They said that having someone come out here to fix my grill would be pointless so instead of charging me money, I told them what my problem was and they gave me some good advice over the phone. I'm a regular user of my smoker, so for me to go even a few days without its use is a total bummer. But Eric genuinely saved the day. I'll start by saying that Eric is a nice guy, was very professional, and did a great job cleaning my grill. Eric's service was gifted to me by my wife and I was happy with his work at the time. My two star rating is due to a fire that occurred 10 months after his service. One of the burners of my 41" Viking grill had slid off the orifice and caused flames to enter the control panel of the grill. Within a few minutes multiple components were incinerated and the stainless steel of the control panel is now badly discolored due to the intense heat. When I opened the grill I discovered that the screws that were supposed to secure the three burners to the gas valves where never reinstalled. After 10 months of periodic use, this burner eventually slipped off causing the fire. I spoke with Eric about the event, the damage to the grill, and the fact that he was the last one to open the grill for any work. He admitted that he often comes across grills that do not have these screws installed and acted as if that were normal. His only advice was to replace the stainless steel control panel which will be very expensive for this grill. Looks like the discoloration cannot be removed and I have to live with it. Again, nice guy, but I won't trust him in the future. I assumed that making sure a grill was safely put back together was the "& More" part of the business. Bad assumption on my part. read more

After moving in to our new home in October and waiting until the weather was good I started right in with using our outdoor kitchen. We are very pleased and excited to see our 2012 Weber Genesis looking like new! The grill would not light and the burners had never been cleaned. Eric arrived today and not only cleaned the entire grill but fixed the lighting issue and showed us what was causing the problem. Now we would be able to fix it ourselves if the problem occurs in the future. All the stainless steel parts are looking like new; the enameled brown grill cover is shiny and looks new.
