    This is probably one of the worst locations of this grocery chain. And I love grocery outlets. The selection here is extremely limited and much smaller than other locations. Many of the items found in other stores are not found here, like flaxseed milk or coconut milk. The produce was also distinctively not fresh. The manager on site that day gave me major attitude about the cart which was completely uncalled for. Not ever shopping here again!

    I've been to a few Grocery Outlet's and this one seems smaller but it's organized. Grocery Outlet's are weird and I haven't figured it out yet. I was here looking for a cheap Halloween Costume but there were none (I'd seen some last year in Huntington Beach). Grocery Outlet's are hit and miss and not all are the same. One item I found that I've never seen before was a Brawny Project Mat.

    Buyer Beware! As others have mentioned, this location does not require masks during COVID-19. The customer before me had a mask on below his nose and covering only his mouth, that is not enough! They are also a small location compared to others and do not accept returns from other stores. I think if Grocery Outlet was going to operate independently on their policies, it should be stated in the store as well as on the receipt. When I informed the manager the receipt did not indicate returns needed to be made with the same store, only within 30 days and it had been 2 weeks, he proceeded to let me know they used to accept returns from others, but no longer. Given that I was not returning perishable goods or even near expiration product (both new, unopened), he could have made an exception to make another sale and customer, instead he lost a customer for life at that store and possibly all Grocery Outlets!

    Not necessarily. Grocery Outlet tries to carry the most basic items like cling wrap or aluminum foil. It may have parchment paper, but I wouldn't hold my breath and expect to find it here.

My group of friends and I were purchasing snacks and waiting respectfully in line at Register 14. Our group consisted of one African American individual and three Southeast Asian individuals. When it was our turn to check out, the cashier told us the store was closed and refused to ring up our items. She directed us to customer service instead. When we went to customer service, we were informed that the store was actually still open until 10:00 PM. What made the situation even more upsetting was that after refusing to serve us, the cashier immediately rang up the customer behind us. If the store was truly closed, why were other customers still being checked out? The entire interaction felt targeted, disrespectful, and humiliating. While I cannot know the cashier's intentions, being denied service while another customer was served moments later left my friends and me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Rather than argue, I left all of my items behind and walked out. I have shopped at 99 Ranch for years and never expected to experience something like this. I hope management reviews the surveillance footage and register activity from Register 14 around 9:00 PM on June 6, 2026, and addresses why customers were falsely told the store was closed while others continued to receive service. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It was turning out to be a frustrating time not only because of the crowd, but my phone's signal seemed to be blocked inside the store (it was working fine before I entered and after I exited the store). Thankfully, Randy helped me by sharing his Wi-Fi, and walking me through how to access the digital deals. I hope the store's management will double- check the cellular signal situation, and also reduce the hassle of accessing digital deals by just inputting the customer's phone number like a few years back. The process went through my phone On a GROUPON order sheet, I received confirmation number and for each order a confirmation order email. See attached. I called Albertsons florist department number to confirm my order(s). The most lovely Ms. Patti looked through her side of the orders, saw nothing. She suggested, I should call the phone number associated with the email. I thanked her and called the number. I took her suggestion and I called (800)580-2913. I spoke to a customer service from India. He too was very nice, but couldn't find my order. Well, I called Patti at Albertsons back and explained my situation. Ms. Patti a very kind person looked again through her backside of orders placed online. Unfortunately , she couldn't find my two orders. I live in Plano, TX, and can't get up and purchase flowers for my friend/adopted mother who lives in Santa Ana. CA. The most kind Ms. Patti, created a little flower bouquet see attached, and hand delivered to the destination. Thank you Patti at the floral department at Albertsons, North Tustin, for saving the day. She took initiative and gave me her time to research to locate my two orders. She solved my problem, by a most kind gesture of creating a little flower bouquet and delivering it and sending me a confirmation picture by text to my phone. Ms Patti is an outstanding customer service representative for Albertsons Florist. I highly recommend her. She is also an outstanding citizen providing me on the phone service as she might been having a very busy day at the store. Thank you Ms. Patti for all your help today, Monday, December 22, 2025.     Disappointed at the Red Hill Location - Might Switch to Closer Stores…read moreI've been a loyal Stater Bros. customer for years. I regularly drive at least 12 miles past other grocery stores just to shop at the Kensington Park Drive location because their customer service has always been outstanding. The staff there is friendly, helpful, and makes the extra trip worth it every single time. Today I decided to try the Red Hill location instead, and I was really let down. The store seemed mostly empty, but the cashier Adrian at the 15-items-or-less register got visibly upset when he saw I had 17 items. I immediately apologized and explained I wasn't paying attention and had just gone to the closest register. Even though there was no line behind me (just one employee buying a drink) and another register was open, he made it very clear that my 2 extra items were a major inconvenience. It honestly ruined what should have been a quick, simple trip. After years of great experiences at your other store, this one bad interaction left a sour taste. I'm now seriously considering trying the other grocery stores closer to me instead of continuing to drive out of my way.

Store was decently organized and staff was friendly. Pretty busy. Saw some goods that I have never seen before like peanut butter chocolate animal crackers. Restroom could have been just a tad cleaner and it gave off Saw restroom vibes but no big worry. As I was perusing thru produce, some of it was a bit yellowed and wilted already (packaged ones).

I actually did pick up their sushi and it was good for "grocery store" sushi. So perfect if you just need to grab and go. Some of the hot foods didn't look good to me. Just looked like it has been sitting out for a while. Which it probably has but not sure if it would still taste just as good.
