When I told him that his behavior felt intimidating, he responded that he had researched me on the "deep dark web." We then asked that our interactions remain strictly professional and limited to inspection-related matters, but he declined to agree to that boundary. The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. It is our personal recommendation to stay very far from this company. Homeowners deserve respect, professionalism, and basic privacy when inviting someone into their home.

During the inspection, he was incredibly meticulous, documenting every defect both big and small with detailed photos and clear notes. He even helped us find out the potential root cause for some of the more difficult issues we had been having with the house i.e. the sporadic roof leaks. What stood out most was his deep expertise. With over 20 years in the trade, Mike knows construction process inside and out, and what builders should or shouldn't do as best practices. He also has specialized experience in mold remediation and plumbing issues, which gave us confidence given our past water problems. Mike is an excellent communicator and very patient. He explained how things are supposed to work, advised us on how repairs should be handled, and even warned us of pitfalls to avoid when dealing with builders or contractors. He also shared best practices we never would have thought about, helping us prevent long-term issues. On top of that, Mike was extremely respectful and friendly with the entire family -- even our pets took to him right away. He was referred to me by some other home inspectors and he did not disappoint. His pricing was lower than another company we had quote, buy Jeff was more personable and the quality of work seems identical. Afterward, he walk with us through the building to check five areas where we were concerned about potential foundation issues. Jeff told us that the foundation was in good shape and did not need repairs. He recommended moving forward with some planned masonry work. Once I identified a home that I was interested in I reached out to Roger and got an inspection scheduled. From the first discussion to the final walk through he was courteous, professional and punctual. He told me what to expect in terms of timeframe and deliverable and I got exactly what he promised.
