Ironically all of their marketing materials have the slogan "we'll be with you all the way" is total BS. Delivery didn't show up on the day we were told sat here waiting for 12 hrs installation date no one showed up, when we called and asked they said we weren't on the schedule.... It's a total mess! They are a total JOKE!

I called for help and was assured the employee was on the way. More waiting. Went to the front of the store and spoke with the manager. She called the employee and he snapped at her that he was busy.
