Great customer service! This is the nicest garage I've ever visited! I showed up on a referral from my reg mechanic because my Low Tire light was on. Dropped-in right before their lunch, oops! They were very accomodating and ended up checking my tires, finding the problem (huge nail, duh), and giving me a printed quote to replace the tires. They were very understanding that we need to go for a cheaper alternative and didn't complain about the time they spent with me :) Plus the waiting area is very comfortable and everyone was courteous and professional. after a 1k brake job done here, my son took his car to another mechanic a year later. he told him the brakes were installed incorrectly and needed a $400 repair to the rotors. Beverly Hills said that didn't have time to look at it for almost a month. they could care less! Avoid this business , this is the second time my son had a bad experience there. The first time, it was a big repair but they took his car in and then it sat for two weeks. when he called about it, they said to come get it as someone was going on vacation and they couldn't get to it. plenty of other way better mechanics in the area who will treat you better and do a better jo! read more

Work was God. People are nice. What they don't tell you is that they charge you to use a credit card. Bill was $800.00 plus dollars, and I was charged $21.57 for using my card. Never was told before work or after about the charge. Noticed when home looking at the bill. Took my 91 Cadillac there but will not go back with my othe caddy's. I don't think this place deserves its low rating. People who don't take care of their cars end up paying it a lot. Don't whine about the mechanic's prices. They did not overcharge me here. I had a small tire patch job and it was under $50. They have a nice system that texts you updates, I totally prefer this over being interrupted all day long by phone calls. Took a car in for total inspection and estimates two months ago. They didn't check the air conditioning. They up-charged me to check it afterwards. In what world is the air conditioning not part of a "total inspection"? Eventually brought the car in to do the brakes. Asked for a copy of the estimate. (The owner of the car had lost the one printout they gave us.) They refused, saying the computer system didn't keep a record of it. (Red flag.) I argued with the head mechanic and the owner about the shadiness of not keep records of estimates but they were defensive and unwilling to empathize. So I paid the $825 to do the brakes and then drove the car home. Got home on the slightly inclined driveway and set the emergency brake and it bottomed out and the car started rolling down the driveway! I brought the car back and they actually had the audacity to say that checking the emergency brake was not part of the job. I've done many brake jobs myself and the idea of not checking the emergency brake and letting a car go on the road with a broken emergency brake is completely unprofessional and endangers the safety of the driver. Especially on a stick shift car! It worked fine before I gave them the car and now it was broken. They still maintained that they had zero accountability or responsibility to check the emergency brake. What kind of mechanic does a total brake job on all four wheels and then doesn't check or adjust the emergency brake? If you've ever done a brake job you know that's the last step and very important for completion and safety. Anyway. Caveat emptor with these people. They probably do good work overall but they need to be kept on a short leash. They even spelled the street name wrong on the invoice, and when someone misses little details like that, what other little details are they missing? Hopefully none that endanger your life. read more

Recently moved to the area, and had my first experience with car trouble. Brought my vehicle in, and couldn't be more satisfied with the honesty that was shared with me about my vehicle. Basically letting me know that while they would do the work, the cost probably wasn't worth keeping the vehicle. The gang at BHG are the best in the business. I recently went in for brakes and a tune up. They recently added a new system in that sends alerts to my phone. I received pictures of my worn out rotors had the information at my finger tips. They don't beat around the bush and sell you jobs that aren't needed. Brought the car there for an electrical issue told to bring it at 8 a.m. on Monday morning Saturday afternoon still waiting to hear about my car was told it was going to be 7:15$ went to pick it up it was 9:20$ they change the ground wire in a fuse box when I picked it up I was reassured all the check engine like you should have no problems with missions 20 minutes after I left jthere my check engine light came on 4 months drove around check engine light on still having same problems finally made an appointment they said they could take a week to see me I finally brought to somebody else ignition coil pack pay $32 for the part put it in myself these guys are not any rocket scientist be very cautious of these criminals. Jokes on them though my buddy who paid for my 9:20 paid 1500 for these guys too they have no loyalty to no matter how much you pay I referred my buddy not to spend another dime with these guys. Hey Anthony the problems already fixed you guys cause me too much heartache you should have had better customer service skills beforehand sorry I'm leaving this review up you guys screwed me over man big time. Yeah I called you almost a week after I left your shop after the work was done 8 months ago and Chris was very rude saying that the check engine light issues that he fixed or fix that it was something else possibly but the thing is I brought it there because of the drivability issues it was a rough idle after driving for a certain time and every time I called the same thing from Chris almost like bullying you pretty much you know and you guys kept my car for a week for a week for a ground wire and a fuse box I over for a living so what am I supposed to bring my car back so you guys and hope that you get to it no I don't think so I called you many times over the past few months sorry Chris has such poor customer service skills maybe he shouldn't be in the front of the house like I said you guys charge me almost $1,000 and said my car was fixed it wasn't fixed like I said I change the ignition coil pack myself and it drives great now so if you guys would have did a little more work you know I mean but $1,000 I can't wrap my head around it for a fuse box and a ground wire. Beverly Hills Garage is a place with high-quality mechanics, but they are far too pricey for me. I looked up a part on my invoice that had been ordered for my car repair, only to find that the list price was over $100 LESS than the price I was charged. So, the service was great but it's not a place I'm going to return to. :-( read more

At first pleased when picked up car, but found out after driving it a few days that it make a slight noise that had not been there before. Also gas gauge never moved from half a tank. Car did not have any of these problems when I had it serviced. They seem to have a done a good job, but when I bought up the subject of the gauge the owner immediately said they did not break it. Even though it was fine when I had bought the car in and not working properly when I picked it up. Argued with me as to their liability for the problem. I was disappointed and surprised. However I do think that maybe another issue was the real reason. Do not think, but no sure, that they want to have certain racial groups there. The neighborhood is changing. This attitude about this issue will discourage one from coming back. read more
