Full disclosure - I personally know Nick, and we used to have a business together. With that being said, even friends have appliances that break. Because Nick is running a business, I opted to "run through" the process and not just invite him over to fix it exchange for a beer and pizza. A clip had broken on my microwave. I sent him pictures, a short video and he ordered the part. I got all the same correspondence that a person would normally get (including a link to fill out a review), and paid him exactly like anyone else would. The result? Seamless and perfect. We wasted money on a Folsom based company that had ridiculous rates, very poor service from the front desk to the owner, and did not solve our problem. We were experiencing problems with the dryer spin cycle intermittently making a loud whistling noise during the spin cycle. Nix Appliance Services was one of the few appliance repair companies in our local area that would service stackable units.
