While filling it up it ran out. When asked if there was more a snarky remark was no I'm not making anymore and proceeded to try and charge 3.60 something for one of the juices to refill. When asked for bbq it was $.50 and ranch was $1.25 for a 2oz cup. He then asked whether my husband wanted his beer now or if he wanted to wait and receive it with my drink. We asked how long my drink would take, and a few minutes later he came back saying they were waiting on a manager. When I asked how long that would be, he initially said "a little bit." After I pressed for a timeframe, he said it could be a few hours. At that point we had already wasted 30-40+ minutes of my birthday waiting on a drink that never arrived. To make matters worse, my birthday coupon was only valid for a $7 dessert, but every dessert on the menu was $8, making the coupon essentially useless. The coupon also showed a date that didn't even match my actual birthday. The most frustrating part is that we came primarily for the drinks and birthday dessert, and neither worked out. We ended up leaving after spending a significant amount of time waiting with very little communication or resolution. Despite the experience, my husband still tipped 100% on our appetizer bill.
