This place is fun to be in. Lots of stuff to look at and the music videos are cool to watch. Today I chose the bbq chicken salad. Wasn't terrible but I don't think I'd order it again. It's drowned in sauce has tiny pieces of chicken and tons of crispy onions on top. I didn't even touch the ranch because the lettuce is already in a saucy bath. Overall, 6/10 The Asian wings were soo good and they were really big and meaty so definitely worth it. My drink of choice was the raspberry lemonade.. I'd rate it a 4/10 I snuck a few fries off of my friend's plate and they were really good. Salted perfectly, cooked well and of course paired nicely with the ranch 9/10 Our server was great. So very disappointed. We have been to this location several times and have always had a good experience. Food, Service, wait times, etc. we have also been to other locations with the sane consistent experience. Forward to today. Came in on a Sunday afternoon after seeing a movie. In our section there were 4 other tables occupied out of maybe a dozen total. While sitting we noticed there were 2 other servers also servicing our area. Now the bad. Seated and after reviewing the menu we waited for at least 10 minutes no server. Finally our server showed up took our order never to be seen for another 10 minutes. No drinks. I had to get up to find someone to find our drinks. They finally showed up. It was a 100 degrees outside so something cool to drink would been nice. Food arrived, no silverware, waited for runner to get settings. Next nobody checked so of course we needed refills. Had to flag down another server to find our server. Finally got refills. With all this aggravation honestly already off to a bad tone. We ordered the half chicken and French dip. Food was good but nothing amazing so with the bad tone it became a very negative experience. In these times of minimal staffing we try to be understanding, but when you miss the basics something is amiss. For our experience we have other choices to spend our money. All the cool vibes at this place. It's dark with stage lighting and good music. Definitely a cool place to hang out and grab a drink/bite. I'd recommend trying this place out. We sat in one the larger booth at the end near the outdoor patio so that our kids could be spaced out from each other. It worked because none of our kids fought the whole dinner. They were also pretty entertained by the kids menu even though they didn't have crayons. There were still lots of activities on the page to keep them occupied before and after the food came out. I debated on trying the Hampton water frose, strawberry basil margarita, and spicy watermelon margarita. I couldn't decide so I ended up passing on getting a drink. I think if I came for lunch during the day and ate outside. I definitely would've probably tried all 3 of those drinks. Speaking of outdoor dining, there is ample outdoor dining with outdoor heaters and all. The place is pretty large with lots of indoor seating and the bar in the center. On to the food, the gastropub burger looked appealing. I have to say it tastes as good as it looks. Of course I opted to pay the $1.95 to substitute for the garlic parm fries as my side and a side of broccolini. My fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. Just to double check, I tried one of my husband's regular fries and it was the same. They have a kids menu which is pretty standard pizza, burger, chicken tenders, beyond tenders and Mac and cheese. $8.95 comes with a side and milk. Price I feel is pretty standard these days. This place is definitely kid friendly with their kids menu and yellow submarine outdoor playset. You can get a different refillable drink for $1.95 and add an ice cream sundae for $2.95. We got the ice cream sundaes for our kids. I definitely wanted to try the purple rain drops - French donuts with chocolate on the inside drizzled with a raspberry syrup on top and whipped cream. At this point, I was really full but ate one. You definitely want to enjoy these fresh so make sure to save room if you order them. I also checked in on my Yelp app and was able to get a free cinnamon girl bread pudding. I was stuffed so I just took a bite to try it out and yum. I took the rest home in a togo box. Nathan was our server and he was great! He was efficient and did a lot on his own. When we arrived he greeted and seated us. He took our order while managing other tables. I liked that he was honest and flexible with any questions or accommodations I asked for. He was attentive and made sure our needs were met. I felt like he went out of his way and I noticed that he picked up any dishes we were done with to clear the table and give us more room. Our total bill was $96 including tax not tip. I felt it was fair. My husband and I talked about our dining experience and both agreed that we would come back again. read more

I always pass by this place never really thinking anything of it. One day I decided to give this place a try as their food looks very yummy. Inside the place is decorated with lots of 80s bands and rock n roll stuff which I dig a lot. They have lots of 80s music playing and multiple tv setup to watch the music video while you wait for you food. I came around lunch time and the service was extra slow. Maybe it was just a one time thing and there only seemed to be one waitress for almost one whole side of the building. She did a great job at getting our orders and keeping us satisfied. I ordered their gastropub burger, demon chicken burger, and banana bread girl pudding. The gastropub burger was delicious and I love the garlic aioli sauce they put as it added a really good flavor. The demon chicken was great tasting as well with a good amount of spiciness to it. It has a lot of jalapeños which you can take out if it's starting to get too spicy. The banana bread girl pudding was superb and very yummy tasting. That was my first time having that dessert and I would definitely order this again. read more

The server was attentive and helpful and the food arrived hot and quickly. We even had an appetizer, and the gift card covered the cost. Having worked in retail for many years, I really appreciate good customer service, and they made up for the previous experience. I appreciated the manager reaching out and making things right. Alas, with the closing of the Rancho location, this is the closest Rock & Brews to my house. But it's still a place I enjoy eating so let's see how this location measures up. Located in Corona Crossings shopping center, it's very close to the entrance and easy to find. The inside is decorated with all the music stuff and TVs playing music videos we've come to expect. For the appetizer, we got the hand cut mozzarella sticks. Absolutely top shelf. They were fantastic. For my entree I got the Alice Cooper Poison Burger. This was certainly a well made burger but something about the mix of toppings didn't quite fully work for me. I can't quite put my finger on it. My GF got the coconut crusted shrimp. I tried one and wow, way too salty. Even for a salt fiend like me. Not good. Avoid. Service started off slow but got much better as the visit progressed. Even though it wasn't the best meal I've had, I know Rock & Brews is a good place to eat. It's fun to sit and watch music videos where people play actual instruments and look around at the memorabilia. What a cool place! The music was awesome, the food was really good (and got to us quickly!) the posters, flags, and artwork are super fun, and the service is five-star perfection! The BLTA sandwich is really hearty and tasted great-all the meal portions are perfect size for dinner. The shining star of our visit was the service. I love that this place has a great menu and even a dog menu. However, I had to remove some stars for our server, who did not do a great job during our visit. We had to ask him twice to give us time to look at the menu when he informed us our first choice was not available. He kept hovering even when we asked him to give us some time. When we asked him for some water for my dog, he brought an overfilled bowl and put it on the table, which was odd as normally dog water would be placed on the floor. Because it was filled to the brim it spilled all over the table when he put it down. Finally, when we did order, he did not write any of our order down. When asked if we could order another round with happy hour pricing since they brought out the drinks so late they said no. Also they were out of almost every beer. They probably came to the table 3 times to tell us they were out hence why it took them sooo long to finally get our drinks. Also the boneless wings were very lacking in sauce. Rock & Brew is a Rock 'n' Roll themed bar from the Furano brothers, Michael Zislis and Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley of KISS. It reminded us of the old Planet Hollywood gone Hard Rock. We found the restaurant to be fun, but somewhat dated, with the eight or so HDTVs permanently showing music videos from 1980s. It was good seeing Charlie Watts and Phil Collins in better days though. The food here is the real star. The photos in the menu actual look like what they serve. The only short coming is the downsizing of some of the items. My French Dip ($19.95) barely had any meat, it was mostly a small amount of grilled onions. But everything else was good. See photos. Three and a Half Stars, rounded up to Four. Had a family birthday and went to check out the Rock and brews in Corona. Have visited the El Segundo location so I knew the ambience would be cool. It didn't disappoint and from the guitar axe sticking in the keg out front to the custom artist skateboard decks it was cool. It was a Monday so it wasn't heavily staff so things lagged but only a little, we were a party of 7 so even the best places take a little longer. Margherita pizza was bomb! We shared! I had the demon chicken and it was great, it could have been spicier but I have the ability to easily eat some obnoxiously hot things with variable ease. The purple rain desert was a real treat. What a sleeper! So here I am thinking it's another Hard Rock Cafe concept brand grill. We walk in and immediately it has the high ceiling industrial concert vibe complete with lightweight trussing rigs from the ceiling. Very nice touch. The food we ordered was shrimp tacos and prime rib dip. The tacos were a great size and were tasty and more than my wife could handle. My prime rib dip was awesome and the sweet potato waffle fries were amazing. I could have easily made a meal on those alone!! Our server was Elena and she was friendly and helpful and made sure we had all we needed. This place is in an open air shopping plaza, but don't pass it by. We were sat to our table immediately and given menus and we had our 2 year old twins with us, so usually we like to put the kids order in right away. We sat down and not a single server came to our table and we were waiting for quite a while and no one ever came, not even to get a drink in order. So we ordered drinks at the bar and then told Blake that no one has helped us, he came straight to our table and went over and beyond to make our experience amazing!!! I want to give a huge shoutout to Rylan. From the other day I came here. He is a very friendly and helpful individual. He showed a great smile and was great with service. He came to my table with our food and I asked him if we can get utensils, more dressings for my salad. Which he did quick! And, I wanted to split my order of salad with my partner and he said he can do it for me. I was surprised because not many restaurants I go to have this kind of service.
