What began as the overwhelming loss of two parents in 2024, suddenly became a clearer path forward when Rita quickly answered my request for help. It has been a whirlwind of an estate sale, ending on March 1st, and with a "SOLD OUT" notification on the estate's page. Without question, this is the result of Rita's dedication to her business model, and her personable approach to her clients. Moving is stressful enough, and worrying about being scammed was not something I needed to deal with. Also, the packing crew missed a lot of our items, which I then had to pack myself. Several of the boxes were packed improperly, and I had to redo the work.

After choosing another tip, I Was told it would be done the next day or Monday. Seven days later I still don't have my stick back and just keep getting told "we will call you." I'll never spend another dime here. Too bad, too. We are remodeling and in the market for a new pool table and poker table. I'll be filing complaints with the BBB and other agencies tomorrow.
