I have ignored the first two employees who were rude to me, because I could see that they were inexperienced and perhaps would get better at their jobs. But today, the machine glitched when I scanned and placed a case of water on it. The young woman employee, heralded by the machine ceasing to function and saying "help" is on the way, walked over grabbed the items out of the bags, threw them across me to the counter next to the scanner and said do it again!
