We did no cancer treatments since it would not have been good for her physically other than giving her some pain meds........ Early one morning last July 2025 she unusually woke me up early and wanted to go outside and she just watched birds and nature for about an hour before she looked at me and I could feel in her face and eyes she was telling me it was time for her to leave us...... I called Shawna at Circle L Animal Hospital and asked if the vet could come to my vehicle and Shawna said "Of Course" and for me to call when we arrived... I parked as directed at the private door and Shawna came out immediately and talked with Patti for about 5 minutes and I could see that Patti bonded with her and then the vet came to Patti's passenger side of the vehicle... The Vet gave Patti a shot to tranquilize and immediately another shot for sleep .... Patti was gone almost immediately ..... It is never easy losing a pet but Circle L personnel treated Patti like their own and made a very difficult day as positive as possible...... I think it is important to know my experience with Circle L when you may have to make that very difficult choice.....

I figured bc she's a big dog it was just a long thorough process. I called 3 hours in and they hadn't even taken her to bathe yet. She'd been laying in a kennel for 3 hours! As soon as you pull onto the property you can tell that it is a place that loves animals. It is spacious and each dog has its own room. There are also gated outside spaces for the dogs to run freely off leash. There is the option to have your dog play with other dogs of their size, or have outside time attended. Our dog had a window and TV in his room. I received a photo and update regarding him while he was there. I'm so appreciative that I found them. They took him to Kaibab and personally i really love them and think they do a wonderful job, I've met with the staff and they are very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in to retrieve my gecko after a few weeks and he was so much better and hasn't had any issues since, the woman who helped me out the entire time was Jordan and she was extremely nice, truly made me a loyal customer to that location. I also have noticed how active and friendly there reptile are, its rare to find a big chain with good reptile care, but the management seems to care a lot and provide excellent quality set ups for them. I am so grateful to now have a healthy gecko, and will surely continue my patronage of the store.

When we found Canyon Pet Hospital, we hesitated because of the poor reviews, but they were the only nearby clinic able to help. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the large, clean, calming lobby. The staff at check‑in listened closely to our situation and immediately offered a stretcher to help bring Scout inside. The vet technicians gently took her to a room, gathered her history, and reviewed her long list of medications with care. The veterinarian, who had never met Scout before, took the time to understand her condition and her story. She was honest and compassionate in explaining that Scout's mobility was unlikely to improve and that continuing care would be extremely difficult for her. It was an impossible decision, but we knew it was time to let her go peacefully. The team treated Scout -- and us -- with dignity and kindness. They offered several options, moved us to a comfort room, and encouraged us to take all the time we needed. They provided treats for Scout, privacy for our family, and a peaceful environment where we could lay with her until the very end. We are writing this review so others in a similar situation can feel confident choosing Canyon Pet Hospital.
