May 2025 comes along with more suspected foundation issues. Matt came out and was friendly, professional and seemed very knowledgeable. Fee was what I was quoted and was paid that day. It is now July 2025 and I have never received my report. I've emailed and texted. I've actually spoken to him twice and was assured my report was forthcoming. The last time I heard from him he said he was returning my fee, which he actually did. Still no report. I'm disappointed in Matt. I expected better. It turns out that the cracks in my wall were due to a construction flaw and not active soils or settlement.
