This is a nice grocery outlet with plenty of parking. Prices are great. Employees are nice. It's on the small side so the selection is not that big but for necessities and a few other items, it's great.

This place is great! They do not have everything a conventional supermarket has, but that's the whole point of this place. It's a discount marketplace with low prices. HOWEVER, some items that are on sale expire the same day or within the next few days. They have kitchen appliances and tools along with wine so that's a plus.

I love this place! I wish this market was closer to where I live so I could go more frequently. Lots of great deals on natural and organic produce, meats, snacks etc. Some items I've seen bulk at Costco (like organic mango smoothie pouches), GO actually had them for a cheaper per unit price! There are usually great rotating varieties of ice cream treats, beer and candy as well. Fun little plants are in the front of the store and they pair well with the separate mini balloon picks if you're ever in need of getting a gift for someone. Sign up for their emails so you know what their special deals are every week and occasionally there will be a good coupon in there.

I often stop in at Grocery Outlet stores wherever I might happen to be and look through the place to see if there are any nice bargains to take advantage of. I've been to many of their locations and I found this one to be particularly spacious and well kept up. The merchandise here is basically the same as you'll find anywhere else. You will need to be discriminating, though, as everything here is not really a bargain. However, if you know your prices you can usually pick up some good deals.

Minus a little bit of odd displays and stocking this is a great place to shop and stock up on produce, frozen goods, dairy/non-dairy products, dry goods, health/dietary supplements, basic spices and find some crazy cool deals on just about everything you need during the week. This isn't an ideal place for those specialty items for specific cuisines/special meal ingredients, though you'd be surprised what you could find here... There are only two locations in the SFV/LA Valley and I'll probably find myself at this one more often after giving the Grocery Outlet my undivided attention recently. Honestly, I was so tempted to by more than what I needed as they do carry health and body care products, electronics and misc home goods on top of everything mentioned above and then some. They have great deals on wine... mostly in that Trader Joe's range of pricing (you know what I'm talking about... you lush... looks at self) and it's all more than half decent. Semi-Impressive selection of craft beer for a small grocery store and just about the best deals on every product they carry... if not it's priced at any and all competition. Some of the other beverages carried here are above retail value, but if you're getting a great bargain on 85% of what the G.O. Bargain Market has to offer... it kind of evens out. I honestly wish there where more locations and this location had more foot traffic for more incentives... do they do any demos or samples here... because if so I'll be back more frequently. It's the everyday brands at the TJ price or better... never have I ever paid so little for Gardein and Morning Star frozen meals... I could cry at these deals. PLUS the customer service is always pretty memorable... in a positive way.

It has a great selection, it's clean, and the employees have always been friendly. I also appreciate that this store values inclusivity and gives meaningful employment opportunities to people who might not always be given the chance elsewhere. The only thing that has been a bit of a hassle has been renting their rug cleaners. The wait is often long (been stuck waiting for assistance for more than 30 mins on multiple occasions). I was also given a faulty rug cleaner that I had to come back and have replaced, which was kind of annoying to have to lug it back to the store and then once again wait to get a properly working one. But, all that aside, this continues to be my favorite store.

When I selected that option, it rang up as $2.49 instead. I called over the attendant to fix it, since you obviously need an employee to delete or correct an item. I explained the situation, and he looked at me like I was asking him to do something outrageous. He even looked at my friend to say, "Is she really asking me?" It was honestly uncomfortable and unnecessary. Who else would I ask.. All I needed was help correcting a pricing error. It was Sunday around 3 PM and the store wasn't even busy, so I don't understand the rude attitude. If you're assigned to self-checkout, assisting customers with issues is literally part of the job. Customer service makes a difference, even during small interactions. This one just left a bad impression.

This store has greatly improved. This place was so bad for a moment when I started coming here…read moreagain almost 3 years ago now. But what has changed is the rude staff are all gone (in my experience), everyone who is there now is friendly or at least neutral to me. Better than rude or awful. The speed at which checkout moves is fast or at least acceptable now. It used to be extremely slow, but it's greatly improved. You also used to close the self check out relatively early which now I notice you do NOT, which I am VERY appreciative of. Frankly I just can do it much faster than anyone and I prefer it to get in and out quickly, so thank you for keeping it in place and open later than you used to, that keeps the human cashier lines manageable. I'll buy wine so that's why I may need the human to help me out. But nothing more annoying to me than it being 10pm and there's 1 mile long line with full carts and all I need is 2-3 things, well that experience pretty much doesn't happen anymore which is very much appreciated. I find your evening staff to be notably most friendly, they're talkative but not obnoxious or slow and I feel comfortable coming through the line if I have to. There's a couple annoying things, like a few annoyingly narrow spots you have in extremely busy areas, I can't figure out why you have so much stuff directly in front of the cereal + chips aisle. People cannot pass through there easily, every single time I come here I bump into someone, like easily a 99% success rate that I'm going to crash into someone. That's not good. Same goes for too much stuff down the middle of the cheese/deli meat section near the bank, makes passing nearly impossible at times, then again near the self checkout you always have a lot of liquor which makes passing difficult. Customers don't like having to pretend it's a stop sign intersection to pass by, we just want to shop not have an island of liquor impeding progress. Another thing that bugs me is this is the only Ralph's that doesn't put clearance tags on the frozen food section stuff. Why? I've gotten mixed answers. One guy told me it's because the tags don't stay on because the packaging is wet from the freezer, well that's BS because other Ralph's stores do it just fine and the stickers aren't coming off. But another time I saw a guy at the self checkout take something from a woman who said she didn't want it anymore, so he went directly to the clearance door and just chucked it in there. So basically he didn't have time or care to find the true location (fair, he's working self checkout not restock) and so it ends up in the clearance spot, when it's not actually priced as so. Which makes people just buy it because they think it so on sale when it's not! A third time, I asked how to even know what the clearance price is? The guy told me "you find out it at the register". Well I want to know now, not when you ambush me into it and then we find out it's not on discount and you just throw it back into the discount section to repeat the cycle. Isn't that insane? Ultimately though the 2 gripes aren't going to keep me out of here anytime soon, I just thought it may be worth explaining.

However, I am compelled to rate this establishment one star due to a particularly unpleasant experience with a female deli employee whose first name begins with the letter "J." Despite my frequent visits, the overall customer service in the deli and meats department has declined. The season butchers have been replaced with individuals lacking the necessary experience and customer courtesy that were previously present. Over the past three months, I have encountered the same issues with this particular employee. It is important to note that the fee charged for slicing a Tri Tip into a carton container is not the primary concern. The issue lies in the employee's behavior and attitude, specifically their unwillingness to properly wrap the sliced meat. This has occurred on multiple occasions, most recently at the checkout counter when the cashier pull the foil-wrapped package from the plastic bag causing the juices of the meat to spill all over the counter. This has happened to me every time this employee has served me. The Tri Tip sliced meat is dry and devoid of juices due to this careless employee's failure to wrap the meat carefully. It is imperative that this situation be addressed. Management should provide this employee, "J," with proper training on how to wrap sliced food correctly. Additionally, it is crucial the ambiance that all employees, including the deli and butcher employees, maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor. A salutation is always appreciated. Despite these concerns, the BBQ remains outstanding as always.

The store layout is unique here compared to other markets that I shop at frequently. Still, they had fresh, beautiful fruits and veggies at very competitive prices. In example, I got a mint cucumber bag for under $2 a pack of 8. I came for the ahi tuna steak which are tasty when prepared correctly. They carry a little bit of everything, from food items to office supplies, hygienic items, toys, etc. Not a huge store but there is plenty to browse. The check out process was different; when it was my turn, the belt where all the items scroll on, ends at the moment where you are about to pay; making it awkward and a tad bit pushy to bag your own items quickly, as they may fall due to the limited space left there for your items. On the afternoon of June 12, 2026, my 14-year-old son and I checked out with Olivia. We had only about a dozen items, and there was no one waiting behind us. Since my son is not accustomed to Aldi's self-bagging process, he was trying his best to bag our groceries but was moving a bit slowly. Rather than adjusting her pace, Olivia continued scanning rapidly and placing items into the cart, including some in the child-seat area. At one point, our half-gallon of milk nearly fell out. I understand that Aldi's business model emphasizes speed and efficiency, and I generally appreciate that. However, customer service should still matter. Because there was no line behind us, I was surprised that there seemed to be little patience for a young teenager who was genuinely trying to help. When I commented that things felt rushed, my concern was either misunderstood or ignored. At the end of the transaction, Olivia held my cash while waiting for space to place a frozen pizza that was still on the scanner. While her explanation made sense operationally, the overall interaction felt cold and unnecessarily rushed. Perhaps she was having a difficult day, but the experience came across as impatient and passive-aggressive rather than helpful. I want to emphasize that nearly every other cashier I have encountered at this Aldi has been friendly, patient, and accommodating. This review reflects one disappointing interaction, not my overall opinion of the store. I will continue shopping here, but I hope management reminds employees that efficiency and courtesy do not have to be mutually exclusive.
