I would truly consider going elsewhere!
