Rose is very rude and condescending as is her employees. It would be the last place I would ever bring my dog to again!

After coming here for years it has gotten more and more obvious that the owner is on some sort of drugs. They took my dog, called me to say he's done, I paid and then noticed his nails weren't done, I was told oh we couldn't do them because we don't have a muzzle currently. They also keep changing groomers and the quality has just gotten less and less and I really don't even know if there groomers even know what they are doing anymore. read more

AWFUL customer service, she looked incredibly high the second she "greeted" us at the door. Had such a poor attitude, the store was blasting music and myself or my partner didn't feel comfortable leaving my cat to be groomed by her. I've always been satisfied with my dog's grooming experiences and her groomer (Erika) has always been attentive.....until about 7 months ago. I had scheduled and appointment and 2 days prior to my scheduled date, Rose called to advise that Erika was no longer employed there, but she would be willing to do my dog's cut. I agreed and showed up as scheduled. At the end of service when paying, in walks Erika- with all her equipment. I looked at Rose with a puzzled expression and Rose laughed and stated that she and Erika have been friends a long time- they fight and make up. So it was apparent that Erika was back at work and I booked the next grooming appointment with Erika. I've had a few groomings since that incident and all was well. Fast forward to today. I received a TEXT message from Rose who stated that Erika told Rose that I had told Rose that Erika was a drug addict. First of all, I have no time for whatever drama is occurring between these two individuals, nor would I ever make that type of statement. This behavior is child-like and immature. One would expect better from a business owner. For these two individuals to drag a customer into their ongoing personal issues is ludacris. I don't even know these women, other than bringing my dog to this establishment for service. I should have read the reviews before taking my dog there- there are far more negative posts than positive. Yes, the prices are reasonable, but at what cost?? I don't appreciate being involved in their dilemma, especially when there isn't a ring of truth to it. I wish that Rose would have had the balls to call me to discuss this, rather than sending a text, which is cowardly in my opinion. I've witnessed much of the attitude that many have mentioned in their reviews and my dog even suffered an injury at one point- she was cut with shears on her belly and bled on my all the way home- no offer of discount or follow up call to insure my dog was OK afterwards. My kitty did well with the groomer, they are very friendly and love both cats and dogs very happy with their services

I have a dachshund and a PomChi that require haircuts, bathing, and nail Dremelling 3 to 4 times a year. With both dogs, being long haired dogs, they are high maintenance and only Grooming By Rose gets my business for taking care of my palm tree, Guinness, who looks like a skunk. And the other dog Jager, will get excited if he hears the name ROSE.. I would never use another groomer. If you need to go to lunch and you're having a friend come in from out of town, Rose will hold your dog and love the fact that she's doing what she does best for the people she cares the most. Her fellow coworker Erika, is very good and styling the dogs hair. She is a people person who will give you the cut you ask for on your animal. I will never go back unless I need a day of condensing, rude and extreme bullying by Rose. She has no customer service skills and changes prices based on a scale that weighs dogs heavier than my Vet who confirmed my dogs lighter weight the next day. She tried to embarrass me and thought that charging me $150 for a dog's cut without bath would break me. Shame on you Rose. I will never return and will not recommend your business. A zero star is more appropriate since I had to take my dog to the vet because of cuts and blood on his skin. Antibiotics were prescribed. read more

well understanding that Rose cares. she is rude and I must say moody. there is a overall attitude that we do not care for our pets. I get my dogs nail trimmed every three weeks but she assumed that it is not the case. such negative comments are made in front of pother customers. a little customer care service would help. will never go there again though the receptionist is very kind. read more

My dogs give Rose and her associates 5 stars. They all seem to genuinely care about critters. One of us hates toenail trimming but they get me through with minimal stress (and there's lots of good treats in the counter). read more

I am now giving this place NO stars. Today was to be the third time I took my rescue their. The last time I went, I told them I had worked with a trainer and a vet and he was given calming medication today as grooming is stressful for him.He was the perfect dog during that visit. They didn't bathe him as "everyone wanted to go home." No money was taken off the bill and I gave the groomer a hefty tip. Today,l received a phone call 20 minutes before his visit saying they were going to charge me $130. for the grooming. I told them that I would not be bringing my dog back. I will make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as well. This is price gouging at its most base level. read more

About 3 months ago I took my 3 pups for a full grooming. When I picked them up my Pom was limping. I thought maybe they cut is nails to short. After a week he was getting worse. I took him to the vet only to find out his hip was dislocated and also advised it was from some type of brunt force. I called the groomer and she of course denied and started to get confrontational. Actually my fault as I expected them to be professional and know what they are doing. I have no proof as this place doesn't have camera's another mistake of mine. After research there are several incidents and I will also pursue. If you love your babies stay far away from this place read more

There is not a low enough rating for this groomer. The last and only time we ever used this groomer, she didn't clip his nails and he got an ingrown nail that hurt him very much and we had to take care of it. Then we found out that she DIDN'T CLEAN HER HAIR CLIPPERS. This caused our older, beloved, well behaved dog to develop a skin condition. His he'll is now very declined. I don't know what kind of person would do this to an animal. This dog has been with our family (two parents, 4 children) for 8 years. He's seen our youngest child born and has watched the oldest graduate from high school. This dog is so valued and loved in our family and because of this horrible person's neglect, all of us our worried for him. I would NEVER take an animal there ever again. Someone that neglects animals should never be allowed to work with them. read more
