Rumble noise at high speed…read more Called another shop who said it was probably front end wheel bearings but couldn't get the car in for a week so I had decided to have Scotts, you save look at it and he told me it wasn't the bearings or CV joints, but the tires were cupped and we just had them rotated from the rear a few days ago We decided to do an alignment since I never had it done before, and it was out a little bit which they fixed. So they saved me a ton of money, by not replacing the wheel bearings and being hotness in straightforward with me. Definitely recommend their business.

He does my husband's oil changes as well. We recently had a different issue going on with his car. He had to leave it to have them check it but that's not abnormal. They fixed it up and everything is going great. On the sticker they put in your car they don't put the milage you need to have it changed, they put the milage from the date of the oil change. Do the math no problem, I like seeing the milage from when I brought it in. I've had Hyundai Elantras since 2013 and they never had an issue changing my oil. The value is fine, prices are decent, it's not jiffy lube. I would rather use a local business. I'm not sure how one reviewer thought they could get an oil change AND tire rotation for 30.00 Tire rotation can run by itself anywhere from 20-50 sometimes more depending on the car. Make a better choice. If you buy your tires from a tire place typically they will just do your rotation for free.

Yesterday they replaced the master cylinder and brake booster for my Mom's vehicle. When they sent…read moreme quote, I couldn't understand why they were charging me so much in labor, so I called them. They told me that the master cylinder and booster were separate parts that were located in different locations. I couldn't imagine that, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I had them show me the parts. As soon I as viewed them, I saw that the master cylinder did in fact bolt to the brake booster. I asked to talk to the manager who tried to tell me the master cylinder was on the inside of the firewall. I argued the point with him and he finally told me "I guess your not a tech because if you were you would have replaced the parts yourself." After paying (almost $1,700), we walked out to the vehicle to a brake pedal that depressed all the way to the floor. After bringing it to their attention, they re-bled the lines and I overheard the manager (Larry) tell a tech that there was a lot of air in the left side. The pedal was still not as firm as I would have expected, but we took it home. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Worst place for car repairs, and even worse when it comes to customer service…read more I brought my car in to get my brakes repaired and spent roughly $500 as a result. Less than a week later, I was having similar car issues. I took my car to another mechanic shop for a second opinion, and that's when I was notified that my Right Front Brake Pad fell off. The mechanic at the second shop told me that my car was not drive-able due to the damages, and that it would need to get towed back to AutoFix since my car was still under warranty. AutoFix REFUSES to pay for the tow simply because I took my car to another shop for a second opinion. I find this to be extremely sketchy as a business. Because essentially I paid for a service that they did not fulfill, and actually caused more damages to my car. Instead of AutoFix taking accountability to rectify the problem, and to satisfy their customers (which by the way, I already paid $500 to get my brakes fixed), they refuse to help the situation because I took my car to another shop ONLY FOR A SECOND OPINION Basically, sketchy company with questionable quality of service on repairs. They'll only take your money and won't actually fix your car
