Found out about the closing through a news article posted yesterday and we both figured the sooner we go the better options we'd have to pick something up. I've actually never been here and I didn't know it existed. Right now they have ALOT of Christmas decor from candles, wreaths, knick-knacks, throws, mirrors, pillows, artwork, etc. He ended up buying a mirror and a throw blanket and I got a sectioned charcuterie board big enough to wallop someone if I needed to for about $20. The staff were so polite and I watched them help other patrons out from measuring tape or lifting heavy items to the checkout counter. They said that the other location in Mandarin isn't closing, just their store. Hopefully they will be transferred. Sucks that this location is closing but I'm glad I was able to stop in and check out what they had to offer. Also got on the mailing list so if I do feel so inclined to go out to Mandarin I will!

The employees there were very friendly and engaging to all of the customers who visited the store. The store is laid out nicely with plenty of varying merchandise, and a good ambiance. They also had a good sale going on with a two for 75 special, a great value. After my volunteering duties ended I also became a customer and took advantage of the special sale. Sometimes the customer service is pretty good (not stellar), and other times it downright sucks. There's one girl in particular who is snobbish and always has her nose stuck up in the air. There have been times I've walked in (with only one other customer in the store) and haven't even been greeted. Perhaps you think I'm the one being too petty, but I have literally spend thousands of dollars on Pandora beads. I don't think I'm asking too much for someone to say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon" when I walk in the door. When we lived in Orlando, I use to visit the 2 stores there often and the customer service was phenomenal! They always went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. I just don't understand why the same can't be accomplished here in this Jacksonville store. Since it is an official Pandora store, more than likely, they will have the exact item you want in stock. They also will be able to clean your Pandora bracelets the proper way. Although, they always act like it's a bother to do it. Annoying. Other Pandora stores offer to clean my bracelets. At this store, I have to ask. I'll continue to shop here because I am completely obsessed with Pandora beads. If there was another official Pandora store in Jacksonville, I would definitely shop there instead and my rating for this store would then be moved down to a 2 star. I waited a while to write this review thinking they would get it together because it was a new store. But they have been open for well over a year now and it looks like the poor customer service is what it is. So a wonderful associate named Nia, who was also helping another party of people at the time pulled out the associates book for me to look at so i could decide between which charm I wanted to purchase. However while i was looking at the book for a specific charm not on display another associate named Gabrielle slammed the book closed and snatched it away then continued chatting with another associate, not even bothering to ask if I needed any help or was I done with the book. Mind you Gabriella wasn't helping any other customers at that time. Because Gabrielle lack of customer service training, it ruined my entire shopping experience with Pandora at this location. I have absolutely loved all my previous shopping purchases at this Pandora before this experience on 11/18/2023 but no longer feel comfortable coming to the Town Center location. There's nothing wrong with pandora products however there customer service workers specifically Gabriella need a refresher course on how to help customers rather than just chatting on the clock with other associates. I'll be going to the Avenue Mall in the future for my Pandora purchases.
