We came for lunch. I ordered the slice, salad and drink combo. This is a good value. The Caesar salad was decent, but didn't taste like traditional Caesar. The pizza slice was good, but not as great as I remembered. It was lacking a bit from what you come to expect from NY style pizza. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We ordered the following: * 4 Liberty Coolers - mixed reviews some loved it, some said it was too sweet. * Watermelon Sun'grai - It was refreshing. * Caprese salad - passable. * Large antipasto - we mainly ordered it for the bread. * Large spinach salad for the win - we all loved it. * 18" Margherita Pizza for the win - we all loved it. * 18" The Ivy - mixed reviews on this as well. 2 people loved it, the others said it was ok. I joined the rewards program so I ended up getting a free starter. Our server asked if we would like some ranch dressing and hot honey on the side and of course said yes. I was a little taken aback when I saw a $1.49 charge for the ranch and a $2.00 charge for the Hot Honey. Oh well, that was on me for assuming it was included. Lastly, I was very surprised that I was not able to review a hardcopy of the bill prior to paying. I let the server know that we were ready for the check and he came over with the card reader and swiped my card. That was partly my fault, but isn't the standard practice to print the bill for the customer's review before taking payment? Mental note to ask them the next time. My takeaway, I would definitely return for the Spinach Salad, Margherita Pizza and may try a couple of their other pizzas as well. Not so crispy crust tonight compared to our other visits and and we think sausage tasted better than bacon as a topping but otherwise it's ok. And salad was very fresh tonight, lettuce was crispy and the rest of the ingredients. Our waitress was attentive. It was full tonight, of course it is Friday night. Everyone unanimously enjoyed their selves today at Grimaldi's pizzeria. The customer service was warm, friendly, informative, and inviting. A really great job at reading us when we entered the establishment and quickly seating us. The entire restaurant was nice and clean with great decor throughout. Have a fully stock bar and several TVs with various games playing. After ordering all of our food and appetizers everything was promptly served to us. The Caprese was OK. The drinks were good and everyone really enjoyed all of the pizza. We ordered two 18 inch pizzas. One was a pepperoni and the other was pesto. A clean local Grimaldis spot off the strip. We prefer it for the free parking and many shops and local accessibility around it. We frequent this location at least twice on our trips, so trust me, it's good! Good service, kind employees and consistent on all fronts. Regular Grimaldis menu, with variation of pizzas and delicious salads. -1 star because the bathrooms just not tidy, like ever.. totally off putting when you're dining in a restaurant. During my recent work trip to Las Vegas, I found myself craving a really good pizza. I ended up at Grimaldi's, a brick-oven pizzeria just two miles from my workplace. After looking over the menu, I decided to build my own pizza: double pepperoni with a crispy bottom. Fifteen minutes after placing my order, my pizza arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. That first bite had the perfect crunch, packed with flavor, and carried a subtle hint of basil. I added oregano and chili flakes to elevate the taste even more. I must say--I'm a sucker for brick-oven pizza, and this one did not disappoint. From the Margherita pizza to the traditional pies and calzones, the menu offers something for everyone. There are plenty of toppings to choose from (see the attached photo), and each dish looked just as tempting as the next. On top of the great food, the service was exceptional--from the friendly host who greeted me to Jacob at the bar, who provided outstanding hospitality throughout my visit. The last couple times that we were here (one was dining in- we opted for the meatball pizza and the other one was take-out, plain cheese), I gotta be completely honest, the quality was not an issue, but we did notice that the pizza dough was thin on both pies. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when it happened a second time, I gotta be honest, it's disappointing. I can say this honestly, because we went to Carmine's Pizza Kitchen, recently (did not skimp- see my review for Details). Gone are the days going to a pizza hut, Domino's, or Cici restaurant to sit down and dine in. And so comes the hole in the wall type restaurants. Been coming here for years. And sometimes I just want to sit down and enjoy a nice upsacale pizza in a nice dining area. With a glass of wine. I always build my own pizza. Pesto 12" with spinach and I usually switch up the protein so I don't get bored of it. But if I had to choose the bbq chicken is my chefs favorite. I try to come here in between the rushes like in between lunch and dinner. That way I can walk in and sit without having to wait. Granted their are still people eating and doing the same. However I you are not to sure on what to get. You can make the pizza half and half. If I come with someone I get the 16in pizza and make half chicken and the other half a veggie style custom. That way you can try multiple flavored pizzas and not stick with 1 whole pizza unless of that's what you want then to each their own. For me 1 sale can feed about 2 people. So I ordered the small and it was suffice as an appetizer for me and my partner. read more

I ended up grabbing a seat at the bar, and I'm glad I did--bartender was quick, attentive, and got my drink and food order in right away. I ordered the 16" Don pizza and it did not disappoint. This is our go to place for pizza and salad, it's a place that is pretty much found all over the US but not in New Mexico. But we visit here when we're in town. The staff is always friendly and helps us narrow down our options. This time around we started off with the Grimaldi's House Salad, which was big enough for 2 people. And we tried the Prosciutto Arugula pizza. We had never tried this one before, glad we tried it. The place was pretty busy at the time we visited but our waitress was very attentive. We did not get a chance to enjoy any dessert but I know tiramisu is pretty good because we had that on a previous trip. We enjoy visiting this place and we will continue to come back. Asked waitress to make sure no red onions on the strawberry salad..she failed to mention and delivered a salad with a vinegrette loaded w choooed red onion. Had it been an allergy issue instead of preference it mightve ended fatally fir my sr mother. 2. The spinach salad ...the spinach had long stems..not very pleasant to eat. Noone bothered to eat the stems which ruined the salad. 3. Though not an issue..they used to offer the BEST strawberry cheesecake we have ever had..light and fluffy, delicious! ..but they changed vendors. If you love New York style pizza you have to try Grimaldis. I ate here a lot when it was in El Segundo but then they closed down during Covid. My only fix is located in Vegas now. OVERVIEW: Came here on a whim on a Saturday night because our favorite pizza place permanently closed. Parking was ample. The interior is really cool, where you could watch them making pizzas, and I really liked the vibe with the wine bottle pendant lighting. The whole place gave off a "New York" vibe/theme, which I'm 100% positive was the intent. SERVICE: We walked in and there was no one at the hostess counter, so for a few minutes we just stood there. A hostess finally came over, confirmed how many we had to dine in (3 people), and told us it would be a few minutes wait to get a table set up, which was fine. After about 5 minutes we were seated and got menus. It took about 10 minutes to be greeted by our server who took our order (never told us her name, nor did they have name tags that I could see). She was pleasant, but it was clear that they were busy, possible short-staffed. FOOD: The food came out at a good pace. We started with the Bruschetta Trio so we could try the full variety, and each party member had a different favorite - mine was the artichoke with feta. When that was cleared from the table they brought our pizza out in good time. We ordered a traditional 16" pepperoni pizza, it was a great balanced blend of cheese, meat, and sauce with a fantastically crisp crust (my fiance's favorite style of crust). Nothing was soggy, there was a beautiful cheese pull, and nothing overpowered the others in terms of flavor. The pizza was also not greasy, which tells me they have high quality ingredients. We finished off the night with the Dessert Trio: Cannoli, Tiramisu, and Cheesecake made in-house. I wasn't partial to the cannoli, but loved the tiramisu and cheesecake - both very rich and flavorful. OVERALL: It was a great, delicious meal but had a slow start to the service. Would definitely visit again, but honestly there's another Grimaldi's (see other review) much closer to home, which may become our new regular pizza spot. read more

Ordered a pizza tonight with 1/2 pesto and 1/2 red sauce with toppings on the entire pizza. Drove 15 minutes to pick up my order and got home only to find toppings on 1/2 of the pizza. Super frustrating that this was wrong but I'm not going to (nor should I have to) drive back to get this fixed. Even if this had been caught when I was there, having to wait again even longer for the pizza tonight be re-made again is unacceptable. DO BETTER GRIMALDI'S! The service was good. The food was good. But just so you know, this place charges a lot for pizza. Our total bill for 2 cokes, a small Aloha and a medium Don came to $92.00. They nickel and dime you to death. $1.50 for one small saucer of ranch. But most irritating cost though was we ordered the small Aloha pizza (Hawaiian style) but it came with pepperoni. typically the Hawaiians come with ham so we asked to substitute the pepperoni for ham and of course, the waitress said that that's fine. My husband and I LOVE Grimaldi's pizza and we LOVE all of the staff at this location! The quality of their pizza is excellent and it's always consistent! Tonight there were very few mushrooms and I didn't have the best experience trying to speak with a manager when I called and asked for a manager. (I have never called or complained to anyone at the Rainbow location after going there for 6 years.). I finally was able to speak with the manager Kate and she was amazing! Very professional and kind! Things happen and this Grimaldi's location continues to impress! Based on the outcome of my experience with Kate, I am happy to give them 4 stars. I've been to this location on 3 different occasions. The first time was with a friend who is local to the area. They wanted to take my husband and I to their favorite pizza spot. After getting our pizza, I can see why it is their favorite. The pizza is delicious and the service every time is great. After that time, we've taken our boys and my boys love it. We crave it and compare all the pizza to this place now. This is definitely a must stop spot for us when we're in Vegas. If I lived here, I'd get a regular for sure. We also order a pizza to go for our drive home. Also, I really appreciate that they give kids dough to play with before the food comes out.
