I love their patio! It provides good shade and overlooks a pretty courtyard--so you're not eating tons of car exhaust along with your tacos. The food was solid, but not outstanding. My tacos (chicken, cauliflower, grilled fish) were tasty, but small. I'm a big eater, so I needed to eat six to fill me up. My dining companion had the veggie burrito, which she enjoyed. If you're all about food volume for the money, you might be happier elsewhere. I came to the Park Potomac location with two friends who desperately needed a night out! No issues with service or with the food. The server was willing to ensure dishes were made according to our dietary needs. I've been to the Bethesda location as well, but prefer this spot since its much more spacious. The decor was spot on, and loved the rustic appeal! My friends absolutely loved the Birria, Honey Glazed Shrimp and the Chicken Tacos. Did you know that Gringos and Mariachis had a great brunch menu? Well, they do and it was terrific. We started off with complimentary chips and salsa. It was really tasty. We ordered the duck avocado toast and it was delicious. The duck was tender and lots of creamy fresh avocado on top of crunchy toast. We also ordered the churro French toast. The churro french toast had drizzles of warm chocolate and whipped cream. You can taste the warm spices in the waffle batter and it was amazing! I had a mimosa that was very good. My friend ordered the strawberry limeade and that was spectacular with strawberry puree and lime juice. Service was great. Our waitress was very accommodating and my friend even ordered dinner to take home because of the bad weather forecast. I just got my order from Uber Eats 4 Coca Colas, 4 coconut flans and 2 tres leches, and I am SO DISAPPOINTED because one of the tres leches is fresh and soft like they made it today and the other one is hard as a rock, dry and old like they made it one moth ago. Omg! This place is so good! I am definitely going back before my trip is over! I think you could skip out on their chips and salsa that they get for free. The chips are a bit too thick for my liking I like thinner chips to dip in. That goes for the guacamole and chips, or the queso and chips. However, order the queso on the side. I ended up ordering the veggie nachos of my meal. This is a one of a kind dish because it's not your regular kind of nachos. There about 8 Singular Circle chips loaded with tons of veggies. I even added roasted cauliflower I would definitely recommend to do this! Also, I had a guacamole on top and it was phenomenal. Also, their drinks are great! They actually put alcohol in them!
