Wow, I have no idea why this round table location is at 3.7 stars? Time to give them 5 stars like they deserve! 8 month old location behind 7-11 at Maule and Ft Apache. We tried the new location for Round Table Pizza after my daughter graduated from UNLV with her second masters degree in special education-Autism. We ordered an individual cheese pizza for my son, a gluten free pepperoni and black olive pizza for my daughter and a medium size supreme for my husband and I. We added fountain drinks too. We arrived at 5:15 and were told it would be about 7-10 more minutes. 10 minutes came and the girl said it still wasn't ready and offered us water while we waited. Then another 10 went back and we still were waiting. My husband went to counter to ask about it and the other worker said they were just getting ready to put it in. Finally got our pizza at 5:50. It was delicious but we received no apology from the kid who gave us our pizza and never any direct eye contact from him either. Don't think we'll be back with service so bad and inefficiency which is too bad since the pizza was delicious. read more

I ordered on the app but when I sent my son to get the pizza, they require you to present an ID and credit card to pick up??? What?!? I already paid for it, why won't you give it to my son? Also I ordered the pizza around 2:30, pick up said 2:45, I didn't get handed the pizza until 3:15, ridiculous. The guy making food moves at a sloth's pace. AJ has helped me just about every time I have come into this RoundTable location! Moved here five years ago from the PNW and was surprised when we found out that RT was near Summerlin! AJ has a fantastic attitude and is always so friendly and willing to help! Met Taylor tonight when I picked up my now weekly pizzas and she was so happy and friendly as well! Whomever owns this location you need to know this and pay them so you don't lose them to another job!
