They had lots of colors to choose from and they only use gel polish which made it easy! I didn't have an appointment I just walked in around 2 pm on a Saturday and was seated quickly and the nail tech was already there ready to go! They offer complementary drinks and have lots of tv's to occupy your time. My nail tech was very nice and professional and I could tell she had been doing this a long time! No complaints , will definitely return and maybe try doing my nails as well next time!

I wanted duck nail white tip, I showed the picture I wanted and asked from the very beginning how much the nails would be. They never gave me an answer and I asked about 4 times, the lady came to get me and proceeded to sit me and put nails on me that were not duck tip and still hadn't told me the price for the short nails I wanted. So now I'm frustrated because now I'm asking her if she's going to be able to make them look like duck nails? she ignores me then takes the nails off and finally finds the duck tip. Well the man from the front finally comes around to let me know how much my nails would be, which were at $105 for small white tip duck nails & 2 fingers with a palm tree. I said oh no thank you I will do just the French tip with no design, they said $85 but with the discount they had going on, it would come out to it being $75 and I was like okay thats fine I'll do that. I felt the lady frustrated with me already, because I'm asking for her to make my nails shorter and she just wouldn't go shorter. I'm guessing she was trying to keep the price high I'm really not sure but I like short nails so just do them short, right? She finally starts making them shorter like I asked but also starts filing the side of the nail, which is taking away the duck nail form. So I know now she's being petty with me for simply asking for what I want on the nails I'm paying for. I'm like okay I'm done with this just take my nails off because she clearly wasn't getting what I wanted. I was going to give her $20 for wasting her time/nail tips. She took it upon herself to grab my hands roughly and slapped one of my hands and made a smart comment like "calm down girl it's okay" puts it into a little bucket with acetone to remove the tips I'd imagine. She takes off the "product/nail tip" but she ends up leaving my hands looking worse than what they already looked. I don't think it's fair to be treated such way when I was going in to come back out feeling pretty, instead I came out crying because I felt like shrek with these hands. Maybe if I had a different lady working on my nails, it could've been a different story. The fact that they let me walk out like this, shows a lot about this place. Wouldn't recommend

Then proceeds to tell me "you can move up" like clearly I will move up when you have removed everything from the previous service. I would never suggest this place to anyone! Too busy focused on her phone and her desire to finish her own nails that she rushed mine and didn't care how they looked. My gel polish is lifting less than 24 hours later.

They have the standard massage chairs. You can use the remote to turn in the back massage while they work on your feet and hands. The arm rests flip up so that you can easily get into your seat despite the basin at the base of your chair. They have a laminated menu that explains each procedure and has the prices listed. This makes it convenient for you to decide exactly which services you are interested in receiving. Plus, knowing the price up front prevents any confusion about how much you will owe. I'm always greeted upon entering the establishment. Unlike most people, I usually go with a clear coat. However, they are good about asking you which color polish you want. You can spend time studying the wall of color and let then know your decision. You can also choose different colors and types of polish for your feet and hands. They have a new video screen that was playing wonderful clips of 3D nail art. I enjoyed watching the clips while receiving my service and almost indulged in this creative fun. With Halloween approaching, a lot of the 3D nail art included nails looking like pumpkins, pumpkin patches, candy corn, monsters and ghosts. It was really inspiring to watch. Perhaps the next time I'm here, I will indulge. I had two technicians work on me at the same time. If I were in a hurry, this would be ideal, but I almost prefer one technician taking the time to do both my mani and pedi. It's so much more relaxing. It's uncomfortable when the two technicians are pulling and prodding on you in two different directions. Plus, if I have one person, the finished product is likely to be consistent and at least one of my limbs is likely to be dry. Today, neither were dry, but I thought they were. My fingernails were completely flubbed by the time I got home. I'll have to paint them again, but at least they are shaped and cleaned up. The man that works here is super nice. He said it is a family business and his mother-in-law worked on my mani. While she didn't speak English, he was kind enough to translate when I needed something.

I get a regular pedicure which only cost 30$ and get more work done than going to another salon, where I'd pay 60 over for just a cut down and polish. If you don't have sandals they do indeed have some. Walk in's are always welcome and it is always a quick service. So don't be scared of by the other reviews. I also struggle badly with ingrown toenails and the lady always does a great job of shaping my nails, and removing anything that will hurt me.
