I have been shopping at this location for a number of years so I think I am qualified to give a good review. The female greater's are always pleasant, which makes for a good experience but the male greater's are grumpy and not the least bit kind. I like that the store is always fully stocked. But I don't buy anything from the meat department. They have done away with some of the locked merchandise that means less time wasted. Today I was in the cosmetic department around 3:00 pm and for the first time an employee I think her name was Sarna? Young lady with long dark hair. She came right to me and asked if she could help, and even made several suggestions and asked if I needed anything else b4 going to the next customer. WOW! That has never happened, I usually have to chase down an employee. Keep up the good work. read more

Good parking lot size but stalls seem narrow. The entrance is also the exit. Clean, spacious aisles. Decent selection of grocery goods. Plenty of self check out options. We opted for a cashier. Chavez was kind, even called out to her previous elderly sub who forgot to grab a few bags from their purchase. Good location on the main road. read more

This Walmart is one of the worst I've been to. To start. The parking lot is so crowded and unfriendly. It was a nightmare finding a spot. Also, immediately when you walk in, you can tell the store is not going to be very clean. The layout is very smooshed and items are hard to find. They lock up simple things like deodorant and car air fresheners, which makes shopping extremely difficult. I would not recommend going to this Walmart. read more

They should nickname this Walmart Stupid center. The only good thing was the old man, with gray hair. He acknowledged me, my problem, with needing a new battery, and told me to drive around to bay 5. 30 minutes later, a lady finally got started. 30 minutes later, I was told they didn't have the tire for my car in stock. My only option for today, was to drive to North Nellis. Nope. Went down the street to Auto Zone. They had the battery in stock, free installation, done in less than 15 minutes, and only $10 more! And people wonder why I HATE Walmart! Every time you TRY, to give them your business, they don't have it in stock. A multi billion dollar corporation, like Walmart. This Walmart is ok on service... somewhat efficient on checking out. Other customers are rude... staff is friendly... I just can't stand Walmart. The selection is fine... for what I needed. The value it fair.... But wouldn't buy the food here because I'm a very healthy eater. Only reason I came here was because the UPS store next door didn't have the right size box. Almost every employee here is miserable and rude. I stopped shopping at Walmart because you have to press a button and wait for someone to unlock all the personal care products now. They treat the customers like thieves who can't be trusted to grab deodorant off a shelf, then have the audacity to still check our receipts after we RING OURSELVES UP at self checkout There are rarely any lines open besides self checkout. Self checkout sometimes doesn't even have enough cash in the machines and then you have to wait 10-15 mins for the self checkout attendant to go get the rest of the change they owe you. The employees hate their jobs and take it out on the customers. I'd rather wait in a line twice as long at target or smiths just for the principle of it. SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS WALMART. Yesterday they forgot $60 worth of delivery items, then today i go in store to purchase 12 Walmart brand Pen & Gear moving boxes. On Walmart.com they are priced $1.88 & in store they were charged $3.48 or some non sense. First off when showing the woman at the check out, she was RUDE like "mam, it's showing $3.48 on Walmart.com app, you can order for pickup then" But would my Walmart.com app show $1.88 for the same item, same store location, etc. ? And why would I come back two hours or more later when they can just get a manager to match it. So I say never-mind I don't want them, pay $55 for the rest of the items in my cart and afterwards I go to customer service to do a return. There is a homeless woman who walked straight to hair supplies, grabbed a blow dryer then turned right around to customer service to return it for store credit. The employee we're talking amongst each other about it on the phone with the security, yet they still gave her store credit and know she went back to go shopping with it then and there. So basically, I'm here trying to PAY for items when all day these thieves are walking in pretending to return items to get store credit, or literally walking right out with carts full of hundred of dollars worth of stuff without being stopped due to "policy" It's just insane that they do that to honest paying customers, but are literally paying these people to come steal right from them. Next time I should just walk out with a full cart, seeing as it's just a normal every day thing these days. read more

This isn't a location I venture to often. I miss Walmart being open 24/7. This location is a little sketchy with the clientele that comes here & hangs out in the parking lot. I do like the set up inside the store. Not a fan of the people who hang out in the parking lot, usually homeless people. Was in here one time & saw someone following this homeless guy around & had no idea if he was going to pull a gun on him or not by the way he was following the homeless guy around. It was very suspicious & scary I went to report the two. For all I knew it was 2 homeless guys fighting. Come to find out it was an undercover employee following the homeless guy around to see if he was going to steal. Ummmmm no thank you!! Save yourself the trouble and just don't shop or call here. This store is chronically understaffed, too reliant upon self-checkout, constantly running low or out of many items, horrendous when it comes to making a return and an absolute mess when it comes to store pickup. The apathy levels on the staff cannot be a surprise. They are obviously underpaid and overworked. The higher ups can certainly afford to staff appropriately to speed up pickup turnaround time, answer the phones, keep the customer service desk moving, run cash registers and actually listen to voicemails/empty the voicemail boxes. What is Walmart's profit margin these days? They can certainly afford to at least cover all 23 Pickup parking spots rather than leave customers waiting an hour in 100+ degrees. No price point is worth such a lousy experience. read more

I find Shawnalee(might be mispelled sorry) must think she is Sam Walton's wife or something. I attempted to return an item after having contacted Walmart customer service (who sent me the return email with instructions clearly stating "Please be sure to return your items to any Walmart before Wed, Feb 26, and we'll be happy to initiate a refund") but Ms Shawnalee did not want to accept it because "the item was not the item that is suppose to be in the package" (reason I contacted customer service first since the used broken item was shipped to my house in that condition) and because she "would not be able to receive any credit for it back to 'Her' store." She then tells me to contact either the manufacturer or Walmart customer service which I told her I already did and she then says she didn't care what they said because she wouldn't be able to receive credit back to "Her" store. Thankfully when I contacted customer service again they said they would just go another avenue to resolve this issue and that this would be escalated. Hopefully the escalation will include remedial training as I don't believe you should act like this is "Your" store that you personally own and not a "lead". I get it a lot of scams happen but you should take in consideration that customer service has already sent me to the store to return this so why she didn't do so is beyond me. I have NEVER felt so embarrassed and so tiny ever in my life. Shawnalee made feel uncomfortable to the point where I never want to step foot inside a Walmart ever again. I am not looking for anything in return for this review, I am simply wanting to inform anyone in her upper management to realize how she his conducting herself and how she is presenting Walmarts image out there for the community to see. The past 3 orders there have been mistakes. 1 Grocery bags brought to wrong bld and wrong door. 2. Next day they brought me alot of drinks that weren't mine. 3. They shop so fast they missed an item and that I really needed and they promised to bring and they didn't but charged my account and after 6 phone calls that they would bring it,never showed up. I have been goingvto this store for 20 years. It used to be so nice and clean. It's so disgusting, they never answer the phone, I have to go there, and unfortunately some of the associates don't speak English, or totally ignore you ( or me). I went to buy some items, found a blouse and needed to look on a mirror I seen a Walmart associate coming towards me, ( she had a Walmart badge on), as she was getting close to me, I asked her if there was a mirror close for me to look at. She totally ignored me. Just walked right passed me. I was blown away. Here is a person who works there, had a badge on and all I did was ask a question. I've been going to this store, spent thousands of dollars there. This is unacceptable . They NEVER answer the phone. When I went and asked a person in the bakery, she said we don't have a phone. With all the customers that go there, you would think they would clean it up and get it together. Now there are some really great associates in the bakery department. Bad news.. Lots of items are now locked up .You have to wait until a sales person comes to unlock the doors. I waited over 10 minutes to buy a package of t shirts and nobody showed up. Now I have to drive around 20 miles round trip to go to Kohl's. I'm pretty sure they will lose a lot of customers because nobody wants to have a shopping trip take 2 hours of their day to do an errand that used to take 10 minutes. read more

My husband tried to return a Roku TV he bought from Walmart.com but picked up from this store. The email says we had until Sept 24 to return to any location. He tried to return the TV to the closet Walmart to us Sept 21, denied despite showing the email. They told him to call Walmart.com or try to return to the location he picked up from. He called and tried to return to this location the following day, Sept 22. THIS LOCATION WHERE HE PICKED UP FROM ALSO TURNED HIM AWAY DESPITE SHOWING THE EMAIL STATING WE HAD UNTIL SEPT 24TH. Walmart.com customer service says they can't do anything and it has to be handled in store since it was taken from their inventory. We never received an email with a return authorization label from Walmart.com, nor a call from the store manager (as they claimed to escalate our issue directly). My husband did everything correctly with the information he was given as the customer and Walmart's customer service has epically failed. I will be coming into the store to resolve this issue and if this is not made right, we are willing to take legal action. read more

Dude, I'm logged in with my email, a gigantic multi-billion dollar corporation couldn't program their chat prompt to relay that basic information to the chat support in the same session?! InHome delivery, which comes out of this Walmart is horrible. The driver is nice but the app/system absolutely sucks. Just had another order cancelled (honestly I lost count of how many it's been at this point). Really poor management of how this system works. I ordered last night, it said at the latest they would deliver at 1pm. It's nearly 5pm now. Wasted more time talking to broken English customer service people than it would have taken me to drive to the hideous store. I wish Trader Joes or another competitor offered this service. read more

Vision center replaced lenses quickly. I dropped them off on a Tuesday and they were ready on Saturday. The staff is also extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place for glasses. Plus, they were able to do a price quote over the phone. Impressive. read more

Stay away from rice and grain products. I purchased a 10lb bag of long grain rice and a 5lb bag of Jazmine rice. Both were infested with pantry moth larva. How do I know...because after I purchased the rice, I immediately stored them in air tight containers as usual. Go to use the rice and there is webbing in the corners, larva and actual moths. I mean an entire life cycle happened. I tossed all of it of course. I know this can happen anywhere but the fact that I purchased 2 different bands and types of rice makes me wonder what's going on at the Walmart warehouse where grains are stored. I have never had this happen before - maybe it's our record breaking heat not sure. After researching I understand that rice and grains should be stored in the freezer until ready to use. That said I'm still potentially eating bugs...just frozen ones. Not making me feel any better. Now that I am appropriately traumatized I will buy my rice elsewhere. read more

I am very impressed with the changes. I actually saw merchandise and team members working AROUND CUSTOMERS, letting the customers get to their products, and you know what, the team members actually conveyed customers service. I can tell there have been great changes. I haven't been to this store because of the customers service, I mean the customers are there to spend money. By the way. Customers contribute to wages among other things, but really, I am impressed and back to shopping at my neighborhood Wal-Mart 4 stars read more
