The service is very good here, considering it's a crowd of 300 in a small space. Alberto took our order for drinks, and we had a couple and enjoyed the evening. Service was great. The only issues I had was surrounding the bathrooms, it's two unisex "one-ers" and the line can get long. Afterwards we walked thru the diner doors and I bought a couple cookies for two of our group. I ordered lemon pepper wings that were an oily flavorless mess, they forgot the lemon and the pepper and served with questionable lukewarm fries. The service was pretty decent and I like the look of the place, but for the most part I was disappoint with the show, the food and their hustling tactics, it would be easier to have good food and good drinks and people will come and spend money..... beware of the hidden fees on the receipts, I mean what is a non-cash fee for $1.50??? It is hidden in the back of a burger joint... yeah I know but stick with it... it is a cool space that seats maybe 100 people, has a small stage, but is large with laughter! There is pay to park right across the street. But again it is mall too so get here earlier to get a spot. The cost is well worth the show! My date and I laughed and laughed. Our tickets included a different drink for each act. Four in all. They were served by members of the cast in full costume. The play was an evening showing early in the run. Still working out kinks. Who knew? Good improv hides most "gaffes" but no one cared about the foibles. We had so much fun. We laughed and laughed with the rest of the crowd. Great atmosphere that night. I recommend any type of show there. They have classes too. We're mulling them over. I need courage.
