I almost gave it 3 stars and then I thought about the employees who were very nice and helpful. But for an outlet store, I wasn't impressed. Most items were about the same price as a regular grocery store. The store was very clean and well organized. They have a lot of items well arranged. I managed to find about 6 good deals. If it was closer to our house, I'd definitely go back. Unfortunately it's about a 25 minute drive and isn't really worth it. read more

This is an awesome store. A little smaller than most grocery stores in the area which is nice if you're looking to get in and out quickly. I don't come here when I have super specific groceries, because the selection is always a little bit different. I usually leave with energy drinks, protein snacks, wine and healthy candy-all of my "fun" groceries. Friendly staff and clean aisles. Definitely worth checking out! read more

The Grocery outlet Anthem location is a niche grocer who has some of those hard-to-find items at a great price and also great deals on items purchased from other large grocery stores that are expiring soon. First time at this location and will definitely be back whenever we go to Costco! Each location has different items so whenever we go to a Grocery Outlet, we peruse each aisle for items shouting BUY ME!. Can you believe they had silk chocolate protein milk for 3 half gallons for $0.98! We found great pricing on nerd gummies (cheaper than Walmart, Smiths and Albertsons), PNuttles butter toffee nuts, produce and frozen items. It's always worth a stop when we go out grocery shopping weekly. Pleasant staff, helpful with any questions you have. Clean store and very bright, to help you locate those treasures. Legit been waiting on this one for EVER lol. Came to the grand opening, had interesting chats with ppl in line, had some yummy coffee, got a cool Crocs charm and got to enjoy the DJ. Kari and Shawn announced the store and we got to be some of the first ones in. Not sure I've ever used a brand new shopping cart lol. They gave away gift cards and shopping bags. I got a $10, old lady $5, the people behind us got $50, dammit. They also have $5 coupons in the app good through 3/6. It's nice to have one closer than Blue Diamond. Parking lot is busy but Trader Joe's is still the worst lol. Never had a hard time finding a spot yet. Employees are amazing. Everyone is always so friendly! Alex has helped me a few times and is a boss! I appreciate organic discounted products, they have a great selection. I've been getting some Spindrift there, killer deal! And as I go between the GO's near me in California, it's always interesting to see products & price differences. This was a fun adventure for deals! They have a lot of different things like door mats, garden, and yard tools , bird feeders, Cereal, cookies, fresh produce, and frozen foods. The employees are very nice. They are always stocking shelves. The store is clean. You just have to walk up and down the isles to see what they have the day you go. If you sign up online with an email you can get a coupon for money off. Probably my favorite thing I bought was Stranger Things ice cream. It was really good. I would go back but because it is not close to my house i won't go back often. You really need to know your usual prices to be able to compare for real savings. I did not always see a savings, but I did see some and I did find unique things, too. Because of that I gave it a 4. There is a huge parking lot so easy to park. Definitely, Check it out! read more

Great store and love the location. I have been here a couple of times and enjoy their diverse selection of items. I lucked out and found some barbeque sauce that I used to pick up at Big Lots, for almost the same price. I also got some protein shakes for a fraction of the cost of what I would pay at some of the bigger grocery stores . Their frozen selection is also pretty good since I picked up some gluten free waffles that I definitely know where half the price compared to some other stores that sell it regularly. The alcohol was a pretty good selection, definitely more diverse than other Grocery Outlet stores that I've been to. Some of the items at this store you can find at other neighboring stores, but I like that each Grocery Outlet is a little different with layout and selection. If you're interested in gluten free, non gmo, organic, healthier options and don't mind a different flavor or something a little off the wall for brand, I'd recommend this place. Each time I come back, there is always something unique that I like to try out. The store was pretty clean and well stocked when I visited and only a few spots didn't have prices on items, but I was able to quickly ask someone for assistance in getting a price. The staff was also pretty friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. Parking is ample and usually there are plenty of spots to choose from. I enjoy going to those different stores in Las Vegas due to the selection, quality, and price. I will definitely be back. read more

Whenever we are in the area we stop by Grocery Outlet. We come for a few specific items that they seem to carry on a regular basis that are priced at 50%-60% less than other stores. Just be sure to check expiration date, the cheaper the deal the closer it is to expiration date. Employees are nice and helpful. Interior is clean. Restrooms are clean. Parking is plentiful. This Grocery Outlet in Anthem just recently opened. This is the third time I've shopped at the store and I am very pleased. It feels like a hybrid of other stores. Some foods seem to be consistent, and others are surprises. The staff has been very welcoming and happy to help, and the store is very clean and organized. Since it's so close to our house it will replace another store we've used for several years. Their produce looks great, and I look forward to grilling their organic hamburger and salmon. read more

My husband and I came here for the first time, and it will definitely be our last. Right from the start, no greeting, no welcome--nothing. The store itself wasn't impressive at all, even for a discount grocery store. While we were shopping, a child broke a glass bottle in the back, and an employee clearly saw it and just walked away without cleaning it up. That's not only lazy, it's unsafe. We didn't find much worth buying, but grabbed one item and went to checkout. That's where the experience became completely unacceptable. An employee was in front of us purchasing something, likely after finishing their shift, and the cashier openly snapped at them, loudly saying, "Guess you're leaving, guess I'm going to have to do everything myself." She continued making rude comments while that employee was walking away. Then it was our turn, and the attitude didn't change. The cashier was incredibly rude, clearly miserable, and made the entire interaction uncomfortable. If you hate your job that much, don't take it out on customers. This kind of behavior will absolutely drive people away from this store. Customer service is the bare minimum, and this location completely failed. We'll be taking our business to the Eastern location instead. Do better. read more

Love this Grocery Outlet! I work with seniors and until this Anthem store appeared there was really nowhere for the seniors across the street at Cactus retirement home to shop for food. Now that this place is here, I personally know many seniors who are quite pleased - so convenient for them. The store always has an interesting mix of products. Like most surplus / outlet stores, the items they stock depends upon how many items they get from other stores that have overpurchased something. Grocery Outlet can then turn around and sell the surplus items at drastically reduced prices. For example: I purchased a very high quality dry cat food at $6.99 for a 3 1/2 pound bag. I priced it online at Chewy - "on sale" the same 3 1/2 pound Bag Was almost $30! Crazy price differences like that are very common. Savvy shoppers can save an amazing amount of money here at Grocery Outlet. Another huge plus is how kind and friendly the employees are. The store has been open for a while now & the employees are just as welcoming as they were at their grand opening. We plan to come back many many times in the future! read more

First time here after watching 3million reels or so on IG. Quite frankly, it's just OK... Maybe like a combo of Smart and Final, Aldi and Sprouts and maybe Traders thrown in with a dash of a dollar store. Those aren't negatives per se, just that it was nothing earth shattering....Now with that said, the store was immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful and all the shelves fully stocked. Pretty much heavy on snack items, small produce and meat and deli section. The meat and produce prices weren't bad, but not really cheap. Ok, cheaper than Smith's and Albertson's but not by a huge amount. Carried a huge selection brands that I have never heard of, but that by itself is also not a negative , just never heard of most of the brands. Where many big box stores may have 5-6 selections of an item, there were only one or two here. Quality all looked good from the items I looked at. Expiration dates on meat items were all within a day or so. Eggs were not cheap. Final verdict? Worth another trip? Maybe if I wanted to spend time in that plaza as there was a boot barn, TJ Maxx, Ross, Texas Road House and In and Out Burger in the same plaza. I'm also being influenced by the geography, I don't live in Henderson and while a 35-40 minute drive is certainly not unreasonable, I tend to shop at more places closer to home . Personally I prefer La Bonita for produce, Winco,Sprouts or Traders for everyday groceries and Costco and Sam's for most meat and poultry and housewares. But a good experience, glad I came read more

I went to this location for the first time this afternoon. Upon entering the store, Dawn welcomed me in and told me which aisle the items I was looking at were in. Another young lady was kind enough to grab me a sugar-free Monster, and she then grabbed me a sugar-free Red Bull. The store is nice and clean, the isles very well organized and the employees very friendly and welcoming! I will be doing most of my food shopping at this location from now on!! read more

I live close to the one on Blue Diamond but other than finding some K cups there back when they had only been open for a week, i was not that impressed so when I heard there was another one, I wanted to go, back home in Oregon this was the place to shop with super discounted stuff but while this store had some discounted items, it's not like it used to be... The store is small, about the same size as the one on BD and the only difference here I would say is that they had a Liquor section, though I did not see Fireball Whiskey which I would have loved. They didn't have a baby section sadly, Baby powder, wipes, diapers, I needed that for a friend in need so will need to look elsewhere and I didn't see a ton of vegan options, they had the usual, some Daiya cheese and some Bitchin sauce and Impossible but that was about it, of course they had Hippeas.... what I do like is that they have great candles marked "T" Not really a brand you would know but the candles have a great throw and I was able to find some Beloved body cream there for $5 when it's normally $10 at Target and I found some K cups which were the same price as the market but flavors you cannot find as they are seasonal.... The best part of the store was the girl that helped us when we were inside, dark hair, pink? streaks? curly hair...very nice...and Kim the cashier who had a great personality and was very friendly.... I went to the St. Rose location, store 0568, and had a disappointing experience. The cashier, an older woman with gray hair and glasses, rung up my items so quickly that I had NO time to get my app going. Then she never told me to enter my phone number into the pad to get the savings. This is the 2nd time this happened to me at this location. She never apologized and did not offer to ring up my items again so I could get my savings. THESE EMPLOYEES DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS! We go for the wine. Strategy is to photograph their selection go home and look them up, sort out some to try. Go back, buy a bunch of bottles to sample, within a week or so find one you like and head back ASAP to buy more of the one you like. Most of the wine brands are unknowns and they change frequently - with some exceptions. When you find a good one the price is worth all this effort. The samples you don't like are dreadful though. read more
