When I went to check out, the line was long, the registers were moving slow but I can't blame them, they had no help! There was what looked to be a manager walking between the registers, he was talking more than he was helping. I didn't catch his name but he had a hat with a beard. He seemed to be very "close" with the employees, lots of laughing and touching. I feel like there is a lot that can be done to improve this store, more specifically, the management on the inside.
