I recently went to the Hot Boys of Comedy Tour and instantly wanted my $90 back! The $45 I paid for that ticket and then once we got there they ask that you purchase two items from the menu or pay a $10 surcharge. I mean, we planned to purchase food anyways but I have an issue with being told to purchase food after spending money on a ticket to get in, that was a real reach! Then they are serving, $13 drinks out of little plastic cups-I was not happy! I ordered lemon pepper wings that were an oily flavorless mess, they forgot the lemon and the pepper and served with questionable lukewarm fries. The service was pretty decent and I like the look of the place, but for the most part I was disappoint with the show, the food and their hustling tactics, it would be easier to have good food and good drinks and people will come and spend money..... beware of the hidden fees on the receipts, I mean what is a non-cash fee for $1.50??? First time at this location. If you have visited the 2 prior inside spacing is similar but smaller than Marietta St. Seating in close proximity with those at your table or next to you for those not at tables. If doing VIP I suggest opting for the back row that is slightly elevated for a little more room. Food took about an hour for chicken fingers and a turkey burger. Chicken fingers are fried naked (for those with breaded preference). Comedians were good. Sound not the best in hearing them unless the comedian talks very loud. Drinks are ok. read more

I felt like I got scammed here. Not because of the show but because of the entrance fee. When we arrived the show had not started, the website had a lower price and I asked the guy at the front about it. He said the price went up, I didn't bother checking the website until after we paid and sat down and then noticed it was much cheaper. We were charged more then the price listed on the website for some reason. So tip if you're going to the show buy your ticket on the website for a discount and to make sure you are charged the correct price. The show was good there are about 5 comedians, some were funny. The headliner was the best of course. Live DJ. Parking out back and we saw mice running around near our car. Yikes! Ohhhh the food. We ordered a couple of drinks and some food. You definitely don't come here for the food. The green beans were disgusting with a rancid taste, there is no way they should have sent it out like that. You may say why order green beans at a comedy club, I was trying to eat a little healthy since I ordered a sausage and other junk food. Anyway, I brought it to the waitress attention and she asked me if I wanted something else. I told her no, when she brought the check she didn't remove the green beans. She kept walking around looking, I guess she was waiting for us to put our money or card out and when she saw that we were not she came back and immediately said "oh, I forgot to take the green beans off". Yes, you did. There was a guy taking old school pictures in oversized chairs for a fee. They have the nerve to have a VIP section which was off to the side of the stage. Definitely try soy miss the old location. This one has 2 flights of steps or an elevator but one exit which isn't smart for an emergency. The lady at the desk didn't have a scanner for my QR code (be prepared for that) so I gave her my ID. For some reason, it didn't pull up so she told me to stand to the side to pull up my ticket. I did and it was under my nickname for some reason. Then she said it was for a Saturday (it was bought a few hours ago for today which is Saturday). She wasn't the friendliest but I was able to go in. The seating was right but there were screens so you could see who is on stage. The waitress came around w menus and took my order 10 minutes later. There were four servers and over 100 people to give you an idea on how long the wait would be so eat before you leave. My order was taken about 10 minutes later. I got a drink and tenders with fries. I didn't get my drink until an hour later when the headliner was on. I wasn't the only one because people were talking. Food is served in a to go box which makes sense because as slow as the service is, you won't have time to eat it there. The tenders weren't the best and I didn't get the sauce that I asked for either. One table argues with the server who was nice but slow . The ladies at the table next to me opted out of paying and left. Mind you many in my section didn't get service until the headliner, not just me. The DJ was good as was the headliner, security and host but unfortunately I don't see me coming back. If there were more servers and a better check in process, I would consider returning. read more

On a Sunday afternoon, I came here with my family. Brunch and a comedy show brought us, with free tickets sponsored by VetTix. Otherwise admission would have been $10. It was our first time here, so we arrived early. We were greeted by a few friendly faces and shown to our seats. The venue was about 40% full and there were only 2 servers. So I knew I'd need to be patient. Thankfully, there were a few vendors at the back that I could check out while waiting. I discovered a great local wine and took 2 bottles back to my table. The server had already been to our table by the time I returned and hubby had placed our order. Now it was time for the show to begin. I was genuinely impressed with the timeliness and quality of each performer. We had 3 comedians and 2 live music acts. They were great! I honestly enjoyed every single one! This is the most disorganized place I've ever been to. A VIP ticket guarantees you seating in Rows 1-4. BULLSHIT! They're going to seat you wherever they want to and if you try to move, God help you. They say, and advertise, NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND but they make money off selling/renting HOOKAS. So, everyone around you could be blowing steam, or whatever, but it's the SAME as people smoking all around you. Don't be fooled. While the comedy show was entertaining, my experience was marred by the unwelcoming disposition of the security guard. My date and I witnessed him getting loud and dismissive with a young lady who was celebrating her birthday with about six friends. We felt embarrassed for her. Despite her sober, cheerful, silly demeanor, the security guard threatened to cancel her night and refund her money over a trivial interaction. That was a buzz kill. This encounter left a sour taste in our mouths and detracted from our overall enjoyment of the evening. The comedy club should prioritize creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons, and incidents like this need to be addressed promptly to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Terrible service. The chef needs some help back there. Very slow service and when our order DID arrive, we were served one piece of fish and minimal fries for $20. Really. My friends and I were in town visiting so we decided to check out a comedy show at this venue. We brought our tickets online and had to pay an extra fee as a result. The business has a large parking lot in front of the business. Parking was $10 and $20 if you wanted to valet. After we parked we had to wait outside in a line for twenty minutes. The tickets stated that the doors would open 10:30 pm but we didn't get let into the building into 10:50 pm. While waiting several female employees interacted with us and had bad attitudes. Once we got seated our waitress approached us and she was friendly. There is a two item minimum purchase per person. We all decided to order fries and a soda since we were not really that hungry. The fries were hot and a decent amount was provided for the $5 that we paid for the fries. My friend's sodas did not taste good to them so the waitress brought them out different drinks. The venue is spacious with several tables and chairs. We had a good view of the stage from our assigned seats. Multiple comedians performed so we felt like $20 wasn't a bad price for the comedy show but we probably wouldn't return due to the rude staff we encountered while waiting to be let inside of the business. read more

I had low expectations just because of the reviews and how outdated the pictures were... But, my mom had won tickets to come here and invited me and my friends as a birthday outing for me. Pisces Szn! She had requested a Sunday and they told her ok for up to 10 people it was free entry... She called to confirm and they told her 1) they didn't have her on the list and 2) the give away tickets aren't valid unless it's a Friday or Saturday. Which was inconsistent with what she was told. VERIFY YOUR RESERVATIONS is the lesson if you were given tickets. But, after a short conversation they told her that she could come today and it'd be half off of entry for every one. Blah. We went, and the only negative interactions were that phone call and the lady that they have working admissions has a bad attitude and was not welcoming at all. She was very snappy... BUT the comedians were hilarious and the salmon quesadilla was bussing! The drinks are light and they had vendors in the back with tables set up. They also have hookah available. Me and my boyfriend came in on a Tuesday night. Security let us know it was $5 Tuesday (everything $5 even food). I ordered a $5 cheesesteak, He ordered wings but there were no flavors. The waitress pointed out the flavors on the regular priced menu and he ordered lemon pepper. She then proceeded to come out with the lemon pepper wings , but when the bill came out it was 15 dollars. I let her know if the error that he ordered off of the $5 menu instead of the regular priced, and that we just needed the sauces. They proceeded to take off my $5 cheesesteak and not adjust the price of the wings. Just FYI, the wing flavors will be listed on the regular menu and not the discounted one. Decent comedy though! There is free parking in a big lot behind the building which is a plus now days. The line moved quickly and the front desk person was very nice. The servers were nice and respectful. The food is okay had omelette with bacon with everything the vegetables were undercooked, the potatoes were nicely seasoned, waffle tasted as if it was placed in the microwave. You will have to have patience because it does take some time to get your food. There are limited servers. Some people during our show did not get their food at all after complaining more than once. The food is awesome, I didn't think it would be, I thought with comedy being the main attraction that the food would be a different story. This place makes you want to dine here for dinner. The drinks are great as well. I love how the seating is arranged, you don't have to sit up front to see the stage or to have a good time. As a matter of fact sit up front at your own risk because you may find yourself as a part of the comedy show, a very big part of the comedy. As what happened to my son and myself, as the comedians did not know I was enjoying the show with my son, they thought I was a cougar on a date. The placed roared when they found out we were NOT, in fact dating. I think the Comedian MC was more embarrassed than I felt. Lol all in good fun and humor. We had the best time. Aside from the actual comedians, who were all great by the way, I have never in my life seen such horrible customer service. From the lady at the door to the big dude who kept being combative about the elevator. For your establishment to promote laughter, you have 2 of the most angriest, rude people helping the public. I was accompanied by a friend who has a physical disability but it is not a visibly noticeable physical disability. She had documentation on her to prove it. The incident started when she was denied access to the elevator. In which the big bully dude lied and said that it wasn't working. We witnessed 2 people with visible disabilities being allowed to use it. My friend was prepared to show him her documentation as to why she could not take the stairs. But before she could show him, he got mad and walked off and left her standing there. I figured out how to make the elevator work so that she could come down. I cannot stress just how UNACCEPTABLE this is! Any facility that is open to the public for business HAS to be able to properly accommodate ALL guests. It is such a disgrace that such a wonderful laughing experience ended in such an unnecessarily horrible note. I don't know about her, but I am NEVER coming back. And I won't be recommending this place to any family or friends. I now understand why the tickets were free. read more
