Grocery shopping....such a love, hate relationship I have with those chore. Love to eat, hate spending money on groceries and unpacking! LOL. I will say, I love Grocery Outlet! It makes the pain of food shopping so much less painful with all of their crazy good deals!! I had to come by after buying some much needed produce, for (sone way overdue) grocery shopping. Today was my first time at this Grocery Outlet. It didn't have many customers when I arrived, it was a nice sized store, and had some well stocked shelves. I found everything I needed on my list, and then some. The store was very clean! My check stand person was really pleasant! He even caught when my my bag of Oreos had a hole (I somehow missed it picking it up off the shelf) and asked if I wanted a replacement. I told him yes and another employee came by, told me that he can grab it for me, and went searching for another bag. I was really appreciative of that! At that point, I had already paid for my goods and was ready to go! :) I really enjoyed my time and experience at this Grocery outlet. This location is much better than the one in Vacaville. I'm going to make this my go to location from now on! read more

My favorite spot to shop in town. The inventory fluctuates, but the pricing is great, and they generally have everything that I need! Everyone in the store is super helpful, and nice. Brand spanking new store. We could not wait until it opened up. We will be here all the time. The best thing to do is go here first to find what you need including adult delicious beverages and then visit your other grocery stores for the other things you can't find!! They have great options for a well balanced diet with healthy options. Everything is behind a glass door in the freezer or refrigerated section which is super nice and keeps things above standard. I purchased meet  from this location. When i got home to cook. it smelled spoiled so i took the meat back for a refund the store clerk verified it smelled funny. she processed a refund.  which I never received so I contact the store. Spoke with The owner I believe his name was Joe. he was very upset and blame me for their mistake and called me a liar, a thief, and also accuse me of commit fraud. I should have not have been treated that way when the mistake was made on their end. I do not recommend this location for no reason  I still have not received the credit back to my account. instead I was charged another $78 hopefully this location will do the right thing and return it and also the owner told me if I came to the location. To show him my card. he threatened me that he will call the cops on me, and also said you must've used a different card for the return which is not fair. I'll just let the card processing company. Take care of it. No one should never be accused in this type of way for something that's not their fault. After looking at the cameras, and judging me, they owe me apologies I spent over 271.91 at your store and you accused me of fraud read more

I bought packaged flank steak Friday night, 10/13. I opened it and had a weird, not normal steak smell. I seasoned it and cooked it hoping it wouldn't taste bad and it tasted bad. Expiration date was 10/16 and today is 10/15. I tossed out the whole steak. I bought some packaged tri tip and chicken and I'm very apprehensive to even try them. I will not be buying any meats there anymore. read more

I just love this store! I live in Vacaville, but will happily drive to Dixon to check out the deals. Today, I picked up several items, but I was super happy with my salmon, that was stuffed with crab and lobster! Only 7.99, and it served 2 people. SO delicious! The aisles are wide, the store is clean, and there is a EIDE variety of products to choose from. If you are in Dixon, check it out...you won't regret it! read more

The produce and was very fresh, I was so happy with the selection! There's a wide selection here, even paper towels and toilet paper when its been hard to find at other stores lately. Great new Grocery Outlet, here in Dixon! I'm so happy that we have our very own "GO." I had been driving to Vacaville and sometimes Davis to get great deals and now I have my very own market. This store has been open over 3 years, now. You will usually find either Mr or Ms Bruch, the Managers on site. They are experienced and moved here from the Manteca Grocery Outlet. The staff are super and keep the store clean, organized, and very well maintained. Most of their merchandise is bargain priced, but a few items (like potato flakes, for example) are better deals at Walmart, next block north. They usually have all the staples in stock (milk, eggs, bread, vegies, and such) as well as an ever changing variety of other merchandise. So, if you see something there that is new and you like it - buy what you want, then and there, as is might be gone tomorrow. I still visit Walmart for certain items that GO doesn't sell, like Fairlife milk, but I hardly ever go to Safeway anymore (my budget thanks me). Try them out, I think you'll become a regular, like me. read more

Mediocre prices and not a lot of selection. I was pretty let down for such a great looking store. I was anticipating a larger selection of food choices but they did not have much of a selection. For the name, we paid about $140.00 in groceries and it didn't feel like we bought a whole lot. Everything in the store is priced at or above Walmart and Safeway prices. Alcohol for example was much more expensive here than it is at Walmart (down the street). We did get some organic chicken that looked super fresh and priced right. Do NOT buy cereal here. Even though the family packs are super cheap (~2.99), the cereal was incredibly stale and tasted old. The inside of the store appears very clean and floor staff was very friendly. I found it to be pretty amusing that the cashiers scream over the intercom how much someone saved, when in reality you are paying the same amount as if you were to go to Walmart. Overall 3/5 stars for me. I more than likely would not do my shopping here. I would much rather go to Safeway for my protein and Walmart for everything else. read more

I have shopped at Grocery Outlet's numerous locations for many years and have always been pleased with their bargains in most categories. But after the last two shopping trips there I will not be making a special stop on my way to Walmart. Today I found almost nothing that I needed that I could not get cheaper at Walmart. I wound up buying a couple lemons, a box of couscous that was up against it's expiration date, a jar of jam and a 12 pack of beverages. Other than the couscous everything else was akin to normal grocery store prices. It is interesting that these price increases are coming at the same time as they have introduced their digital "savings" App. Sorry, but I don't want to work for my savings or trade my personal information in order to get pennies off. I am generously giving this store three stars because it is very clean and organized and the employees seem genuinely polite. Sadly, I think changing their business model is not going to work well for them. I used to find a lot of brands that are sold at stores like Whole Foods but now there were a lot of off-brands. I was also disappointed that I could not find body lotion for under $8. If I wanted to pay that price I would shop at my local Safeway near my home. read more

The customer service at this store is above and beyond! The cashiers are always very friendly and willing to help me find what I need. It is a stark contrast to the customer service in other major chains in the area. As with most outlet stores, selection is dependent on production overstock. You can't always find what you need. However, the Items they do stock are usually offered at unbeatable deals. read more

I normally don't give five stars for grocery stores but if you are traveling to Southlake Tahoe, and you find that you have to use the facilities a.k.a. the restroom, do not go to Chevron but go here instead. They have super clean bathrooms that are just down the hall as you come in through store. It looks really clean and new in here also. Very respectful store employees. I cannot say enough about the extremely friendly customer service at this store. ALWAYS, always, always courteous, helpful and friendly. Other stores if you ask for a price, you usually get a scowl, and you almost feel bad for asking what the price is. NOT here! everyone is so eager to help you. I regret not getting the name of the person who checked a price for me on some apple juices that were 4 for a dollar....YES .25 cents for a 64 ounce apple cider!!!! I have found so many bargains at this store that I just keep coming back. The customer service is the type you would expect from a Whole Foods, but the prices are like you just stepped back to 1940. read more
