Went in because my stem on a tire was faulty. I have an electronic part that tells the cars computer when pressure is low. The tire tech told, and showed me the difference between regular stems and electronic (for my other tires which may need it), He was friendly, super quick, honest and even gave me some business advice when I asked. Fast, cheap, done. Had a slow leak. He found it, plugged it, in and out in ten minutes. Note that the entrance is around the back via a small alley near the chicken place. The aroma was delicious. read more

Got a flat on the express way just north of 71st on a holiday weekend. Griffin was awesome. He took a look at the flat and, when he determined it wasn't safe to be patched, found one in the right size in his stock. The tread on that tire was pretty worn, so he called around and found one for us in better condition at a different shop down the street. He not only gave us directions there, but called us about 20 minutes later to make sure we had found it okay and that the other shop's tire worked out okay. Seriously amazing service. Came here to have a nail removed from a tire and repaired. Had a bit of trouble finding the entrance (you must enter from the alley off of 71st St) and if you blink you'll miss it. There is only one way in and one way out also. Anywho, I found the entrance and was seen right away by the owner. Was charged a nominal fee for a plug that was needed and was on my way in 5 minutes. If I'm ever in need of a quick tire repair I'll keep Griffin's in mind. read more

Talk about making it easy. I got a flat tire about 4 blocks away and was referred here by a friend. The place is right off of 71st and South Chicago but the entrance is through the alley. Soon as I pulled up, they looked to see if they had a tire that would fit and I was quoted for 45 dollars for everything. Tire looks better than the other 3 I have on my car lol. If they had another one in my size, I would've bought two. Probably was in and out in about 15 mins. Would go again. read more

Called in January 15th, 2016 at 10:46am and OMFG if I could give negative stars I would. I simply called in to ask if they accept debit or credit THATS IT and I had the pleasure of speaking with the most ignorant man ever! He kept hounding me about what size my tire was and I didn't know it off hand, but every used tired shop I've ever been to knew the size of my tire when I told them what kind of car I have. He then HUNG UP in my face after stating call me back when you know what kind of tire it is. I am driving right around the corner from this establishment, so there's no way for me to find out my tire size. I instantly had to write a review about this jackass he is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk to civilized people. My boyfriend even called right back after he hung up in my face and politely asked again if they accept debit or credit the man gets an attitude and will not answer a simple yes or no question. Then he says " I don't have your tire" as if he was trying to get us off the phone. I am so happy I called I would never go to this janky place or tell anybody else to go. I still can't believe this man spoke to us in this manner. As I sit here up the street at Pro Wheels Tire Shop on 69th and South Chicago writing this review i ask you to please give them your business. I drove in on my flat and they were able to take care of me immediately.....and they take debit. I will be posting this review all over Chicago. read more

I couldn't ask for better service! Top notch all the way. Went there with a bubble in my front passenger tire, so needed a replacement. Anthony showed me what a new one would cost and he could get it next day... but then found a used one on the lot, that had a similar tread wear as mine... cost me 1/3 of what a new one would have cost. Installed the tire, and switched the new one to the rear tire (similar tread is more important in the rear supposedly) since the treads were slightly different. Overall, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes... and very friendly!! They were awesome and I'll definitely be referring them to others. read more

Great experience! Walked in with a slow leak in my back tire and the owner was so nice. I had no idea where my wheel lock key was or even the jack and he took it all in stride. Patched me up in a jiffy and only charged me $15. I got back home to Michigan safe and sound. Highly recommend! read more

This is the 2nd time I've used this particular tire shop, the first time was about 2/3 months ago, he was very helpful with directions, and also told me how to drive so I wouldn't crack the rim on my Mercedes. As a woman that was very reassuring because I've never had a flat that bad. I ended up getting a new tire just to be on the safe side, but he insisted that I keep the old one. It didn't take long at all, probably would've went faster if I wasn't trying to go back and forth about putting that dirty tire in my trunk. Lol I previously walked up to my truck this pass week, and I heard air coming out the back drivers side tire, it was 8:25 am, I immediately called him as I wanted to get up there before I was on a flat. Surprisingly he answered and said I open at 9am but you can come and wait there. If I'm able to be there sooner I will. He even remember me, when we 1st met I said I may not be able to come sometimes, I may send my brother with my credit card an ID, that's the way my life is set up. He thought that was funny, but he took care of the flat within no time. I'd recommend him because he's to the point, gets you in and out, he gives you options, and he's not a haggling the prices. If you call them, they will not only give you good directions, they will come out to the street to wave you in so you don't miss your turn. Small little garage, very unassuming but provided great service at an unbeatable price. My tire blew out driving out of Chicago and I stumbled upon this place hobbling along on my spare tire; Anthony replaced it with a spare he had sitting around - whole affair took less than ten minutes. Great service, great guy. Just a heads up that this is not a fancy place and the tires stocked are mostly used; excellent for my situation though. Ok. This place already have me a HORRIBLE impression.... I just called to see if they were open and where they are located. The guy that answered the phone seemed to be eating something and as I'm asking a question he cuts me off and says "call me back in 15 minutes..." EXCUSE ME?!?!
