He told me he couldn't inspect the foundation because he was "too old and too fat". Since I didn't really need that, I scheduled him for the next day. He showed up and I asked if he needed anything from me, he said no, so he got started. About an hour later, he comes up to me and says, "I'm going to call it." I said, "What?" He said, yeah, I can't inspect it. I've already gotten 222 deficiencies and I can only inspect "habitable houses". I said, "Well, I'm not going to live here, I'm remodeling it and renting it out and need to know what those are before I close on it." He said, 'Yeah, well. Sorry." Then he walked out. VERY BIZARRE guy. Of course he could have inspected it he just was too lazy to or felt he wasn't charging enough or something else. He was so polite and accommodating about situations that arose that weren't his fault (e.g. property not being unlocked and gas not being on).
