Spent an hour at my house discussing and taking measurements. Waited nearly two weeks for the quote and get a call they don't "replace" and confirmed they said they only do new construction per the "manager". Missed HOA deadline for May due to waiting on this final quote to make my decision to submit the application. Frustrating. They clearly didn't want the job or update your website to remove "deck replacement".

Not only was the visit for the quote very high pressure, but my parents and I decided not to go with them and months later my mother is still receiving phone calls. She said no repeated times and stopped answering the phone. Now the phone calls are coming in from a different number. I suggest only calling them and having them visit you if you already know you plan to work with them. Otherwise it's going to be very hard to get them off of your line. I'm extremely frustrated because this would be work for my parents home, and I'm also not sure if they're pressuring them so hard because they're seniors in Arlington Virginia. But I'm desperately searching for a way to make the phone calls and sales stop. At this point it's harassment.
