This brewery was small, but don't let that fool you. I had gotten micheladas, and even went back for a second one. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and appreciative of supporting their business. I ended up purchasing two of their brewery T-shirt's which were very eye catching. If you're ever in town on a hot day give this place a chance to cool you down with their delicious micheladas. They also have food vendors in front of the brewery I didn't get a chance to try, but there's food options available. read more

Inside is pretty small but beers are pretty good. I got the Bloodberry Berliner and the Tartarus Warhammer. 1st one is a sour so a bit in the fruity side which I loved. They had a vendor outside and the chicken skrewer was delicious. read more

Thank you to both YelpIE, Mylesha and Greywolf Brewing for allowing us to participate in a much needed elite perk! Took advantage on Halloween to stop in a grab my beer. Had a quick taste test of 2 other beers in their arsenal: Tartus Warhammer and Schwarz Wulf. The tarsus was the winner that I took home and apparently it's one of their award winning beers as well. The menu literally has something for everyone, sours, IPA's, lagers, etc. The gentleman with the large beard was super friendly and helpful. Looking forward to going back and sitting down to enjoy a beer there next time. read more

Full disclosure I was invited to an event here so typical circumstances may not apply that being said the beer is soooooooo delicious we got two free drinks which honestly just wet our whistle and we ended up ordering (way) more rounds out of our pocket the flavors were awseome and ended up taking a few products home and I'm very eager to return for more I highly recommend this brewery stop by order a sapler and have yourself a good time read more

I attended the FBB Happy Hour Series at Grey Wolf Brewing on Thursday night. I was greeted by Mylesha D when I walked in. She is part of Yelp and recognized me from an earler FBB (Fall Beer Bracket) Yelp at The Stout House in Upland. The Grey Wolf Brewery is very cozy and had about 40 seats and very clean.The tap list was projected on a large tv that showed 16 beers on tap and is subscribed to The Untapped app. I was given two drink coupons good for one beer each but i wanted to try more than two. I was greeted by Chad who asked what i wanted ( He is the owner, head brewer, and handyman. I asked for a flight which included six 5 ounce tasters on a paddle. The flight was worth 2 coupons. Chad poured three and Jess poured the other three. Jess is another employee that is Chads right hand woman. I walked my paddle to my seat which included 1) Ojo Rojo Michelada, 2) Red Ale CCBC Gold Medal, 3) Hop Wolf, 4) Make IPA Rye Again, 5) Loki, and 6) Dire Wolf. Which made a beautiful presentation. Usually only about 10% of the time when I go to breweries and get a flight that I like all on the flight and it happed here. All were rated at least 4.0 and above. ( 5.0 is best on the Untapped app). While drinking the flight Jessie, (another employee that does everything Chad and Jess doesn't do) ask how i was doing i replyed that like all the beers so far, 3 down. Grey Wolf Brewing Co is a great little brewery and should be at least tried once and i think you will be back after trying them at least once read more

We are so excited to have another brewery in our community! We (my gf and I) are active beer drinkers and were able to go to their grand opening this past Saturday! Chad, the owner and brew master is the nicest guy and welcomes you as soon as you walk in the door! He is happy to talk beer with you and is attentive to make sure you are enjoying the beers you are drinking. This is in the same location as sons of liberty aleworks. As you may, or may not know Sons closed their location and relocated to the Midwest, so Greywolf moved in! They have several beers on tap, I believe a beer for everyone. From ales to lagers and everything in between. Their beers are good l! My favorite was the west coast ipa and the red ale. My gf really liked the oatmeal pale ale and also the brown. I would give this 5 stars but they have limited seating. We had to stand in a corner next to the restroom when we went haha again it was the grand opening so we do understand.. I highly recommend with new spot, go support a local business, drink local and enjoy fellow yelpers read more

Ok, here it is. Brand spanking new brewery where my old haunt used to be. Today is the soft opening with the real big day being tomorrow. I wrangled myself an invite to the soft opening and we both benefit from it. I get to try the beer and you get the benefit of my dubious reviewing wisdom. The interior is nice with seating for about 45 people. The owner/brewer, Chad, has been working overtime to get the place opened but doesn't have a full complement of beer yet. It is definitely in the works though! I did a short flight of six to get myself acquainted. The Red Ale has a nice color and a tasty light caramel flavor to it. SWPFTD will enjoy this one. She would have joined me but was not feeling well today. Oatmeal Pale Ale might be one of my favorite beers here. Nice hop aroma and flavor with a bit of body from the oatmeal. The Brown Ale is a nice, mild session ale reminiscent of the "bitters" of England. Very tasty and mild ale. The Hazy IPA... Ok, these beers need actual names as time goes on. The Hazy IPA is really freaking good! It has a bit of a fruit aroma and flavor that I honestly can't place. The flavors were very clean though and not overly bitter. Tartarus Warhammer!!! Now we're talking. This beer is a great Belgian. The predictable flavors are there but blended well and not overpowering. I think SWPFTD might even like this Belgian. Last taster for now, the Foreign Extra Stout. This was a predictable beer, and I don't mean that in a bad way. It has the flavors it should, which is a good thing. Nice roasty flavors as you would expect. This is another really good beer. Ok, I will update this review in a couple of weeks once I have the opportunity to try a few more beers that are brewed on the new system. Based on this one visit though, GreyWolf Brewing Co is a big thumbs up for me. While I finish up this review I'm revisiting the Tartarus Warhammer. And yes, GreyWolf Brewing Co is my 129th unique brewery visit! A solid line-up of refreshing small batch craft beers here. There's something for everyone from a beautiful dry stout to a silky Belgian tripel called "Warhammer" which was my favorite. The oatmeal pale ale also had a nice satisfying mouthfeel and extra floral hops to finish. Even more refreshing was getting a chance to talk to the owner/brewer of GreyWolf and seeing his dream come to fruition. Chad Adams was down to earth and took his time to discuss his beer recipes with his customers. He will talk about anything you want to know his experience as a home brewer going pro to how he remodeled and installed all the equipment at the location. The atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. I will definitely come back and see what this new brewery has to offer in the future. read more

Got together with my sister from Baltimore, my niece from New York and my cousins from Olympia Washington for some brews. I fell in love with the Tartarus Warhammer-so tasty!! It's a very small place when you enter, but wow is the beer worth it! They have everything you could want, from IPA's to an Amber and ReD Ale to a Schwarzbier and a Festbier! I really liked this Yelp Elite perk! I got here after their closing hours (due to traffic) and the owner kindly agreed to stay open for me to come in. He included the Das Festbier as part of the perk because it is the official drink for Oktoberfest fest. Also grabbed a Hazy IPA to-go. The goodie bag was pretty generous! You get a glass, cup sleeve, phone pocket, and chapstick. Overall a smooth event. I'm glad I got to learn more about this small business. read more

This place is near the DMV and across from the Derby Room. Came here to pick up the Festbier for Oktoberfest and was able to taste several other beers on tap as well. My favorite was the Tartarus! It had me at first sip. The owner was friendly and talked to us about the beers we were curious about. Good service goes a long way during this pandemic. We ended up buying more cans to-go. This was the first brewery I found in Norco and I couldn't be happier I did. I popped in by myself one day to sample some of their brews. I found the owner Chad working the taps. He had quite a nice selection of different beers. Some sour, stout, brown, festbier, imperials, and of course the standard IPAs. I sampled the sour and was really impressed at how tasty it was. Since then I have tried a number of their beers and have not been disappointed. They have a few tables most high top. There are some games to play if you are so inclined. They use TouchTunes for their juke box. They have no real food but always offer bags of chips. They don't mind if you bring in your own food though. On some nights they bring in food trucks. Check their facebook page for the schedule. The vendors are varied from pizza to tacos and BBQ. They will also have the occasional band or musician. All in all I keep coming back every time I am in town. I definitely recommend you do to. read more

Great find and excellent quality and variety of brews in a easy to find commercial area that is very clean and neat. I have had beers all over SoCal and this little place deserves to be discovered by more craft beer people like myself. I was introduced to this place through one of Yelp Elite Perk virtual events for Oktoberfest. The staff was friendly. I went in to only go pick up beer from the event after work, but I ended up sampling all of the IPAs. Drinks: my group mainly got beer so they were all good & happy with it. I wanted a margarita flight and well, that was pretty disappointing. It was supposed to be 4 different flavors/drinks with tequila. But where was the tequila? I felt that they should've been upfront with it on the menu and called it a mocktail or something because when we didn't taste any tequila in it, we asked the waitress & she mentioned to us that there is only 1 shot of tequila for the whole flight...like what?! That flight cost $20 so you're telling me I'm basically buying $20 worth of juice since the tequila is non-existent?! That was truly disappointing to hear & even the waitress said she would never recommend the flight because of it and it wasn't fun to make. So do better Brass Tap, either add more tequila to your flight to make it actually worth $20 or just remove it all together from your menu. Deceiving & a total waste. 0/10 for the flight. Thankfully the waitress removed it from our bill without issue & got me the watermelon margarita to replace it. Much better and you can taste some tequila in it (not much but a lot more than what was sprinkled onto the flight). 6/10 for the watermelon drink. Overall the service is decent and the space is decent for small groups. There's seating at the bar area and tables inside and outside. Decor was typical for these type of place. Plenty of parking as well. Will I be back? Maybe if drinks are better.
