The atmosphere immediately stood out to me--the smooth 1960s music playing in the background, especially the Frank Sinatra classics, created the perfect dining experience and gave the restaurant a charming, timeless feel. The Mediterranean Salad was absolutely incredible--fresh, flavorful, and easily one of the best salads I've had in Las Vegas. It was the perfect start to the meal. For the main course, I ordered the Brooklyn Bridge Pizza topped with sausage, and it did not disappoint. The pizza arrived in about 20 minutes, fresh from the oven, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The crust had the ideal balance of crispiness and chewiness, and the sausage complemented the pizza beautifully. Overall, Grimaldi's delivered outstanding food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. A clean local Grimaldis spot off the strip. We prefer it for the free parking and many shops and local accessibility around it. We frequent this location at least twice on our trips, so trust me, it's good! Good service, kind employees and consistent on all fronts. I went in for pickup and a server directed me to the bar for pick up and then it took another five minutes before anyone else acknowledged me to get my order while all the staff was standing around. Asked waitress to make sure no red onions on the strawberry salad..she failed to mention and delivered a salad with a vinegrette loaded w choooed red onion. Had it been an allergy issue instead of preference it mightve ended fatally fir my sr mother. 2. The spinach salad ...the spinach had long stems..not very pleasant to eat. Noone bothered to eat the stems which ruined the salad. 3. Though not an issue..they used to offer the BEST strawberry cheesecake we have ever had..light and fluffy, delicious! ..but they changed vendors. However I you are not to sure on what to get. You can make the pizza half and half. If I come with someone I get the 16in pizza and make half chicken and the other half a veggie style custom. That way you can try multiple flavored pizzas and not stick with 1 whole pizza unless of that's what you want then to each their own. For me 1 sale can feed about 2 people. Tried Grimaldi for the first time. The "Don" pizza is what we went with. The meatballs were not too thick and the sausage had a great flavor... pepperoni is... what I felt lacked in the size and flavor My boyfriend added the Mike's Hot Honey which is extra hot. He loved it It was too much for my taste buds. But he said a great addition The pizza is brick oven made but my boyfriend's slice was just burned to a crisp. Came in around dinner time and the place was pretty packed, but the wait wasn't bad at all. I ended up grabbing a seat at the bar, and I'm glad I did--bartender was quick, attentive, and got my drink and food order in right away. I ordered the 16" Don pizza and it did not disappoint. This is our go to place for pizza and salad, it's a place that is pretty much found all over the US but not in New Mexico. But we visit here when we're in town. The staff is always friendly and helps us narrow down our options. This time around we started off with the Grimaldi's House Salad, which was big enough for 2 people. And we tried the Prosciutto Arugula pizza. We had never tried this one before, glad we tried it. The place was pretty busy at the time we visited but our waitress was very attentive. The plaza is actually pretty good. We were from out of town for a basketball tournament and were very happy to find out they could serve a party if 19!! The establishment was clean! It's good not great. Got 18in margherita pizza. It should feed 3 or 4 people but I ate the whole thing myself. The crust is ultra thin so it doesn't fill you up. The flavor is there. During my recent work trip to Las Vegas, I found myself craving a really good pizza. I ended up at Grimaldi's, a brick-oven pizzeria just two miles from my workplace. After looking over the menu, I decided to build my own pizza: double pepperoni with a crispy bottom. Fifteen minutes after placing my order, my pizza arrived hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. That first bite had the perfect crunch, packed with flavor, and carried a subtle hint of basil. I added oregano and chili flakes to elevate the taste even more. I must say--I'm a sucker for brick-oven pizza, and this one did not disappoint. From the Margherita pizza to the traditional pies and calzones, the menu offers something for everyone. There are plenty of toppings to choose from (see the attached photo), and each dish looked just as tempting as the next. On top of the great food, the service was exceptional--from the friendly host who greeted me to Jacob at the bar, who provided outstanding hospitality throughout my visit. If you love New York style pizza you have to try Grimaldis. I ate here a lot when it was in El Segundo but then they closed down during Covid. My only fix is located in Vegas now. The service was good. The food was good. But just so you know, this place charges a lot for pizza. Our total bill for 2 cokes, a small Aloha and a medium Don came to $92.00. They nickel and dime you to death. $1.50 for one small saucer of ranch. But most irritating cost though was we ordered the small Aloha pizza (Hawaiian style) but it came with pepperoni. typically the Hawaiians come with ham so we asked to substitute the pepperoni for ham and of course, the waitress said that that's fine. When we got the bill, they charged us three more dollars for the ham. It was a small pizza so there was maybe 8 small pieces of thin ham. . We were taking off the pepperoni so really there was no need to charge extra. And 8 thin tiny pieces for $3! Seeing that on the bill was irritating because the waitress didn't mention it. My husband and I LOVE Grimaldi's pizza and we LOVE all of the staff at this location! The quality of their pizza is excellent and it's always consistent! Tonight there were very few mushrooms and I didn't have the best experience trying to speak with a manager when I called and asked for a manager. (I have never called or complained to anyone at the Rainbow location after going there for 6 years.). I finally was able to speak with the manager Kate and she was amazing! OVERVIEW: Came here on a whim on a Saturday night because our favorite pizza place permanently closed. Parking was ample. The interior is really cool, where you could watch them making pizzas, and I really liked the vibe with the wine bottle pendant lighting. The whole place gave off a "New York" vibe/theme, which I'm 100% positive was the intent. SERVICE: We walked in and there was no one at the hostess counter, so for a few minutes we just stood there. A hostess finally came over, confirmed how many we had to dine in (3 people), and told us it would be a few minutes wait to get a table set up, which was fine. After about 5 minutes we were seated and got menus. It took about 10 minutes to be greeted by our server who took our order (never told us her name, nor did they have name tags that I could see). She was pleasant, but it was clear that they were busy, possible short-staffed. FOOD: The food came out at a good pace. We started with the Bruschetta Trio so we could try the full variety, and each party member had a different favorite - mine was the artichoke with feta. When that was cleared from the table they brought our pizza out in good time. We ordered a traditional 16" pepperoni pizza, it was a great balanced blend of cheese, meat, and sauce with a fantastically crisp crust (my fiance's favorite style of crust). Nothing was soggy, there was a beautiful cheese pull, and nothing overpowered the others in terms of flavor. The pizza was also not greasy, which tells me they have high quality ingredients. We finished off the night with the Dessert Trio: Cannoli, Tiramisu, and Cheesecake made in-house. I wasn't partial to the cannoli, but loved the tiramisu and cheesecake - both very rich and flavorful. OVERALL: It was a great, delicious meal but had a slow start to the service. Would definitely visit again, but honestly there's another Grimaldi's (see other review) much closer to home, which may become our new regular pizza spot. read more

I've been to this location on 3 different occasions. The first time was with a friend who is local to the area. They wanted to take my husband and I to their favorite pizza spot. After getting our pizza, I can see why it is their favorite. The pizza is delicious and the service every time is great. After that time, we've taken our boys and my boys love it. We crave it and compare all the pizza to this place now. This is definitely a must stop spot for us when we're in Vegas. If I lived here, I'd get a regular for sure. We also order a pizza to go for our drive home. Also, I really appreciate that they give kids dough to play with before the food comes out. This place has been on my list for a bit due to the fact that they offer a few specialty pizzas. Upon arrival, we were greet and it was pretty full in the restaurant for Sunday lunch. The service was efficient and refills were brought on our beverages. As for the pizzas, the crust was crispy and doughy while the pizza itself was cheesy and the toppings well seasoned. Don't leave without trying their Parm cheese blend on your pizza. It was delicious. One thing that erks me a little bit is the cost of the toppings, which are the same regardless of the size of the pizza and whether it is on half the pizza or the whole. It really should be by pizza size. We were also missing some kind of bread based appetizer. For this location, we were offput to see an employee eating near the kitchen and another on her phone as if they did not have an appropriate break room.
