I used to come to this Albertsons on my way home from work in 2008, so I'm shocked that I have never reviewed this one before. It's no longer the closest Albertsons or on my way home anymore, but we do come here occasionally, at least once a month. I like the parking lot. It's easy navigate and has a lot of space. The store has always been clean and well labeled. There are plenty of options and you can find pretty much anything you need on these shelves. The people working here are friendly and professional and I've never had an issue dealing with any of the workers here. I like that they are so willing to help if you need it. The produce can be a little iffy sometimes, but for the most part, I like this store and can find a lot of quality things here. read more

I'm glad this Albertsons is shutting down. I went in there today 6/20 at 7 AM and the young man who bags groceries there can't seem to follow basic instructions, and his version of "sorry" sounds more like a brush-off than an apology. What a piece of work. Worst Albertsons ever! read more

I have not been to an Albertsons in years because all the ones in my state have closed. It was a nice throwback to visit one! When signing up with the app, they give you an eight dollars off your purchase. On top of that, they had some great coupons and deals in the app as well. I only shop here until today. I went to buy several giftcards and they self check out asked me to go to customer service desk as they grab them from the back to make sure they are not tampered with and I appreciate that BUT when I went to the service desk the blonde old lady was very argumentative and said to just use the ones out there. I explained what why they sent me there and she rolled her eyes and said the ones out there arw fine. When buying 600.00 in cards she should have just got new ones like I was told by other employees. I left and went to smiths and will continue to shop there. I'd rather pay more and be treated like a human. read more

Yo, this deli is a hidden gem! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was chill, the staff was cool, and the food? FIRE. Everything was fresh, made with love, and packed with flavor. That sandwich? Alex, the young lady in self checkout, is an ABSOLUTE SUPERSTAR! Senior Wednesday, and $5 Fridays, are the busiest days of the month. My light was the last of 4. She was SUCH A PLEASURE to deal with. She was kind, patient, helpful, and understands the needs of her customers. She's going to make a GREAT store manager someday. Kudos to whomever hired her. She is an example for all to follow. I rarely see young people like her, in the workplace. Her attitude is so refreshing. She loves her job, the company, her manager, and it shows! You can't fake the positive energy, which she exudes. The employees here are hit or miss... but the ones who are a hit are awesome! You might think that your request was ignored-- it's the opposite! Someone has hurried off to fulfill it for you. Is there a category for best grocery store fried chicken? This location wins hands down. As at the deli if you want it cold. I will never shop Albertsons again!!!!! They give you digital coupons which isn't anything that you hold in your hand but after getting an entire full basket full of groceries they tell me I was supposed to take a picture of the digital coupon as I picked up the item I was going to buy and they don't tell you this before you go in the store or anywhere around the store so after shopping for an hour I had to walk out of the store without buying a damn thing because I'm not going to walk back and take a picture of every digital coupon that they have there when I thought that was automatically taken off when they run up the groceries read more

AMAZON LOCKER First time utilizing their locker system for receiving and pickup of parcels. Just scan the bar code on their internet notification and locker door pops open. Thatza easy. Yellow lockers location is outside of the Albertson pharmacy. Amazon will hold the parcel for three days before returning it. read more

Sometimes they have great stuff that I can't find at smiths -- and sometimes when you use the app you can grab some sweet deals. I do find that there are a lot of people in the parking lot pan handling and asking for money but that's just a location issue... it definitely a lot cleaner than it was pre covid ! The sushi and hot food is good and their produce is hit and miss. Have gotten some really good salad options and at times fruit was fabulous -- other times not so much -- kind of inconsistent. Bakery is just OK compared to some other grocery stores - like their big sis Vons is fantastic . Can be over priced so watch for sales and have to use the app but sometimes a nice change of scenery from smiths. read more

This location is phenomenal. They have a Starbucks and a Wells Fargo bank inside not just the ATM! This location is huge as well compared to the one near my place. I didn't have any interactions with anyone since I was there to just use the ATM and to buy a few things and I used the self checkout, but overall the store was really nice and clean! read more

Very comfortable store. This store is a bit older...it still has the turnstile when you come in the door. I never liked these. However, the store is very clean and well stocked. I'm not sure why this is marked as '$$$$', it is definitely not expensive. I have to say that I was only in the freezer section and the liquor section, so that is what I am basing my review on today. The liquor section is huge. I was surprised to see how much wine they have here. The checker was very friendly, and the parking lot is large and spacious. I like this location a lot. read more

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. They have gone so far down hill they don't even know where the hill is anymore!! They have decided to redo the store because the shiny new smiths is opening down the road. There are 12 days till thanksgiving yet they are moving everything. Can't find any of the products I went in for because they are either on a different aisle or they are simply out of stock! Zero turkeys for sale! Zero! Yet across the street Walmart had hundreds! When I recently went on a bike ride with family we chained our bikes up to a pole outside and went in for 15 minutes max. Only to come out and our bike locks had been cut and our bikes were stolen.! This left us stranded with things to carry. When the officer arrived I ask that he review the security cameras only to find that they are inoperable. I just don't ever want to go there again. It's always a bad idea And feels unsafe. I used to like the Starbucks cookies too and love to treat my kid. but like Daniel says the tables are all gone too! So my wife wanted me to get her something from Albertson's, I prefer to shop at Walmart myself but to keep her happy I went to Albertson's. While there I went to get some Pepsi zero wild cherry 2 liter bottle. They had it on sale from $2.99 to $.99. so I grabbed 2 bottles. When I got to the register I found out it was a 5 bottle minimum or you pay $2.99. 1st off they only had 4 bottles so I was out there but if I had gone to Walmart I could have paid the FULL price of $1.25 a bottle. That means that Albertson's not only teased me with a sale price but penalized me for buying less that 5 bottles by charging me OVER double the price just across the street. I see no reason to shop at Albertsons. read more

I dropped by here on the way to the Southern Nevada Health District to relax over a cup of Starbuck's coffee, and use their ATM machine. When I walked toward their Starbuck's, there in front of me was the store's biggest flaw. There were zero tables and stools for Starbuck's customers. The three tables from my past visit, were history. Drinking coffee standing up and walking is not an activity that I enjoy. I guess I could have sat at one of the chairs in the pharmacy waiting area. And so, I'd pass over their Starbuck's. Minutes later, I was left to use the self checkout line on account of the fact that the only two human operated registers had long lines. Using a self checkout to buy a beer is not the end of the world, but if I had a cart of groceries, it would be irritating. Despite these flaws, I rate the store design highly. The store is modern looking. The floor was clean and shiny. This store features charming embellishments that improve the shopping experience. Plus there is an aisle for foods of the world and for organic food. The prices are on the high side. And that is why I only brought one item: a beer for later. read more

Very upset when I lived near Green Valley Pkwy. and that location closed its doors. Now I live near this Albie's and can shop here again. Needless to say, it's like comparing apples to rutabegas. The store is not that clean, in my opinion. The layout is weird, but it may be just me trying to get used to it. Shopped here in the past, so it wasn't culture shock. Just not my favorite location in Summerlin on Flamingo and Hualapai and not the location I learned to tolerate on GVP and Sunset. I may get used to this one eventually, but for now it doesn't speak to me. Would rather go out of the way to Winco or Smith's. I will keep trying to like you, but it's going to take some time. Went shopping this morning...I left my cart in one aisle while I went to grab something from the next aisle. When I went to put my stuff into my cart...it was gone. It turns out the kid working there took my cart to put the stuff back because he assumed someone just left the cart. Seriously...that extremely annoying!!! He tells me that it's their job to take carts back that are left alone...I wasn't away from my cart that long...a few minutes. There's got to be a better way to "do their job". This is the closest grocery store to me and the morning cashiers are great! Phyllis is so friendly, fast and efficient. I've been here in the afternoon and the lines always seem to be awful. They are backed into the aisles and take forever to move. My main complaint though is about not getting the sales price on certain items in the weekly ads. I shop the sales in the ads and just about every time I think I'm getting a deal, I'm charged full price for something I purchased. Even if I've added the deals to my cart (in the app), then to my in-store basket (in the app). To remedy this, I now check my receipt before I leave the store so I can have customer service refund my money right away. My advice to all, just remember to check your receipt read more

I only go there when I absolutely have to. The cashiers are never friendly and to get someone to help you is a task in itself, they are either too busy and say they'll get someone over to help you and you are waiting a good 10 minutes or more. Twice I have been back to the store after arriving home and noticed some items were spoiled! The first time was a pack of chicken breasts and the other time was a gallon of milk!
