The workers are always helpful. I've had the their coffee a few times, with months and years in between trying 3 drinks. And each time I'm disappointed. I tried the viral cookie butter latte recently and it was so sweet and TBH not good, I could only tolerate a few sips before throwing it out. I had the same experience with their Chantilly latte last year. People rave about both so maybe it's just me? Maybe it's just my taste buds.

We accidentally left a jacket. We didn't remember where we left it, so we started checking places. After a few phone calls, we found it. The staff found it and we were able to recover it.
