I initially worked with Shane Sybil, the Internet Director, who gave me a lease quote over the phone and followed up by text with the details I requested. About a week later, Ed Haddad reached out to follow up on the quote and assisted us through the remainder of the process. Ed was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. There was a little confusion at first regarding whether the College Graduate incentive had already been included in the quote. I explained that, based on my original conversation with Shane, it had not been included. I appreciated that Shane honored exactly what we had discussed over the phone without any hassle. That demonstrated honesty and a commitment to customer service. Tony Bermudez in Finance was equally professional. He explained the paperwork clearly, made sure we understood everything we were signing, and helped us complete the transaction without unnecessary delays or pressure. The only hiccup during our visit was a wait of about 40 minutes to speak with the insurance representative because there was only one person handling insurance matters at the time. However, once it was our turn, adding the vehicle to our insurance policy took only about 7 minutes. Overall, we had a very positive experience leasing a new Honda Civic for our daughter. Thank you to Shane, Ed, Tony, and the Delray Honda team for taking such good care of our family. We highly recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business.

From the time that I arrived and test drove an SUV, purchased it with cash and still had to go and sit at the finance dept., it took 6 hours of my time to leave with the vehicle only to return to have a part replaced the next week and they ordered the wrong part. The sales person Nicholas was nothing special. Nice guy but he could have cared less about making car buying a five star experience. It should not take 45 minutes to make a sale and a whole day to drive it off the lot. I will not be returning for any other service because if buying took forever, I don't care to experience the service department.

Because I live in Texas, I could not inspect the vehicle in person before purchasing it, so I relied on the dealership's advertisement, photographs, and descriptions when deciding to buy. After the truck was delivered, I discovered that several aspects of the vehicle did not match how it had been presented during the sale. The eBay listing advertised the truck as having a Uconnect 8.4-inch touchscreen with factory navigation. After delivery, I confirmed that the truck did not have factory navigation as advertised. I also discovered extensive rust that was not apparent from the listing or disclosed during the sale. The most visible rust was above both rear wheel wells, but I later learned the corrosion was much more severe. I took the truck to a Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealership in Plano for an inspection, and their report stated, "Vehicle is extremely rusted underneath." They provided repair estimates related to the rust damage totaling more than $12,000. During the purchase process, I also purchased a $3,728 extended warranty after being told it was a "7-year unlimited bumper-to-bumper warranty." However, when I later needed a repair, I was informed that the warranty did not cover the issue. The coverage I received did not match my understanding of what had been represented when the warranty was sold. I contacted Schumacher Automotive Delray in writing and provided photographs, inspection reports, repair estimates, and warranty documentation explaining my concerns. A manager later called me and stated that because the truck was ten years old, I should have expected rust. My concern was not simply that the truck had rust--it was that the extent of the rust and the vehicle's overall condition were not accurately represented before the sale. I requested that any further communication be in writing, but I have not received a written response addressing the issues I raised. My concern is not that I purchased a used vehicle. I understand that used vehicles can have wear and age-related issues. My concern is that the dealership's presentation of the truck--including its advertised features, overall condition, and the warranty that was sold with it--did not match the vehicle I received or my understanding at the time of purchase. Because I was buying from out of state, I had to rely almost entirely on the dealership's representations. I would encourage anyone considering an out-of-state vehicle purchase to independently verify every advertised feature, obtain a pre-purchase inspection whenever possible, and make sure all representations and promises are documented in writing before completing the sale.

My Sprinter has been making an odd noise and I have another 1000 miles to go before I'm home, so I made an appointment here for first thing in the morning. I figured I would spend the day working from the customer service area (assuming could diagnose the problem and could get the parts to repair). I was here at 7:00 and at 7:15, the service manager let me know that they typically hold on to Sprinters for at least a couple of days. Uh, what? He was quite nice about it. The service area is comfortable. There's wifi, there's a coffee machine and they have a small cafe (that wasn't open this early). Starbucks and more within walking distance. So now I'm headed home with the noise and I'll let my dealership back home in Charlotte deal with it. [Review 307 of 2025 - 1970 in Florida - 23869 overall]

I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent service experience at…read moreAutoNation Mercedes-Benz Delray Beach. Today, I brought my Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG in for its annual maintenance. When I purchased the vehicle, I also purchased the Vehicle Care Protection Plus package, which includes four prepaid services for over $2,000. Today was only my second service, meaning I have used just 50% of the package I already paid for. To my surprise, upon arriving at the dealership, I was told that they did not want to perform the service because the vehicle had accumulated too few miles. I was then informed that, if I wanted them to complete the maintenance, they would need to report to Carfax that the vehicle had approximately 10,000 miles, even though it currently has only 2,877 miles. As the owner of a highly collectible Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, I found this extremely concerning. Falsifying the vehicle's mileage history would negatively impact its provenance and could significantly reduce its future resale value. I immediately expressed my disagreement and made it clear that I was not willing to have inaccurate information reported for my vehicle. Afterward, I spoke with two friends who work at another AutoNation Mercedes-Benz dealership. Both told me this was the first time they had ever heard of such a practice. They explained that prepaid maintenance services can be used whenever the owner chooses, regardless of mileage, and that there is no issue with using all four prepaid services within the same year if the owner wishes. They also suggested that perhaps the dealership was trying to sell me a separate maintenance service or another service package instead of honoring the prepaid plan I had already purchased. To make matters worse, I spent more than five hours at the dealership waiting for my vehicle, including over an hour during which it remained parked without anyone working on it. This experience fell far below the level of professionalism and customer care I expect from Mercedes-Benz and AutoNation. I purchased the prepaid maintenance package with the expectation that it would be honored without unnecessary obstacles or requests that could compromise my vehicle's history and value. I sincerely hope this matter is reviewed internally so that other customers do not have to experience a similar situation. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I hope I never have to return to AutoNation Mercedes-Benz Delray Beach.

I'm old and was not feeling very well the day I bought my car. And they took advantage of that. I decided to let it be. It's only money. So a year later I'm getting the service I paid God only knows how much, because the finance guy gave be contract work sheet that looked like it was made by a five year old, and final contract that was incomprehensible. I made one request; please check and inflate my tires to the proper psi. I'm old and basically crippled and can't bend down to inflate tires. So I'm driving home on I95 and the psi comes up and its still 25 and 27. Wow! Once again they screwed me. They sent me home while my vehicle really isn't safe to drive. And if they didn't do what I asked, I can only imagine what else they didn't do for my very overpriced maintenance contract. And why was my tire pressure so low. Probably because they didn't check last time I came in for service. So I am emailing because I'm so angry I can not trust myself to be civil while speaking with any of you. I will be posting a bad review and contact my congressperson to inform them That schumacher subaru of delray is jeopardizing its customers and the people in general by breaking their contract and sending them on FL roads with unsafe vehicles. I would expect a refund for my maintenance contract. At least at Jiffy lube I can watch them work on my car. Your maintenance people have proven that untrustworthy and a danger to my life.

One of the biggest differences between buying a Tesla and purchasing from a traditional dealership is the no-pressure environment. Since Tesla team members don't work on commission, the experience felt much more relaxed and educational than a typical car-buying process. The team member started with about a 10-minute demonstration, walking us through some of the vehicle's key features and menu options while seated in the driver's seat. After that, we were able to take the car out on our own for a 30-minute test drive, which gave us plenty of time to get comfortable with the vehicle and its technology. When we returned, the sales manager took time to answer our questions and was knowledgeable and helpful. My only criticism is the lack of follow-up afterward. I ended up having additional questions once we got home, and a quick follow-up call or email would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, when I tried calling the location, I wasn't able to reach a live sales representative. Overall, the test drive experience was informative, low-pressure, and a great way to learn about the Model Y before making a decision.

We experienced car trouble on our way home from Miami and were understandably stressed, especially knowing we had a 15-hour drive ahead of us with our two boys. He immediately got our vehicle into the service department, arranged a shuttle so we could enjoy breakfast while it was being inspected, and even made sure we had an Uber back to the dealership. Although the issue couldn't be fully repaired today, Louis took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer our questions, and give us the peace of mind that our vehicle was safe to make the long drive home. That reassurance meant more than he probably realizes. Heading out on a 15-hour trip with your family is stressful enough without worrying about whether your vehicle will make it. Exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find, but Louis reminded us what it looks like.
